I enjoy getting my bike fix over at Travis Cycle. He is very professional and calls when the bike was done on time.
Mark, the owner, is very down to earth and friendly. Hell let you know what your bike needs and if he cant get it hell give you the part number to find it online. Hes very professional and will work with you when buying a bike thatll fit your personal needs.
Travis cycle is the best. Great service
Over priced stock and only one employee not willing to help or did not know how to help anyone.
They were able to diagnose my bike quickly and without taking it inside their shop. BUT, diagnose was WRONG! Had a young man diagnose the bike; he told me that the axle broke/ball bearing needed repair, then said will need a new rear wheel. He called another person ( believe I heard him call Travis the owner) or person in charge to confirm. They removed the wheel and inspected it, then said I would need a new wheel. The cost they gave me is $100. I didnt think it was worth fixing and was contemplating giving the bike away or donating it. Glad I didnt!!! On my way to pick up something from Letgo, I mentioned what just happened at Travis cycle and the man quickly said, in so many words, you dont need a new wheel, just need to readjust a couple of things. He adjusted a few things that took him about 15 mins and bike now my bike is running well again, NO NEW WHEEL needed! I have a few questions: How long has Travis Cycle been around? Was this an honest mistake, a lack of repair knowledge, a shop struggling to make ends meet or ...? I am not angry or upset, simply writing this comment to help the nest person. We all far short and even in my business Ive fallen short. On this day, the repair shop fell short. Another lesson - just because repair shop says issue is something, doesnt mean theyre right. Sometimes, you simply dont know what you dont know. I hope this comment helps someone and encourages the shop to do a better job next time.
Awesome! Ask for Mark, he will take good care of you!
Yeah hes very good to work with and his prices are right and he guarantees his stuff I couldnt ask for anything better very good job
Very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the right mountain bike. Not in a rush to make the sale over the right decision. Plenty of variety in bikes and the fit after the purchase was very helpful in getting set up properly.Would recommend to anyone looking for a new bike to stop by. Family owned and operated.
It was excellent service, MARC WAS GREAT, PETER CURTIN, RECOMENDED ME
Great selection, excellent knowledge. and the prices are comparable to the big chain stores. we bought a bike at a sporting goods store that they PUT TOGETHER for us. only to have to take it to Travis to be Fixed. (or built properly) if you need a bike this is the place to go.
I was searching for a bike to start riding I looked up Travis Cycle, It was the best experience . Mark was very knowledgeable about bikes taught me what I needed to know sized me for a bike that I love ! I brought my family to buy also we bought 4 bikes from this shop! Nice, knowledgeable people
Great mom and pop shop. Knowledgeable staff. Great selection. Great after purchase assistance. Cant wait to buy my next bike from Travis Cycle.
Man.... Travis is the man. I am new to the bike culture and Travis welcomed with open arms. Im very very happy with the current bike that I got from Teavis. I would highly recommend Teavis cycles yo anyone looking to get into mountain biking or BMX. Overall great guy and cant wait to go for my upgrade.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff great experience and would recommend you visit for your next bike purchase.
I have purchased 2 fit Bikes from the Brockton location. I believe the price was fair and they always take care of small tune ups for us when ever we stop by. You cant get that at a big box store and the quality of the bikes cant be beat.
Great local spot! These guys know bicycles
Great customer service the owner really takes care of his customers and these bikes last long Ive had my bike for around 7 months and the worst Ive endured is a flat.
Mark is very rude and refused to weigh a mountain bike that I was looking to buy
Incredible service
Honest,Reputable & Friendly!
Poor customer service, and tried to over sell me on a bike. If you dont know much about bikes, and prices avoid this place.
