I couldnt find scrubs in the color my school required anywhere. Found this place on the internet and called, the man I spoke to kindly told me he had a few different brands in the color I needed. When I got there he was so helpful, didnt seem angry even though it was close to closing time and didnt make me feel rushed either. I am so grateful, would highly recommend and I will definitely be back!

I had a great experience the other day at Village Uniforms. Since Covid, a lot of places won’t allow you to try on their clothes. I called ahead of time to ask if I’d be able to try on the scrubs and Gary answered with a friendly yes. Once I got to the store, I was greeted by Gary and started to look around for scrub tops. He asked what I was looking for and pointed me in the right direction to the brand I wanted. He also informed me on their new arrivals and if I needed anything specially ordered that he could do it as well. I was helped without feeling pressured at all. I will definitely be back for my future uniforms!

Gary is a great help - makes suggestions and offers help & guidance without sales pressure. Store is well stocked and they can order anything you want if they dont have it. Terrific experience over & over again.

Called in to ask if they had a discount for nurses and in turn got a smart aleck response for a simple question. Not professional. Bad experience.

I have purchased scrubs & shoes from this family owned uniform store many times - Gary manager owner is great really friendly & helpful but not intrusive no pressure totally customer service orientated his Mom is exactly the same way - can order anything & everything you need and can fast track if necessary. Its nice to shop local and be remembered in the process!

If I can give this store a negative 5 stars I would. Since I have to give a star to leave a review, here it goes. I ordered 2 set of scrubs a month ago. 2 weeks (which I was told thats how long it will take), I have not received a call so I called. I was told it is not in yet. The week after, I called again, I was told, they ordered the wrong size and it should be in soon. Today I called, the lady who answered basically told me: it will come when it comes. If I want I can pick out something in the store that is readily available. Lady, newsflash! I paid for something that I want, because I wanted it. Then she basically said: I don’t know what to tell you. I have to go now. So two things: I try to give and spend a little bit more $$ to local stores. I try to be understanding as much as I can, but when a business tell me that she has to go and try to tell me to pick out things that is available in the store, well..... I say uniform advantage dot com has special deals! The uniforms are CHEAPER! Tons of selection to choose from. Free shipping after certain amount, usually varies, the last time I ordered after $40 it was free shipping. Or go to All heart dot com . I paid close to $60 for 2 sets of scrubs in this store. You go to these online stores, you will get more for your buck! Never going back. If you want there’s also Work N’ gear. Customer service sux so bad.

They always have new styles, treat customers with courtesy and respect. And always there to help. I love that place.

Typically I try to give my business to smaller family owned places. This will be the last time I go this place gets my business. I took home 3 pairs of scrubs and one pair of nurse shoes and ordered one pair of scrubs and a stethescope. Overall the price here was higher than every other place I found online. Stethescope alone was 20 dollars more expensive. Still I really didnt mind because I had 3 pairs right away and was told two weeks for my other things. 1st complaint is that when I came home I got a look at my scrubs in better lighting. Not sure of the scrun top was sitting in their display window or something. But the color is off from the pants. 2nd complaint is that almost a full month later I am being told that my items are due in by the end of the week. I could have gone online, ordered the same stuff for less money AND had it Express shipped and paid about the same price overall. Wont be back.

Im still waiting for my shoes which were ordered in June of 2019, after many visits and many excuses, I m still waiting for that pair of shoes. Thanks.
