They were able to get my truck right in and repair the #5 lifter. They are always efficient but this is the third time since June that my truck has needed significant repairs. I bought it new in April. The injectors were replaced two months into purchasing. Its a 2021 GMC Sierra. I am beyond frustrated with the quality of the truck.

Went there over a week ago to trade in my car for something different. It’s been over a week and I still haven’t heard back from them . This is my first time buying a vehicle from out-of-state, I am in TX and was worried about doing such a large transaction just over the phone, email and not even seeing the car in person, but thank God Chuck Johnson was the sales associate helping me, he made me feel at home and taken care of.I have 2 businesses and work over 65hrs/week, and the way Chuck, the dealer and Jared at financing handled the whole transaction made so efficient that I believe I did not spend more than just a couple of hrs getting this done, without even mentioning that I was trading-in a vehicle they had not seen because I was out-of-state.I have bought over 15 vehicles in my life and by far this transaction was the easiest one, no haggling, no back and forth, no mark up (now in TX everything was a mark up), just pure transparency with the numbers and great customer service.Also, this guys are willing to drive the vehicle to the TX/OK border for me to pickup because i did not want to pay shipping, and to me that is them going out of there way to make sure i am 100% satisfied.I cannot commend Chuck Johnson enough for being the Quarter Back of this transaction and making me feel take care of while spending so much money from far away, also I would like to name Jared (financing) again as he made me feel very comfortable with the numbers, explained everything very well, and closed the deal like a PRO.Thanks Chuck, Jared and the Ferguson Buick GMC team, I will come back for my next vehicle.

I was disappointed when the service manager informed me that it might be a long wait for my oil change since I hadnt made an appointment. I live 40 miles out and had tried to schedule appointments before and was told that oil changes were first come first served. Since I seem to get reminders for everything quite often from the dealership, It should have been fairly simple to send out email notifications that the service policy had been changed and appoints were now required for oil changes. Aside from that, I got good service and only had to wait about 2 hours for a 30 service.
From the time we walked into the door until the time we left was a great experience. Everyone was friendly and professional. They were quick and accommodated us and our kids even on an extremely busy Saturday. No haggling on the price and we got a great car out of the deal. Definitely will start with them in the future. Brought enclave in due to camera issues. Was told part needed to be ordered and we would be called when it arrived. Two months later after we didn’t hear anything we called and the part had been in and we were told that someone was supposed to call us and no one did. Schedule appointment for 9 am. Showed up prior to my scheduled time and waited. At noon someone came out and stated that no one has started on the vehicle yet and if we wanted to reschedule. Cameras were having issues and the part needed to be fixed. We were told no loners and that was it.
It was incredibly fast. Employees were kind and I felt my time was valued, and I was pleasantly surprised by the price!
Came for an oil change, had some questions on some of the accessories with my car. A sales person took time to walk me through it all while I waited for my service. I also needed new wipers and when I made my appointment I was told the cost and told they would make sure they were in stock when I came to my appointment. I live in Sand Springs and am thankful it was all handled in one appointment.

Overall, we had a very nice experience purchasing a new Buick Envision for my wife recently at Ferguson Buick GMC. We had looked at different models from various manufacturers, and after having done some initial research online it was time to look at a real vehicle.Our salesperson, Nick Mastrogiacomo greeted us warmly upon our initial arrival and did everything he could to assist us that day without being pushy or intrusive. Nick was very pleasant and his product knowledge was excellent as he demonstrated many of the features in the Envision and answered the various questions we had in regards. His presence during our test drive was welcome and not distracting as he knew when to interject with a suggestion or point something out while giving us the freedom to experience the vehicles features and dynamics.Nick did an excellent job helping us explore the various incentive options and facilitating the trade-in negotiations. In turn, the Finance representative Meghan was also very pleasant to work with. My only critique for that process relates to the sales pitch for the Extended Warranty options. I realize these products may appeal to many buyers and are an additional source of income for the dealership, but I / we were not interested in purchasing the complete Warranty Package. Although her presentation was very polished and professional, it took quite a while for her to detail the various aspects of the packages, and Meghans initial promise of we have just a little bit of paperwork for you to sign and you will be out of here shortly turned into a long, drawn out process, wasting our time. Im 63-years-old and its not my first car-buying rodeo, so maybe I should have been more upfront and told Meghan we were not interested in the Extended Warranty, but I didnt want to be rude. Perhaps, the Finance Rep could broach the subject with the buyer(s) to gauge potential interest(s), and then determine whether to make the full Extended Warranty presentation, or only address specific sections like Road Hazard or Surface Protections, or not waste each others time and energies if buyer(s) show absolutely no interest.

First off my salesperson Woody was great. If the review was based on him it would be 5 stars but one star for the overall experience. I Agreed to buy an expensive brand new Sierra. Drove it, did paperwork, went back the next morning to sign papers and pick it up. The truck was detailed and full on gas waiting on me. Go into the finance manager’s office to sign with woody and we are told the truck is already sold.

Bought a new (4000 mile loaner vehicle) from this dealership this week. Was assured that the car was in new condition no scratches, dents or dings etc. drive 4 hours and when we arrived the car was in very good shape but did have swirls in the pain already, rock chip on the hood and slight interior damage. (It’s a new/used vehicle so it is what it is) Also when inspecting the vehicle it was not very clean despite just getting “detailed”, there was dog hair in the floors and seats and dirt all over the back hatch. Our sales person Chuck Johnson immediately apologized and used his own products and cleaned the car inside and out while we signed papers. He probably spent 30 minutes or more and when it came back the car was genuinely clean this time. Chuck was a pleasure to deal with and would definitely buy a car from him again.
I generally dont look forward to the car shopping and trade-in process, but my experience with Chuck Johnson at Ferguson Buick GMC made it a positive encounter. Chuck was excellent in his communication, follow-up, and attention to detail. I would recommend considering Ferguson Superstore and Chuck Johnson for your used or new car buying needs.
The process was seamless. Kaveh was our sales person and he kept us updated during the whole process. He did videos of the trucks that we were interested in and that helped us pick what we wanted. We live 17 hours away and this is by far one of the best experiences weve had at a dealership. We normally dread the process, but not this time!

Im continually perplexed as to why it takes more than 90 minutes to get an oil change. I call ahead and schedule an appointment in the hopes that my car will actually be serviced at the appointment time. And Im still waiting.

Overall, it was a painless experience. I was a little disappointed that I couldnt take the vehicle home the day I bought it and that the second set of keys was lost when I picked up the truck. However, everyone i dealt with was courteous and pleasant. The keys were found a few days later so no worries. Im a happy customer.

I will never buy a car anywhere else. We got my husband a truck and traded my old car for a Yukon in the same day. Kevin Woody Wooden is an excellent salesman, doesnt hem-and-haw, is straightforward and tells you what is or isnt possible, which I appreciate. Theres no haggling at this dealership, no back and forth with the finance managers. I didnt even have to talk to them to get what I wanted, Woody took care of it for me. He also helped put my kids car seats into my new car, made sure my pike pass was affixed to the windshield and even put my 30 day tag on with my previous vanity border license plate while I was finishing up with the finance department. Ive had to call to check on/update a few things and Woody has taken care of it within hours. He is 100% the best salesman Ive ever dealt with.My only complaint is that it took over 2 weeks for their finance department to send the payoff on my old car; leading to late fees with the previous bank. I also didnt get my title information in time to get my permanent tag before the 30 day tag expired. Im not really thrilled with that part of it, theres no reason they couldnt get that done, especially since I had to provide them with additional documentation. They should have made it a priority to get everything wrapped up and done in a more timely manner.Tl:dr version: Woody is awesome, finance department not so much.

Went in for an oil change and to check tire for a slow leak. Said tire could not be plugged and a new tire would cost about $200. I was not shown any proof that I needed a new tire, it was not in stock and had to come back the next day to have it put on. I asked if the new tire for $200 had any type of warranty. Stated I would have to purchase a warranty. I may have truly needed a new tire, but it seemed more important to sell a tire and get me out to move on to the next customer. Since I was not prepared to spend an extra $200, because my oil change was free, good customer service would have been to show me the tire and how it could not have been fixed. And to give options on some type of warranty. I dont want to have to buy a new tire everytime there is a slow leak.

Their patience with us through the entire process was extraordinary and we were overjoyed when we took delivery of our new 2021 Buick Envision Avenir. Just got off the phone with Zack Walker from this dealership for the user truck we purchased April 5th. He acknowledged that we received a bad purchased transaction on this Chevy Silverado. He informed us that he will purchase the truck back from us after we used our extended warranty to get AC compressor fixed for $1,250. Also, he said, “I can only purchase it back after you pay for tag and tile😳” which is another $2,500. I am like, how is this making me whole? He said, we are not here to make you whole. Huh????WOW WOW! Where do they do things like this at?Run to the next dealership because you will regret it at this place.
