They had a wide variety of options. Employees were helpful. Id recommend to anyone looking. for lighting and bathroom items. Kitchen appliances seemed to be really expensive.

Ive been to this location twice. The first time my husband and I went in to look for lighting nobody spoke to us and we just thought maybe they were busy...there were 2 couples in looking. We went in again today wanting to order the entry way light and a wall sconce. Receptionat said hi, and after about 15 minutes of standing around not one sales person had asked us if we needed anything. Finally after I starred at a lady that was walking around, she asked if we needed something then told another girl to help us. I got the names of the lighting I wanted and will be ordering online from.another company. Those women are so rude and especially the burgundy purple haired one. Horrible customer service.

Much better quality here than at Lowes. Would love them to have a military discount but the faucet I get was made of copper vs plastic for a little more of I went to Lowes

We enjoyed working with Ferguson lighting to select light fixtures for our new home. We were sent here as they partner with the builder we used, and the associate we worked with was extremely helpful and kind to us, especially since our appointment was at 8:00 AM on a Saturday! They have seemingly endless options but can quickly figure out what style you are going for to help you narrow down options. In addition, per our home purchase contract, we were under a very tight timeframe to select light fixtures, and Ferguson was great at getting the fixtures we selected to us in a timely manner. They were even willing to work with us to help replace light fixtures that had been scratched during delivery. We would definitely recommend checking out Ferguson if you are interested in updating your light fixtures!

Friendly staff. Great selection, but only for the wealthy. They used to have decent priced unique lighting. Now its just pointless to go in there unless youre willing to spend at least 500.00 to 3000.00 dollars on lighting.

I waited for literally 30 minutes to be helped. I thought the sales people were all busy but come to find out they were available but doing other tasks that could have been done when there were not multiple people waiting to be helped. Actually I was never even greeted or spoken to for that 30 minutes. I was in shorts and flip flops when others were more dressed up so that may have been part of it. 3 stars because they were able to order what I needed and I was able to pick it up in a week from their distribution warehouse.

Amazing customer service!!! Our plumber lost our tub faucet on site and sent us on a chase to find a new one. Lauren helped us find the exact one we had... all we knew was that It was Moen and bronze. She had It sent to our house & we got it in two days! Saved the day!

I drive past here on the way to and from work and finally got the chance to stop in last week.The staff is friendly, anytime someone walked past even when with someone would ask if I was doing ok. Even got some fancy coffee from the Thermador coffee machine!Got print outs of some mirrors we were looking at and even some additional pictures from items not werent on the floor in the sizes I need.Highly recommend and will be back when our kitchen remodel starts.

In business everything is relative. The positive- beautiful selection of lights!The negative- the staff isn’t very helpful. They are clearly not on commission.

Unhelpful staff. Didn’t even acknowledge my husband and I. I felt awkward even walking around in the store, as we seemed unwanted there. Loved their inventory, but would not give my business to them. Also, found the vanity I wanted there elsewhere significantly cheaper.

I love this place. You can go to Lowes or Home Depot for a lot of cheaper lights, but if you are picky like me, you want something just a little bit less cookie cutter. If youve never been here, I highly recommend a visit. They have the best selection of unique lighting Ive seen so far in Oklahoma. I have enjoyed every visit. Their selection of fans is not the best, but they have many unique fans that you have probably never seen.

Andrews lighting has the most unhelpful sales staff. There was one person, Steve, that could help us find anything we needed to remodel our home...unfortunately he no longer works there. The rest of the staff just points to the sales floor or they say they would have to look online...but they wont look for what we need online....they just act irritated that we even ask for their help.
