Ive purchased ballet slippers, tap shoes, and leotards here for the last two seasons. This time being the very last, even though her selection is great, and prices are reasonable. The first time I shopped here, I got the vibe that the woman, who I assume is the owner, is a complete snob. This was confirmed this visit. We had only chosen a leotard when my 4 year old said she needed to go potty. The owner didnt want to let her use the restroom until I said that we wouldnt make it through trying on shoes. Once she realized she was about to lose a decent sale she let her use it. Like the purchase of the leotard alone wasnt patronage enough to merit the use of the restroom. I know that she isnt required to have a restroom open to the public, but when you have young clientele, you should be willing to bend. Its all about providing good customer service...shes great at making you feel unwelcome. Just an overall uncomfortable shopping experience.

I went to this store looking for a chefs jacket. She had what I needed so I was a happy customer. I dont understand some of the bad reviews, maybe she was having an off day or something. The lady was very friendly to me. She had been talking to what seemed like a friend while I was shopping and when I was done she brought me into the conversation with her friend. It was a lovely experience and I am going back to buy something else I saw in the store.

I have been using The Choice Connection for all of my dancewear needs. the store has everything you need the employees are always very helpful. if they dont have something in stock they will quickly order it for you. As a studio owner Choice Connection is a wonderful place to go!!

Ive gone into the Choice Connection many times to get my daughters dance attire. I have never had a good experience in the store. I often feel like my presence is an inconvenience to the woman who I believe is the owner. She seems put out that I bring in my daughter and her prices are outrageous. After the first bad experience I wanted to give her another shot, thinking maybe she had a bad day, but my experience is now that after 5 or 6 visits I just will not continue to spend my money in this establishment.

The Choice Connection is a friendly store with a great variety of dancewear. My daughter is always excited when she can go and get her new dance wear every year for her dance classes, her favorite activity for the last 10 years!

Went in to try on Capezios, because I am using them for my bridal party. Would have bought five pairs, but the woman was rude to me and then told me there would be a 10 dollar fitting charge for each. There are lots of stores who dont charge that, which I told her, and she shrugged. You just lost my business, lady!

Absolutely by far one of the recommended Dance Shop !!! The staff are beyond friendly and willing to help with anything you would need.
