Scott is nice guy and an honest salesman, which is often hard to find. The guys in service are great, they got me in and out fast and solved my problem first time.I would highly recommend stopping by for a new to you motorcycle, some service work, or winter storage.

I went in to Brockton Cycle center looking for a Road Glide and possibly trade in my bike. I met with Jim and Scott ( the GM) great people really easy to deal with. They had me financed and out the door on my new bike in a little more than an hour.They made it seamless and any issues I had were very quickly dealt with. The tech Jordan is amazing. I purchased a 2019 r6 from Scott in March of 2021. Waited months for it to be registered, which was promised when I purchased it, but that never happened. I sold the bike and asked Scott for a refund on the money that was charged to me for the registration, he said he could do better than that then never got back to me.The service was great while I was physically there and purchasing the bike, but any follow up falls very short with inconsistent sales reps.

Bought a Harley Dyna in March of 2020, my first motorcycle. John has continually followed up with me to make sure everything is all good, and providing sound advice on modifications or adjustments. Even going as far as clutch and brake adjustments so the bike responds better than ever, and taking care of an electrical issue cause by a short. Thank You for making me feel at ease with my first motorcycle purchase!

Bought a 2014 Harley Sportster 1200 custom in September 2020. Bik was in great shape! Jim and Scott were very helpful along the way. Bike was delivered to my house with no issues. Only comment would be it took a while the day I went to pick up the bike, as they were short staffed.

We had a bike that needed service that we had bought here, so we had it towed and they refused to hold it until they could service it. I told them it didn’t matter how long it took because we plan on selling the bike, we just wanted it serviced before hand. The girl I spoke to said they would not be able to take in any more bikes because they only had one technician and they were behind ! I explained that I did not need the bike we had no plans on using it we were going to just service it and then sell it, and it did not matter how long it took for them to service it . I asked to speak to the manager not only did he refuse to keep the bike, he was rude to myself & my friend that towed the bike. Very poor customer service!!! We brought it down the street to Bettencourt‘s they could not have been nicer!!!!

Waste of time. Came by to look at a bike that they said was for sale. When I got there they said it was sold. Then 5 minutes after I got there I found the bike and they said it wasnt for sale. Had to deal with a kid sales rep that didnt know what he was doing. Bad enough this kid is the one they trust to answer the phones. Heres a quick sales tip: dont hang up on people that want to buy your bikes.

Tried to call to get tuning info for my Aprilia.Main service knew nothing about the topic and the lead Aprilia tech had to Google everything while on the phone. Was told no Aprilia dealer can do tuning, yet seacoast has no problem doing so.Absolutely NO help and the tech hungup on me before I could plan any service anyway.Definitely not bothering with these guys again. Protect your investment and go to real professionals.

It appears that this establishment has a mechanical problem with most of their used motorcycles which are sold at this establishment. As my brother has purchased his bikes from here an one more than one occasion has had an issue with the motorcycle had several issues with each that he’s purchased here. These are the reasons behind the low rating. I would like to see this issue resolved and hopefully not continue happen in the future.

Just walked in and was completely ignored. In fact one salesman looked right at me and then turned around and looked the other way and there were no other customers in the entire show room. there’s absolutely no customer service there.

Called ahead of time to make sure they had a better selection of helmets than last year, was told to come down there was plenty.They had about 6 different bell styles and a few ion?Drove 30 min to get here for 2 min of wasted time. Noone inside asked me if I needed help, the one person I spoke with basically blamed 508 for going to Plymouth, so I suppose thats where Ill be going next.Avoid this place.

Recently purchased a used bike through them; worked with JJ, straight up, clean cut, enthusiastic, positive energy, no hassle.Important to recognize that when buying used bikes, especially sports bikes, they will come with some nicks and dings. Turns out the bike originally had some damage to a Side fairing that was not repaired properly; I hadn’t noticed when originally checking it out and came across it when really going over the bike back at home; and to be truthful I truly don’t think they as the dealer knew of it either. And that damage is no reflection to their business or my trust in them as a dealer to sell an honest product. They are making a living too and will be sure to get you on a gorgeous bike at a fair and honest price. Don’t hesitate on working with them!!They are my dealer of choice bar none and that’s with many purchases under my belt and my FIRST with Brockton Cycle Center. I’ll be back for sure. 10/10

Went there to pick up a used atv and it was falsely advertised and not even running

I have used them for a 94 vmax and a 05 YZF600 for parts. Parts usually arrive in a week. Twice they have messed up the parts, once I called and for no charge (as it should have been) I got the correct ones a week later.Customer service is not necessarily the friendliest, but they are still very helpful. Would definitely recommend. They allow you to pick up in store or ship to your house.

The staff were great. Helpful without overselling. They listened, and we talked like people, and figured out what I needed to solve the issues I was having. They were, above all, nice and welcoming. And prices are good! Even on new bikes! Totally reasonable. Will be back, probably a whole bunch. (I talked to Scott mostly while I was there)
