I received fast courteous service. They did a fantastic job on my banner and I would definitely recommend them.

I do not feel the quote clearly communicated what was being supplied,. I received most, but not all of the parts needed to make a sign. Apparently the assembly/fabrication of the sign was included under the line item Installation. I removed this line item to reduce cost, and have been basically told that I was a moron for not knowing that Installation should have included assembly/fabrication. In the industry I work in, the Installation is installing a finished product at the site. Apparently in the sign industry that is not the case. I will give Scott Been the benefit of the doubt and assume it was a misunderstanding; however, his email communication since that time has been nothing less than insulting. He has been patronizing, condescending, rude and he just misses the point. Even if the problem were 100% my fault, he took a bad situation and made it far worse. I will never deal with Scott Been or his company again. I gave 2 stars because the printed signs looked good.1/2/2019 Update - In retaliation for this review, Scott Been gave my company a bad review. He has never purchased a single product or service from my company.

This store is a little overpriced and has inconvenient hours. Particularly problematic is the cost of laminating things, printing things from PDF and color copies. For those services I found them to be almost double some of their competitors however their staff is friendly and works to dress your needs quickly. I will continue to use them due to convenient location
