Please proceed with caution with this group. I purchased an SUV and it appeared to be a smooth process, I waited 2 weeks for all of the repairs to be done and i would pick it up. The replaced the oil pan, brakes, tires and battery. I felt I was in good hands. The following weeks I brought it back because the oil pan leaked and the brakes clinked when I stopped. Kinda irked me that they had it for 2 weeks and could not get that right. But it gets better, once I receive the car it it has a no name battery that dies in 6 months and these junk Chinese Lionheart tires. They only have a 30K mile tread life. In case your wondering, those tires died in a 14 months. My other problem was the cabin fan, I thought the techs verified that all systems were working, NOPE. The A/C system was clogged and emptied water into the cabin right on the fan. So here are my takeaways, THEY DO NOT INSPECT THE CARS, ANYTHING OTHER THAN SAFETY IS YOUR PROBLEM! Speaking of safety, the spare on the back of the SUV was frozen on, I brought it to another dealership and they had to use a blow torch to work the lugs off, nice job inspecting that! Another safety item was the windshield washer reservoir, it leaked. So it basically holds a few squirts of fluid, thats it. Another safety item swept under the rug. If your looking for a great domestic vehicle, please go the South Easton Motors, great cars with legit mechanics. They do it all! If you like foreign, I cant think of anyone better that Motorcars International in Bridgewater. Again, great techs and service. If the price is right at Avon Auto Brokers, and you buy, please bring to one for the above places I mentioned, they both have the tools and techs to diagnose a potential lemon. Please no wise comments as a rebuttal, Im being honest and upfront with my experience.

My car got totaled at the beginning of November, and ever since then I had been searching for a new car. After going through so many different used car options and dealers, we finally went to Avon on Montello Street. I called the office there asking about what I was looking for, and Dennis said that he had a few cars already that I could take a look at. When we got there, he let us take our time looking around the lot, and waited for us to enter. He took me through all the steps and laid out every option in detail and every final price of the car. Up front, no hiding anything. He let us take some tests drives, and was thorough and efficient in every aspect. After a full day of looming through cars to no end, we settled on a vehicle within the hour of being at Avon with Dennis. Highly recommend anyone looking for a quality used car to go here and receive the same honest care and impeccable service!

I recently got into an accident and my car was totaled. I went to all 4 Avon Auto Brokers and 8 Montello St was my last stop. Dennis by far exceeded my expectations as a first time car buyer. I had been to so many places that day and had began to give up hope! I test drove 2 suvs and didn’t like either and when I came back he had one last vehicle waiting for me. I never even thought of purchasing a GMC but after driving It I was in love! I went to some other dealers the next day but nothing compared. WARNING TO ALL FUTURE CUSTOMERS.I bought a bmw here a few years back within the first few months my car stopped working. I understand the maintence cost of a bmw is high.But this was a car that was junk on its way out.My car has not passed inspection once within the five years. I’m almost done paying it off have not driven it In years. Within the first few months of trying to repair my car he would send me to His “shops” to fix the problem the mechanics never did. All he did was run me around saying he can fix it and such.so by the time I wanted to take legal action It was too late. He is a con artist. You would think with their facility they would have tried to help me .when I was upset he threatened to kick me out the property . The owner does not care about his customers ONLY your money. Completely ripped me off. His cars look great on the outside but are junk on the inside . Stay far away they only care about your money.LET THIS BE A WARNING.

Atrocious. I was called and told my car was done. It looked like Stevie Wonder buffed it without any compound, there was dirt everywhere inside, service due light was still on, they didnt put the license plate on, then when they discovered that the mounting holes were stripped tried to get me to leave with the license attached with only one bolt. Lied and said they did an oil change ( it was the same filter with a 6 month old date on it, and no, it was NOT a canister filter like they tried to tell me). Run far far far away.

Isaiah forbes tell you straight what is happening and what it does. I did not buy my car from there not because of Isaiah but because finance guy definetly screwed me and didnt do his part of the job. If i was just reviewing sales, it would of been a 5, they need a better finance person at least once who communicates and gets right to the point.
