We were able to pick up a much needed desk for my husband. The previous times we had gone in they were always out of stock (thanks to covid). But we finally found the desk in stock and were able to get all the help that we needed to get it to the front and to load it in to our truck. All the people from getting a price check all the way to check out were super nice, friendly and helpful.

Store was clean and staff helpful but both times I went there was a line at the manned checkout because there was only one cashier. The self checkout had a line as well but moved quicker since they have 6 self checkouts.

This is not the best Target. I frequently order items for pickup that say they are available then am notified 2-4 hours later that select items are no longer available. If they are not available sont have them listed as available on the website. Its something I have felt with but finally hit my limit when I order 5 things and just before I leave to pick them up and am notified only 1 is available!! This is unacceptable! I am done with Target!

I love using the Drive-up service at Target. I have a toddler so this makes things really easy for me. I have always had great service when using this new feature. Target did good by starting to offer this!

The drive up lane is awesome! Order online and they get it ready fast and as soon as you pull up they’ll already be walking up to your car. You’ll be out of there within two minutes. Saves so much time! Highly recommend trying it out!

Most of the time I have a good experience with the customer service as far as getting help finding items that I need. Today I was going in to buy glass bake ware and I have a disability that affects the grip of my hands, so I asked for some help of the associate further down in the aisle to load it in my cart. The employee had no problem helping me, but when I got to checkout that was a different story. The employee tending to the self checkout said that they do not help loading stuff into cars unless it is a large item. Even after a quick explanation of my condition she said that they do not offer help. I expected more from the store and it is sad to know that they will nit help when needed. Prefer the one on 71st and Highway 169 more.

The hiring practice here is bizarre. I applied for a position as Pharmacist Tech. The Pharmacist Managers name was Lindsey. At every pharmacy, the manager makes all the hiring decisions.At first I was denied for lack of prior experience. A few days later they called me in for an interview, at the end promising me that theyd call me back with either a yes or no. Lindsey didnt want to admit that she didnt want to hire me. She chose to blame HR, saying they probably turned me down for lack of experience. Classic good guy/bad guy game. Calling back and forth between her and the HR got her to finally say she didnt want me.Dont waste peoples time. The lack of professionalism at this Targets pharmacy department is unbelievable.

Searched for a specific cd to make sure they had it before i made the drive, i live in muskogee. I asked two employees for help, i guess the first didnt hear me, but the second looked at me and just kept walking. I went to the tech desk to ask them for help and had to wait roughly 15 minutes just for the dude to say that they were out, not that its the dudes fault. But really, if you dont have it, please update your website

I love Target but they have dropped down in customer service lately. They use to open up other check out lanes when the one or two they had open got more than three people deep, evidently not anymore. Bring back the customer service Target, bring it back.

The phone rang for 5 minutes before someone answered, who attempted to connect me with the Pharmacy area. The young lady who answered had no clue as to how to demonstrate caring or professionalism, telling me that they didnt have Ensure Max when, in fact, they did. When she began telling me of the six-pack that they didnt have in stock, I told her I was inquiring about a 4-pack. She finally told me that they have the item for $8.99. Ten minutes of phone ringing and cluelessness before I got the answer to why I called. Not good customer service.

I can always find awesome fair priced stuff in multiply areas of the store.

Very poor. Drove 30 miles to this location for a particular product the website said was in stock. When I got to the store, product was not in stock. The website still said it was in stock.

Apparently it is the policy of Target when you return an item without a receipt to refund it at the cheapest sale price that the item was ever at instead of the current retail price the item is being sold for. Seems like a bit of a RIP off by target in my opinion.
