We switched to them a 3 or 4 years ago and wow what a difference. Our last uniform company was so bad I wanted to just go with out uniforms all together. Best compliment I can give them is I never think of them. No complaints from employees about missing or lacking uniforms, bill is correct and the same every time, they run my CC once month and send me a receipt and it matches perfectly with the bills I have. Nothing better for a business owner then a service that works perfect and does not require any of your time managing it.

Crown linen has been servicing my restaurant for over a year now. Crowns delivery is consistent and always on time along with a responsive customer service staff that starts with the driver Antonio. Antonio never fails to do a thorough check of all linens and towels and consistently goes out of his way to make sure all of our needs are met. He always checks in with me to make sure we have everything we need and whenever there is a problem he does everything he can to solve it immediately. Also, Crown bought out the company that had previously been supplying us with linen and that transition has translated into some quality issues which is understandable when a company takes over a long established service. I say understandable because from manager Ed King to the staff at Crown and especially Antonio, Crown has responded to each issue we have had with class and the approach of solving the problem. The effort is appreciated.

Worked here and was a good employee. I got approved by supervisor for time off for an operation, had all the paperwork I needed and was told I was good to go. When I was cleared to go back to work they told me I was a no call no show and fired me. They do not care one bit about their employees a lot of complaints from a lot of people. Plus it’s a sweat shop in the summer you can barely breath. No fans just a little hose that barely blows air. Good riddens

At first I thought this was Crown Fried Chicken and was real disappointed that it wasnt, but when I saw I how well they did with their Uniforms, I knew they deserved five stars!!

They treat their employees like objects; they condone bullying in the workplace, they condone occupational inequality. Their supervisors are disrespectful, and dismissive towards employees concerns.
