The team that works here is Awesome! I am in the process of getting my car worked on but already they have really impressed me. When I got to the shop there was a lady there picking up her vehicle that they had worked on and she was just ecstatic with how professional the team was and how well of a repair job they had done on her vehicle, I knew then I had chosen the right place! While I was waiting I was offered a cold beverage and treated exceptionally well! The gentleman that did my free estimate gave me a very reasonable price to get the damage fixed on my car and as soon as I get paid I will be taking my car to get repaired!

After dealing with insurance and such and them having my checks garnished almost $100 over the amount owed and still being garnished I will never refer anyone to this company and my insurance agrees. My review and comments before got deleted which is fine however after looking over it all and the fact They are still taking money out of my checks even after they got was owed shows they only care about money.

Estimate was lower than expected which was great, they used factory GM replacement parts. Turn around time was spot on and workmanship and customer service were excellent!

Highly dont recommend this place for work they tell you to bring ur car in giving u a 2 week time frame then didnt touch it for over a month. When we got the truck back they said they changed the back window out n put up new headliner which was a lie. Grease stains on the same liner. Then from letting it set so long battery messed up which they took to chevy n tried to put the charge on our bill. Then to top it off they broke switches in the car n stuff didnt work. Dont take ur car to this place at all. Getting fixed at a different collision place due to the stuff they have done.

I spoke with Matt on the phone. He was extremely nice, very informative. When I dropped my car off everyone at A-1 was so friendly and helpful. They went over my insurance with me, went over what they thought was going to need repairs in detail, etc. Matt told me my car would be ready by the following Tuesday. During the repair process he contact me to let me know how things were progressing, which I appreciated. He called me Tuesday around lunch time to let me know my car would be ready that evening. When I got there my car looked brand new again and they had even detailed it for me. They did an amazing job and were so friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them again should the need arise and will most definitely recommend.

I was definitely impressed with A-1 Auto Body!! From the first phone call to set-up my appointment. To driving off in my vehicle. Matt Lewis took care of me from start to finish. Very down to earth and a family man, so he was very genuine!! I dropped my vehicle off Monday as they were closing and they had it ready by Wednesday at noon. After using A1 Body for multiple visits, I can honestly say that I would never consider taking our vehicles anywhere else. The people that work there really are top notch, both in their knowledge and in their courtesy and professionalism. Every single experience I have had at A1 has been a positive one. I have probably had five visits in the past three years with various vehicles that needed body repair. They even went out of their way for me when I stopped by on my way to work. I had bolts come loose from under my van, making a large piece of the underside drag the ground when I drove. They had me fixed up and on my way within 10 minutes. Matt and the whole crew at A-1 were nothing short of exceptional with my entire experience start to finish. They were up front and had great communication on all the work my car needed. I took my Son In Laws 98 Mustang Cobra to A-1 while he was serving in Afghanistan as a gift to him. This car was his first car and he loved it but it was in terrible shape body wise. He and I had been getting it to run and drive well previously.A-1 took the car down to bare metal, removed all of the glass and worked out every last ding and dent, all while taking copious pictures of the job for my Son In Law.Finally, they payed down a beautiful coat of gloss black paint and coats of clear coat so deep you could see yourself in the paint work. They reinstalled all of the glass and presented me with a car that looked better than it did when it was brand new, for the price they originally asked me for.My Son In Law loved his brand new old car when he came home. Thank you Pop, Matt, Dave and Team, great work and one proud Army Seargeant.

Everybody at A-1 was amazing!! They went out of their way to make sure my daughter and I were comfortable while waiting on my car. They worked during their lunch break to make sure I didn’t have to wait long with a toddler. It was the truly best auto body shop I’ve ever been to. Everyone was SO kind.

Back in October of last year, our 2019 Buick Enclave was rear ended. The damage that was done was quite extensive. Unfortunately, this wreck happen to coincide with the GM strike, so with the car being all but brand new and there being no parts coming out of Michigan, the repair took a very long time to complete. However, Matt kept us informed throughout the entire process, regularly calling to give us updates on the status of our repair.When the day finally came to pick up the car, our car literally looked like it had just rolled off the show room floor. I would highly recommend Matt and the team at A-1 Auto Body.

The Dave and Sally Lewis have owned the business since started in 1980 which is still going strong today! A1 Auto Body does excellent work and has help me keep my 1964.5 Mustang Blackgold in excellent shape. The example being the recent Daryl Starbird Show where after not showing in the show since 1991. The Mustang was class champion. I would highly recommend them as they can do all kinds of work from simple repairs to major custom builds.

While the staff here is very great and friendly, when it comes to body work and repair from a wreck they will not do their part and do anything in their power to make sure all of the parts arrive as fast as possible. Any other shop I have had the pleasure of dealing with has went above and beyond, calling, checking and making sure they were doing everything possible in their power to get my car back to me as fast as possible. This shop? Friendly people, nice interior, but they dont do their part in calling and checking on parts or notifying the customer about the status.

These guys are great. My son recommended them so I went on that. They quoted the lowest price for the repair I got. Since I drive a Lexus I had some reservations! Well that a all went away when I saw the finished repair, it was perfect, good as new. They are the nicest people and the contact person I dealt with kept me informed of the progress. Added bonus...final cost less than they quoted! Unusual as many times itll be higher. I highly recommend this business.

Hands down the best body shop in Tulsa! Always very thorough in their explanation of work and take care of the customer throughout the entire process.

It took them six months to finish my car blamed it on the insurance every time had to take it back to get their mess ups fixed twice still have things wrong with my car including a broken windshield a broken visor miss installed headliner and a lost my headlight cover they do very poor work and they just rush you out even though it takes them six months to get you in I will never return my vehicles to the body shop

2013 October -- Updated: Matt and the guys did a great job on a warranty part that failed. They even tracked down the information for the insurance company guarantee on the labor. My PT had major front end damage this time, and Matt and his crew got her fixed up better than new. She looks awesome again, perfect paint match, no squeaks, no problems, and Im back on the road. Thanks guys!2010 December: Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. These guys were very kind and helpful last summer when I brought my car to them for a scuff on my bumper. They were able to buff most of it out on the spot and didnt charge a thing. I was rearended a few weeks ago by a big truck--the trunk on my PT Cruiser convertible was crushed, and the top of the bumper looked like it had been through a cheese grater. I knew these guys would care and do a good job. They made my car look awesome again quickly. Perfect match on the color, and the body work looks great. I highly recommend this shop.

Well I should have gone with my gut feeling and went somewhere else. This was by referral of a friend thats knows the family that owns this business. All I had repaired was a fender and headlight replacement. They called me and said my car blew its main fuse box. And it must have just been the age of my car. Its a 2009 and had nothing to do with the age of my car. This was the result of an employee not paying attention. They didnt want to lose money out of the deal and made an excuse for leaving a ground wire disconnected or whatever was done to blow my fuse box. I ended up paying $120.00 extra because they didnt want to be honest about burning out my fuse box. But it didnt end there. It blew other fuses in my car. Lots of tiny fuses that they were ok paying for because that was just a few dollars. The paint on the new fender has bubbles in it. A sign of amateur work. Even tried to blame it on other things and other possibilities to satisfy their own consciences. Dont go here. Dont be like me and think, it cant be that bad. Cause I certainly didnt expect to get screwed without even a kiss afterwards.

We went here to get car detailed they Squeaky Clean Auto Detail. The BEST detail we have ever had at a very reasonable price.

Came in after getting sideswiped on my way to work. The people at A1 got my truck in right away. The waiting room is very nice and Matt offered me something to drink while i waited. I hate to say i look forward to doing business with them again because I’m not wanting to have anymore accidents but they have earned my business for life.

I took 2 cars at the same time to this place in 2013. One was a windshield replacement and the other was a rear end collision repair and a paint job on the passenger side mirror.The windshield was on my wifes car. My wife informed me after a couple of weeks after we got the car back that the car didnt have the tint at the top like the original.I looked at the paint job on my car before I picked it up, there were massive swirls in the finish. I had them redo the paint before I drove it off. As I drove my car I noticed a wind noise that I never had before. I thought no big deal, Ill just fix the seal myself instead of waiting on them to do it.During this time we moved so the car issues got put on the back burner.So today I finally got around to fixing the wind noise. I had to rip my passenger door apart to reset the seal.I found missing hardware, broken supports, the door light disconnected ( I never carry passengers so I didnt even notice the door light didnt come on), a missing trim piece off the mirror, striped out trim fasteners.I am glad I didnt take my wifes car back to have them put the correct windshield in, there is no telling what they would have done to her car. I will repair their destruction to my car on my own. I dont want them touching my car again.So in my opinion, if you want a shop that cuts corners, does poor work and puts their profits way before the customers this is the place for you.

They guy was insanely rude and acted bothered that I interrupted his texting, looked at my car and did not even open my car door before saying $54-108. Asked if I can make an appointment and he said no, just call when I was ready, gave me a card and walked away from me. Then my boyfriend brings the car up there and the guy tells him $1600. Absolutely ridiculous service and I wont even consider actually getting it done here.

Called to get a rough estimate. A guy answers says sure go ahead. I tell him what car I drive. I pause expecting a response of some sort, he replies yes thats a car. If that is how they treat people over the phone I obviously wont be doing business with them. Hung the phone up called Collision Works got a quote and got my car fixed. Thanks Collision Works

This auto body shop is pathetic, not only do the employees say that there place is the best to get body work done but they go over board on the prices and the work needed to do it. I took my 20 year old car there because two uninsured mexicans had a loose wheel on there car that shot off and hit mine and the guy said they would have to strip off the trim and windows etc. just to paint it. Do they have any idea how old and fragile those parts are. plus they paint cars in the same room they do auto body work. How do they keep overspray off other cars. DO NOT TSKE YOUR CAR HERE!! take it to a dealership like toyota by 91st and have real professionals do it.

A-1 Auto body is the only place I will take my vehicles from now on. I have had two cars repaired there now, the last time which a week ago had to have a touch up and door adjusted, supposed to been done in one day but was delayed by a day because GM was not satisfied with the finish and had the finish redone.

The paint match was honestly terrible, they didnt put any of the wheel well shields or bumper back on correctly or actually FIX the problems besides the paint. My bumper support is still messed up and getting it off is impossible. This was almost a year ago now but the ridiculous paint job is what kills me the most.
