These guys are top notch! I hired them to move a pool table that I purchased. Casey and crew did an outstanding job. Today, I went in their store to buy a couple of new pool sticks. Jay was extremely knowledgeable (along with the other guys as well) and courteous. He was very helpful and patient with a novice like myself. He dumbed everything down for me and explained what and why. Thanks for the great sticks and great service!!

I recently purchased a used pool table and contacted One Billiards to move and re-felt it. When I first called the owner Josh picked up and was very helpful and polite. Josh personally oversaw the project and did so at an amazing price! Once it was disassembled they wrapped it up in moving blankets and took such care as if it was their own table. They checked the level many times during the install (more than I would have), and were so meticulous in their work. We were even given new tan chalk to match our new felt as the green we previously had would have left marks. It felt almost like a dream how well and worry free if was. I would defiantly use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to escape the spotty and overpriced work done by others around town.

Purchased a pool table, foosball table and countless accessories from One Billiards. I have also had them move both my game tables to a new house. Every time I go into the store, I am greeted with courtesy and a no pressure environment. When doing the install, I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism displayed as they made sure everything was perfect before leaving my home. Do not hesitate to use these guys!!!

My husband is an avid pool player and wanted a table that wasnt just a piece of furniture. The other furniture/game stores we had been to just said Let the lady pick what color she likes. This didnt sit well with my husband who tried to ask questions about the felt or installation and they couldnt answer the questions! Pool tables need to be leveled and the felt installed correctly to be able to play properly. We found One Billiards and met Josh who really knew his stuff and played a friendly game with my husband in the store while they talked about all the things we really did want in our pool table (Josh won by the way ;) ). This guy really knows his stuff and will take the time to answer any questions and will help you find a pool table that fits your budget, room space and family. They also have shuffleboard tables, bar sets, bar stools, lighting, air hockey tables, theater room seating, ping pong tables, etc... When our table came in, they delivered it (upstairs!!!), leveled it and even ordered us upgraded pockets for free because Josh felt that a different set would look better with our particular table. Couldnt ask for more than that!!!!

Good priced game tables. Friendly service. The manager is super nice and lets you know of upcoming sales. There is no pressure to buy when entering.

I had to have my pool table relocated to another house, I called One Billiards, They set it up perfect, they are very professional. I didnt realize there is a lot more involved in leveling a pool table. Yes, I will use them again. I think the cool guy must of got his directions wrong and ended up at the local tavern!
