I would like to provide you with some feedback regarding our truly amazing experience my family and I experienced at your Brocton RV Center. As we were preparing for our 3 week camping vacation to Lake George we had several issues getting ready. We needed two awnings and several other products for our 3 RV’s. We had the pleasure of dealing with Maura and Mike over several weeks and our overall experience was a 10+++It is so very refreshing to deal with people who truly care and work with customers treating us like family members. There helpfulness including listening, verbal communication always following up, knowledge & advice are truly world class. It was so refreshing to get someone so knowledgeable in all aspects of their job, along with being so personable, caring and friendly. You are extremely fortunate to have such a valuable team member working for you.We will certainly continue to use Bradford RV Center for all our camping needs.In conclusion, thank you very much for your help and time. I can’t tell you how much all their help made our camping experience so wonderful. The Customer Service industry seems to be failing when it counts most and Maura and Mike at Bradford RV Center provided a shining example that others can follow.
Ive been going to Bradfords for many years. Always have had a good experience. Weve also used thier repair facilities and have had good service there. Good size parts shop, knowledgeable & friendly staff.
Minimal parking (especially for big rigs) but the people are friendly and helpful, not at all condescending despite me being a newbie to the world of rving.
I have been toying with the idea for a travel trailer for years. I went into Bradford and had no expectation for buying anything. Roger was very knowledgeable. Ray was wonderful to work with and helped get our financing approved in a very stress free way. They set timelines and expectations and met them. We even met Brad who thanked us for our business! I would give a 10 out of a 10!

Went in to get a light socket for my RV because Advance Auto and OReilly Auto Parts couldnt find the one I was looking for. So I figured that I would have to go to a RV dealership and get it there. Expecting to pay a arm and a leg for it they told me that they dont have them and to go to Auto Zone. So I went down the street to Auto Zone and to my surprise for $6 bucks a piece they had two in stock. So needless to say I bought them both. Thanks Bradford RV Center I have always appreciated the service I have gotten there.
My wife and I were very happy to meet our wonderful sales lady at Bradford RV Center. Cheryl Hughes took her time with us, answered all of our many questions with kindness. She could tell we were from Florida and not vey familiar with purchasing a trailer. She showed us several RV’s and explained the the pro’s and con’s of each. She is the best and management should be very proud of her professionalism.We also had the pleasure of meeting Ray Noriega, Business Manager. He was a very nice man to work with. He was also a professional with a wonderful energetic personality. You could tell that he loved his job and was proud of the company he was representing. He gave honest answers to our questions and he was willing to go the extra mile to make things work. Went to Bradford RV to look at two pre-owned campers that we seen on their website. The sales associate was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Showed us multiple campers and didn’t pressure us into buying. All the staff there have been helpful with us and made us feel welcomed. Made the buying process go by so smooth. We will be picking up our camper very soon! Definitely recommend Bradford RV.

Was trying to get propane, people told me to wait and went back to work I walked around to see plenty of capable people could have sold me.
Worst customer service ever ever !! Find another company. They talk the talk, smile at you, take your money. But when you need service, forget about it. Took me two years to get my brand new camper issues resolved. Including a report to the Massachusetts Attorney Generals office before they finally resolved my issues. They delivered my trailer with so many problems I cant even count. Never again.Heres how they delivered my camper.Broken window.Broken plastic shroud above shower.Defective slide out.Had to replace the stereo three times.Molding and trim twisted and buckled all over.Toilet leaking in bathroom floor.To name a few.Now keep in mind they had it for 2 weeks for quality control. Before they deliver it to me.Go elsewhere.
If you want to pay around 8 grand more for same exact rvs others offer for way cheaper then this is your place ...wow...ridiculous prices
My experience with Bradford RV is primarily with the service department. Ive been an RV owner since 2007 and Ive been to many RV dealers and repair shops, and never in my history of owning an RV have I encountered such an unprofessional service department.The department head couldnt get single thing right, from not know which RV belonged to me (after I gave him my name and information) to botched repairs. I spent over $2100 in repairs because my family and I wanted to make sure our summer RVing would be free of issues. What shouldve taken 1 week to repair took almost 3 weeks, countless calls to find out status updates. We paid extra to have it picked up and re-delivered to our storage location only to have to do extra leg work to find out where our unit was because it was not re-delivered as promised. The day we went to hitch the RV to the truck (to start our vacation) was a disaster! The new battery was dead, the electric hitch to raise and lower the unit was broken and thats as far as we got for our vacation! We had to cancel all our plans! Do yourselves a favor and DONT take your RV to Bradford for repairs! Ive never purchased a unit from them before so I have no idea what the experience is like but Im not in a hurry to find out!

Had a pop up for 10 years and now that the kids are out of the house wanted to step up to a hybrid for me and the wife. Bradford had one that hit all our buttons, pre owned. Went to see it, found some little flaws that our sales man said they would address and guess what? THEY DID! Just a great experience from the initial visit to the pick up. The owner, the finance guy, the sales and service guys. No pressure, every time we were there it was like stopping at Dunkin for a coffee.. When we picked up we had a 90 minute tutorial and I LOVED how the service guy knew we were upgrading from a pop up and made a point to show some differences. Just tremendous service all around.
Satellite location closed over a year ago and nobody bothered to update Google. I am new in town and took care of it. Took about 12 seconds. If someone at Bradford RV Center took the 12 seconds to update the Google it would have made my life a lot better. I will not be shopping at Bradford RV Center.

Only place to buy a camper. I have bought from 4 dealerships over the years and Bradford is the only place I went back too. The customer service is outstanding, the owner is great to work with, Louise our sales rep was low pressure, knowledgable and really wants to get you into something you will like, the finance manager is awesome and the rest of the staff is also good. Prices are either the beat around or very competitive to online prices. I always go there.

We were lied to from the beginning.1st they told us we would have no problem pulling a 10000lb trailer with a van that is rated for 7500lbs. We almost died.Bill told us the warranty parts were there and he would send them, 3 months later nothing I called Forest River and they told me they were never ordered. Do yourself a favor go to campers world at least they dont lie as bad.

Our brand new camper was not ready when promised and Im not talking a few days either.While they(absolutely no fault of ours) were waiting on a part, our first payment was due to the bank. They would not help us. Will never buy from them again.

Went in for a couple of small parts for our camper and I got exactly what I needed. Parts staff was very nice and professional.
I need some warranty work done on my Montana and called Bradford RV because they are an authorized dealer. The first question they asked was if we purchased from them. When we advised we had not, we purchased in Florida, the guy told us he wouldnt be able to do any work for us until the winter. It seems like it would be better to hire help than turn work away.
Service department is top notch now was terrible last year specifically turn around time .Only complaint is when ordering parts it takes forever for them to come in, months not days.

Bought a new RV and received it in May, 2004 from your company.The DOMETIC a/c was the system and it never cooled the rv.Your company did not honor a warranty that came with the purchase of the wildwood rv you sold to Ms Lorraine Cochran. I had to phone DOMETIC to replace the roof top a/c, and the replacement never cooled the rv either..... not even for a second. A repair man, dba: the RV doctor, said that the thermostat needed replacement to make the a/c cool. After a replacement from DOMETIC the thermostat still provided absolutely no cooling. It is dishonorable and disreputable of your company to have sold me this RV with the none working a/c . The rv was purchased by Lorraine Cochran for cash, and delivered to the campsite at Bayview in Bourne, Ma in early May, 2014. Terrible service to a cash customer, you should be ashamed of your product ! One STAR is more than you deserve, a terrible product and service. TERRIBLE!!
Selection is thin but the sales people are helpful and knowledgable
Slow service from management. Sold them my trailer for consignment and they never called me to pick up my check. I had to make countless calls to ask for it. The trailer was sold and left the lot on a Saturday, didn’t hear from them about picking up the check until I called them the next week.
This place sucks they sold me a camper nothing but problems would not take it in for service. When I finally got a hold of someone my warranty had ran out 2 days prior. The camper leaks so bad tried to fix it and fell and broke my leg while camping. Would not reccomend they will sell you something and then not back it up.

Keystone trailer are overrated they dont back up ther product and the dealership dont tell you what you should know, I was not informed of mantaining warranty work and the owner manual is unclear
