I would give 0 stars if I could. On Wednesday I called to make an appointment to see one of their cars and when I arrived on Thursday for my appointment they couldnt find the keys to the car. So we drove 35 minutes and couldnt look inside the car nevermind drive it. We were told they would hold the car for us until they could find the keys and give us first dibs on it and that a deposit wasnt necessary because of their screw up. They did call the next day on Friday and I made another appointment to see the car the next day on Saturday. That was this morning when I received a text saying they had sold the car the night before, Friday evening. They didnt even have the decency to call and ask if I wanted to leave a deposit to hold the car and just sold it. I replied to the text saying how unprofessional they are. My husband then called to give his piece of mind and the salesman had the audacity to say atleast we told you the car was gone, we could have let you drive back here. And also said that my response to their text was rude. I would 1000000% NOT recommend this place! I get money is money and they sold the car. Have some decency and stay true to your word! Grimmy business!

My experience with New Millenium has been a nightmare. Any mistake they made on their side resulted in stress and frustration for me. For example, A couple weeks ago I called and made my weekly payment. The person receiving the payment said I was good. A day or two later I get a letter saying I owe $179.00 and that if I didnt pay it right away theyd bring me to court as opposed to just saying hey our records show this please pay it or whatever. Another time I called on a Monday and made my weekly payment after uploading $280 onto my debit card. The payment according to New Millenium Staff went through no problem. The next day New Millenium went and charged me another $70 without my authorization. I called my bank and they sent me a statement showing the unauthorized transaction, however, New Millenium says it wasnt them in light of the fact I have my bank statement indicating it was them. In a nutshell. I will not buy another car from them and will tell everyone I know my experience.
My son who just got out of the Army went here to buy his first car. Its a used car I get it but they took total advantage juat to make a sale. We had the car 2 hours (we live 1.5 hours away) and the check engine light came on. Called and was told the car was sold as is and basically nothing they could so after a 5k deal. I had to put in over 500.00 to have spark plugs...coils and a temp control in this car that shoukd have been ok to just drive znd enjoy! They also said they woukd replace back light due to condensation. Got it home only to notice they didnt replace it. They were also going to BUFF the car for small scratches. Instead they put paint in the scratches and it looks horrible. All you can see are lines of paint! To top it off after they knew we had to go caring the car somewhere after 2 hours of ownership. They havent even CALLED to follow up.watch out for this place if they can screw over a soldier they can screw over anyone!

I believe this is a part of Stephens auto mall. I worked with BJ evens, he was attentive, knowledgeable, patient, experienced, not pushy, and matter of fact. Extremely personable. I was in time crunch for a vehicle and BJ was the best sales man I have ever talked to and I would highly recommend him. During my time at the dealership and speaking with people over the phone it seems BJ is the rockstar of this dealership and has the most business coming in. That being said he is a busy man. He took the time to help me with the vehicle I ended up purchasing, and gave me his undivided attention while we were there. He kept to his appointment as best as possible. He was courteous and respectful. He paid attention to my wants and requests. He took his time to answer my questions and help me become familiar with the vehicle. He set up a free trial of onstar for me as well and helped me through the set up in the car. I am extremely pleased with the experience I had with BJ a d highly recommend him specifically.
I have purchased a used 2017 Cadillac XT5 from New Millenium and this dealership has been very professional and consistent with every interaction I have had. I went shopping for something specific, and the saleperson BJ and manager David were able accomodate what i was looking for. They gave me a fair price for my trade, and their asking price was very reasonable. BJ took the time to explain features with my car, and made sure the set up and personalization was accurate. I was treated with kindness and respect when i had an issue, and it was taken care of in a timely manner. I am not sure why there are negative reviews, those individuals probably have unrealistic expectations. I highly recommend going to New Millenium auto, you will not be dissapointed!!

Great Experience...I bought a great 2018.5 Nissan Rogue SL AWD top of the line model with CPO certification + low miles all the bells/whistles I wanted. Did the majority of process from home via apps/website, phone/text & email until I closed on vehicle.BJ brought vehicle to me so I could see it because I couldnt make it to the dealership to see it during my scheduled appointment. The customer service was phenomenal & I would recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to give them a try if you see something you like on their lot.

I went to this dealership after falling in love with a Toyota Corolla online and had no trouble in scheduling an appointment to see if that day. Met with Sean on a Thursday (his 4th day on the job mind you) and he was nothing but helpful and truly excited for me in purchasing this car. I test drove it, did some paperwork and put down a deposit then picked it up Saturday morning. Great experience, great dealership. Don’t let the negative reviews scare you!!
For starters, its like pulling teeth to get in contact with anyone here. If you are trying to contact your salesman or the manager, prepare to go to voicemail every single time. Secondly, I bought a car from here which I noticed started making a clicking noise from the axle. I took it in and they took a look at it and determined the axle was a little loose. They offer warranties on their cars and my car was still under the warranty. After determining the problem, my salesman tells me that management was giving him a hard time about the repair but hell take care of it. Why was management giving him a hard time over an issue that is not my fault and is covered under the warranty they provide?Once they finally agreed to do the repair, my salesman said he would be in contact with me to have someone pick up the car and bring it over to their technician once they order the part. A week goes by and I didnt hear from my salesman once. I finally call him and it was clear that they had forgotten to order the part altogether. He calls me back and says it will take two weeks for the part to come in. Two weeks go by and again, no contact. I call the dealership, turns out my salesman moved all the way to North Carolina! Management did not go out of their way to take over the pending work this salesman had and again, completely forgot about me.In addition to all of this, the car was not even cleaned when I first bought it. Salesman claimed that it was because they didnt have time and hed try and have someone vacuum it really quick, which never happened. I work at a dealership myself and I can tell you that these guys are extremely disorganized and unprofessional. If I had to do it all over again, I would stay far away from this place.
Not a terrible place but I would recommend going elsewhere. LaWonda was a help and pleasant but the cars at new millennium are shined up machines with underlying issues. Ive had my Toyota Camry 2 weeks and problems are already evident.Today picked up my car after getting the radio serviced (was broken at time of purchase) and there is evident damage to the console including the LCD from the replacing of the old screen.Just a level of not caring that is clear here, stay away or bring someone extremely knowledgeable to check out the purchase
We went to look at a 2004 Blazer. Salesman was clueless. He got the service record from his manager and read it word for word as I was looking at it and couldnt figure out what assy was. Told him we would think about it and call them back and he proceeded to go ask his manager if we would be able to finance it. I told him again that we were just going to go home and think about. He continued to say that I just asked him if we would be able to finance it and got a real attitude when we continued to walk out. Very unprofessional staff who dont really know much about the cars they sell. This is the last chance I will give them.

I purchased my Usef GMC Terrain from new Millennium Auto sales .and I traded my Nissan Frontier in Stan Gave me a fair price for the trade in.and he fixed a couple small issues with the truck..only one key fob came with it the buttons broke on the key fob I had and Dave Mazzola took care of me so I wouldnt get stuck without a key fob. Both me and my Fiance Bought Vehicles from them.....very Awesome people!!!

He reassured me that he would get me into something similar to what I was looking for and most of all a car that was reliable . Through the process of getting my car Sean was very knowledgeable, friendly, relatable and a overall a good guy. He made a situation that could’ve been very stressful as painless as possible, he was very professional and got me into a car that I didn’t expect to drive off the lot with . Incredibly unprofessional. I purchased a vehicle over two weeks ago. Traded my vehicle in, switched plates and got everything squared away with insurance. I dealt with the salesman Michal Stanko. They said the vehicle would be registered and I would be sent the registration that week. It’s been more than two weeks and the only response they give is “we are working on it”. Now I’m driving an unregistered vehicle so I can go to work. Do yourself a favor and skip this dealership, they aren’t worth the headache.
My previous cars were bought new and serviced here at Stephen Auto Mall Centre for everything including oil changes. One is 21 years old so here I am picking up my new used 2014 today. In 5 minutes Ill be driving away in it. My personal thanks to David Mazzola for helping me pick out my new car. Very poor customer service.I bought a kia Sportage with a guy called Larry and it was missing some parts that was promised to be replaced in a couple of days.After 10 days calls and calls and going there many times to get the parts and nothing sorted I’ve decided to by the parts by myself.So before I pay for the car they were calling me everyday but after it was paid I’ve never received a call from them about the missing parts.Unfortunately I can’t recommend this place to anyone else.
Update to my previous review: It’s now been almost three weeks and to get a legitimate response, I had to write a review online to receive follow up from the business saying that they were facing issues with the CT registry. None of this was communicated, nor was I kept in the loop. I received a response to the review to contact their manager which goes directly to a voicemail system and he has not responded. They told me they would overnight dealer plates to me, which I still have not received. Now I’m driving an unregistered vehicle just so I can go to work. I have been pulled over three times for driving an unregistered vehicle and now face the potential for loss of insurance on the vehicle because the dealership has not registered the vehicle even though I switched my insurance over to the vehicle and got that squared away. This dealership is a nightmare! Stay away.

Same day car was purchased the check engine light came on. I brought it to be fixed. One day later the light was back on. Three times I went thru this. Yet two dealerships claimed they fixed the problem. By the fourth time I requested my money back or to be put in s vehicle like the one I purchased. The money was givin back. The rudeness was unbusiness like. And by the manger stan at that. They took a trade in and knowing I had no vehicle after this they gave the money instead of putting up another car. DO NOT PURCHASE A 2009 TOYOTA COROLLA GREEN COLOR. it is a lemon car that they are trying to now resell. This place disgusted me with there manors by the boss. I suggest buying new and not used vehicle. They try to rip u off by selling auctioned cars that they claim are able to run.

Ok, if you have messed up credit and couldnt finance a snicker bar with half down, this is the place for you.. I went ther looking for a car and was helped by a Hispanic female salesperson. I dont care she was Hispanic, nor the fact she was a women, but it was so apparent she didnt know anything about cars.. The more I let her talk, the more it was apparent she had no clue about cars.. Being a certified mechanic, I can usually tell if something is wrong with a car. I was checking a car out and by the sound of the motor, I could tell it had a bad bearing.. Shes standing there telling me the car needed toward up.. Lol.. Beware of this place, the charge top dollar for cars and will try to bang you on interest rates.
