By far the best car lot weve ever been to. Incredibly friendly and to the point. He makes sure the vehicles he sells are in excellent condition. We had gone to car-mart previous to coming here and the presentation on their lot was horrible! 20k for a vehicle with bald tires. Several vehicles with several issues. We had already gone to car mart before and bought a van that was far from perfect, but we assumed they were are only option because of our credit. Please I beg you guys to talk to Big Red at Reliable before getting sucked into a lemon somewhere else. Thank you Red for taking care of me and my family and getting us into something safe and reliable.

Be ready to spend a little extra on your vehicle after it leaves the lot. Was hit with an extra $700 in maintenance. These vehicles are not serviced or maintained to the same standard as most dealerships. Within a week of buying my truck I had to put 4 new brakes and rotors all the way around. Something that should’ve easily been serviced before it was ever listed for sale.I will say the dealership had good customer service the day of purchase, which is why it doesn’t deserve a 1-star… but we will see if they continue that customer service by reaching out.

We bought a 2018 Ford Flex about a month ago from Big Red. I like to wait a little while to feel out the car and get all my paper work back before I write reviews. First off Big Red is absolutely awesome to work with. Straight to the point, didn’t feel like he hid anything from me and most importantly Wasn’t pushy. The car we purchased has been absolutely perfect and couldn’t be happier. They even had a second key made for us. 10/10 would buy another car or truck from them.

Be extremely careful buying from these guys. I bought a f250 from them 2 months ago and I still have not received the title. Not real sure what I’m going to do. A vehicle is worthless without a title. They claim another bank has the title and it’s not been released or something. Will be taking legal action soon. I wish I would have did my research before purchasing.

I saw a few trucks that were drawing my attention. I went up there, I was looking around and a man probably age 20-30 came up to me and said “what are you looking for today?” I said I was looking for a truck, not terribly expensive but with low enough mileage that it doesn’t break down as soon as I drive off the lot. And I said the trucks we usually see have either too many miles on it or the people who are selling it have to high of a price tag. And he said “you do know what your problem is right?” And I said “what’s that?” And he said “you are looking for the wrong thing” and I said “well what do you think I’m going to get with about $7k-$10k?” And he said something with over 200k miles and around 2004 or older. And he said to me “I think you need to think smarter on this situation.” And to me, that is just really rude. You don’t ever need to talk like that. You should say “I’m sorry, we don’t have anything for what your looking for” and I will say “thank you for your time and have a nice day” but instead they decided to be rude to me. So they will never have me at their lot ever again. And if that guy is looking at this, let me tell you something. I got a 2008 Ford F-150 Crew Cab, perfect condition, runs and drives flawlessly, for $7000 with 110k miles.But one day, I had a flat tire, and had to pull in there to air it up. And they were really nice about it, like asking if they could do anything to help. But I think it is just some of their employees that are pretty rude.

Recently purchased a 2010 Honda Touring Pilot, the entire experience was a very pleasant experience. If youre reading this please heed my warning. DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE! I traded a 2016 Yamaha r-6 in perfect condition for a 2010 Chevy Silverado 1500. Not even a month of owning the truck Im going to have to replace the oil pump with no guarantee that it will fix the issue. If it doesnt Ill have to replace the engine. Of course they sold the truck to me as is with Joe the salesman assuring me this truck was the better buy from the cheaper f150 I was more interested in. Needless to say he pretty much pushed the Chevy on me. I contacted Bill the owner to see if he would make it right. All he is willing to do is offer me cheap labor to fix the truck. These guys are as shady as they come folks. Real scum of the earth. DO NOT BUY FROM RELIABLE AUTO IN BROKEN ARROW. YOUVE BEEN WARNED!

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had.my first major buy. Joe was awesome bill is straight up.... needed two back tires got that no prob..noticed a spudder bill showed me all the work his mechanics done to ( a good dollar amount I might add) ...told me to send it to back to no matter what he’ll take care of it.... I Purchased a vehicle from Reliable Auto Sales and on the way home it had a check engine light. I Preceded to attempt communicate with the dealership about the issue, and went as far as sending a video with proof of the problem. No response. The day after this purchase, a code reader was put on the vehicle. The code that came up was for a bad ignition coil. As I am replacing this ignition coil, it was determined that the ignition coil had been replaced and the ignition wiring had been tampered with. After replacing the ignition coil, the vehicle ran fine for a week. Now, I am having the same issue and the vehicle is throwing another code including having an electrical issue. Mostly likely this is a PCM failure, (the main control module of the vehicle). This dealership knew that this was a pre-existing issue, and put a bandaid on it to get it sold. DO NOT PURCHASE a vehicle from this dealership!!!

Buy from these guys. Simple as that. Juan is 100% stand-up solid and so is the owner, Bill. Used cars are always a bit of a gamble so be real and dont expect a $40,000 car for 4-grand, it just doesnt work that way. These guys offer really clean cars at very good prices. Purchased a great used car yesterday from Reliable Auto Sales. Perfect car for me, for a great price as well. Minor things with the used car like tires being switched from front to back and passenger mirror on sun visor is missing. Will definitely recommend friends to come by when looking for a car. My experience with these guys was very good. My wife was in need of a low price vehicle and we found one that she liked. After test driving it, we bought it. They did tell us up front that the vehicle was a trade-in at a nearby dealership and that they had not done any work to the vehicle - it was being sold as-is in the same condition it was traded in. The vehicle was below KBB value so I was OK if I had to put some money into it. Overall, the guys were extremely helpful and easy to work with. We couldnt be happier with the entire process!

Great customer service from the go! after a day of owning my new USED card the check engine light came on! i called them and they instantly offered to get it taken care of for me! i brought it in to them and they took it to their mechanic and put me in another car for the weekend while my ride got i fixed! it ended up needing a view new coils/spark plugs that was causing an cylinder mis-fire! thanks Juan & Bill for taking care of me and my new car!

Im amazed by how many people wrote negative reviews about this place simply because they bought a used vehicle that turned out to be...used. I just bought a car here. They had no problem letting me take it to my mechanic first for him to look at it. If you dont have the sense to do that, you deserve what you get. These guys do a good cop/bad cop routine when negotiating price, so dont fall for it if they say that they already have a higher offer on that car. They told me that, and ended up accepting my offer, which they wouldnt have if they had a higher offer. I only got the car a week ago, and I will definitely update if I end up having trouble with it, but my mechanic told me that I got a great deal. Dont buy a car here if you dont know what youre doing when buying used vehicles, otherwise I would definitely recommend taking a look. They have some really nice cars.

Just bought a Tundra from Bill and Juan. Opted for the high-tech warranty offered by Mathews Ford (dont do this). 2 weeks in, wont start and we find out it is leaking oil out of the head gaskets, and, the warranty wont cover it. I went in to try and give the truck back, and, Bill sent me to his mechanic and had the truck fixed on him. Went in skeptical, left a happy customer.

Less than a month ago I bought a 2008 Ford F-150 from Reliable Auto Sales. To date I have had to put new lower ball joints on it, I had to replace rear brakes, and rotors, I have had to replace the power steering pump, and currently in the shop having the rear end worked on. I have spent nearly $3000 on this Reliable vehicle since buying it.When you pay not only full asking price for a vehicle, but above blue book at that you should feel confident that what you are buying is worth it. The fact is that is not the case with Reliable Auto. I have tried to contact Bill several times both by phone as well as email and have NOT had any sort of response. This Reliable vehicle that I bought for around $10k has now cost me over $13k Thanks guys you really do go above and beyond to sell a vehicle. Your problem is with after the sell in that department you fall short and for that your company is not even worthy of a 1 star rating.

Bought a car turns out with a bad transmission. Owner refused to fix it even though the car was just bought from them because I did not buy a warranty from them. The fact is, I bought it trusting your word that it was in quote perfect condition. These people are liars. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Purchased a vehicle from these guys several months ago for my 18 year old daughter. They assured me the vehicle being purchased was good both mechanically and cosmetically as well as having good tread on tires. Did not have mechanically checked out prior to purchase but tires looked good and vehicle ran fine. Recently took vehicle in just to have inspected. The tires had significant dry rot which could not be seen when looking at outside of tires, dry rot side was turned toward the inside. Also a number of mechanical problems that totaled over $2,000 to fix, several of which could be dangerous to the driver. I trusted these guys to put me in a safe vehicle for my 18 year old daughter and they instead sold with bad tires that were made to appear good and what they had to have know were serious mechanical problems.

The guy didnt help at all when I asked about water in their 1999 red ford ranger. He didnt even come out to look. Their cars look like lemons. I had been eyeing that truck for 2 weeks and literally had 4 grand in my pocket. He failed me. No cash for you!! Next time act like you give a sh@#
