I needed my Truck transmission serviced and my mechanic Norms Auto Clinic recommended Transmission clinic to me. Has an inner filter also so I needed an honest and knowledgeable garage to do it. Checked when I got home and all is done neatly and completely and it was so. I have added them to my list. I do this stuff myself but getting older it’s a little harder. My wife’s car need to be looked at and will definitely call and make an appointment.

Found my analysis was wrongEnded up repairing something different than I thought. Was cheaper than my analysis. Noted a small noise that wasnt necessary to repairIt is so great to have an ethical company that knows their stuffIll go back anytime I have a CV joint or apparent transmission issue

I purchased a used truck from a private seller. Two weeks later I noticed that there was a pool of oil under the transmission. I decided to have someone look at it. Called around, one business wanted $135 just to evaluate the leak, I called Transmission Clinics and Steve said to come drop it off, no discussion of evaluation fees or anything. Long story short, the prior owner didnt properly tighten a few bolts on top of the transmission where the shifter meets the case. This ended up being the only issue with the leak. Steve insisted on not charging me for the fix and explained everything he checked on the truck. This level of honesty and professionalism is sadly hard to come by these days. They have more than earned my future business. Thank you again Steve!

I had been struggling with a broken motor mount for about a year because I did not trust any mechanics to fix anything of mines as I have had some bad experiences in the past. I was not equipped to install this item though. So, I checked around and my wife had suggested the Transmission Clinic in Broken Arrow because they did such a good job on her car and others had said the same thing. So, I went over and asked for a quote on doing this work. Steve gave me the quote, which was reasonable and told me that they could do it first thing in the morning. Wow! So I dropped the car off and they had it done by 11am and it was done right. They even showed me the old motor mount and how bad it was. My Neon drives as smooth as the day I first bought it now. The final price I paid was exactly what they said it would be too.Steve, the owner and his wife, are such nice people and their primary concern is to keep their customers happy with the work that they do at the Transmission Clinic. This business showed me that an auto repair place can operate with integrity, professionalism, and excellence in what they do. I would recommend this business to anyone who needs car repair done. They are also accredited by the Better Business Bureau, which I have believe in as abusiness owner myself.

This shop is incredible. I had a transmission issue in my bmw 650i and had it towed to transmission clinics. The woman that works the phones and front desk is so polite and professional. The owner put my car up on the lift, removed all protective covers and showed me exactly where the leak was coming from. He also showed me a small oil leak that I wasnt aware of. He explained to me that I have a sealed transmission, and that he didnt have the equipment needed to do the job. He did put in 5 quarts of transmission fluid to see if that would temporarily fix the problem. After all that, and my car being there for almost a week, he referred me to a couple specialty shops for foreign cars. I went to pick my car up and was shocked to hear that there was NO CHARGE! He took a lot of time to diagnose and remove things, so it shocked me when he didnt even charge for time or the 5 qts of fluid. Needless to say, transmission clinics will be my first choice if I ever have another transmission issue. Cant thank them enough for being an honest mechanic! Very rare!

Took a repo vehicle (not running) and was told it would be checked out to see what it needed. Ended up paying for new brakes all around and an exhaust leak ($650). The vehicle was never diagnosed; we were led to believe it was otherwise okay. Had it detailed, bad tint removed, seats repaired, new battery, some other interior parts replaced (another $750). The engine seemed to be straining when I drove it home via freeway, so it went to our regular mechanic, who put it through the diagnostic computer. Turns out that the vehicle needs all kinds of major work to keep it alive. Transmission Clinic never diagnosed it and didnt even bother to change the oil or check the spark plugs. It needs about $4000 in engine work, is basically just worn out beyond salvage. An honest evaluation at Transmission Clinic could have saved us $1500 (the vehicle is worth about $3600) if they had just done what we asked. Now were faced with junking the vehicle or being put in the position of spending $6000 on a $3600 vehicle. Gee, thanks Steve!
