Purchased a 2015 kia forte5 from 6 euclid and i really shouldnt have. Purchased in December broke down in march and i still havent even received the tag for the car. The whole clutch has to be replaced. They dont care once your off that lot and they have your money. Beware and forewarned

The BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I was reluctant to buy from another “dealership” again after having a lot of problems from buying a vehicle at a big name dealership in the area, previously. I saw a vehicle I was interested in and contacted Roman about it. Told him I would come in and test drive it the next day. Went after work and Roman had it ready! We took it for a test drive, Roman told me I could take it to a mechanic to have it looked at if I wanted. I chose not to because I have known Roman for a few years and trust him. Went back to the office, Roman had all the paperwork ready, all I had to do was sign.So quick, easy and stress-free. One little thing I love about them is they have all vehicles inspected prior to putting them on the lot. I have to say I was kinda skeptical at first because I have been trying to find my wife a good vehicle for the last few months and try to be careful with used lots, weve been burned before.... We are not from Bristol and buying a car sight unseen was something we have never done. The folks at 6 Euclid car dealership were very straightforward and even showed the vehicle to us on Facetime on the phone. Very fair price and we enjoyed the experience working with Roman as well as with Greg the owner.

Not very happy with my experience. Bought my car there and it was already due for an oil change before I drove it off the lot which I wasn’t to concerned about. Then not even 24 hours later every light on the dash comes on and says to service the system. Already put $200 into it by buying a new batter that they told me would only cost me $60 and should fix the problem. Also they tried to blame it on my mom being the reason that I was having issues with the car since she was the one that drove it home. I’m having to take it to a dealership to have it looked at and who knows how much that’s going to cost me. I will never buy another vehicle from here or anywhere else that isn’t an official car dealership.UPDATE!!!!!!!: Took it to a dealership and it’s going to cost me $5,400 to have it fixed. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone! They aren’t willing to help me with the problem and never offered any kind of help until I wrote them a bad review on here and then they want to offer to help me. Just a bunch of crooks. Roman blocked my number and also blocked me from his personal Facebook and the 6 Euclid Auto Facebook. You also didn’t have the car all weekend. You had it 1 day and I even put money forward for you to hold it. The dealership themselves told me that the car had been tampered with and there was a recall on the airbags also. If you actually care about your customer service then actually reach out me and offer to help instead of coming on here to offer help where everyone can see it and then not backup what you’re saying when I actually step foot on the lot.

My grandmother rand I both bought cars from these crooks and have had the worst experience. When I bought my car it wasn’t detailed and trust me the car was filthy, they lied to me about the price of the vehicle, then when my grandmother bought her car they promised to pay for her new tires and rims due to them being bad at the time of purchase. She ended up spending a large sum of money out of pocket because they lied. And just today when we were told we could pick up her tags we get there and was told otherwise. This car lot is extremely unprofessional and they don’t deserve your business!! Please find you another car lot.

I have got two cars from this place and both of the cars has broke down and costs a lot of money to fix paid cash money didnt have either one for 2 months. Went back to see if he had anything better and was ignored not waited on didnt even say hello.

Absolutely do not recommend this dealership, if you can call it that. We bought a car from them and were told it was mechanically sound and there was nothing wrong with it. That it just occasionally has lights on the dash, but just to ignore them, no big deal. Turns out, it was a big deal. The car has all kinds of issues. The back hatch and side door also dont open, which wasnt disclosed. The brakes are barely there. No way we could stop in time if needed. They took the car back for five days (very begrudgingly and after talking poorly to me). When we went to pick it up, they had done nothing. They cracked the broken door so it would open, like we wouldnt notice that. We immediately took it to a repair shop, dropped over $1000 and the car still wouldnt function properly. We sold it for less than we bought it for and lost well over $1000 in the process. We were promised a safe family vehicle and were sold a complete lemon. These guys arent doing anyone any favors selling unsafe vehicles to families.

I could go on and on about what an amazing place this is!! We definitely needed to buy a car today for medical transportation, they did absolutely everything they could to put me in a car today! The car runs great, looks great and was a total steal! Will definitely be back to do more business with them for years to come! If you need a car I HIGHLY suggest coming to these guys!!

Went to 6 Euclid Auto and drove from Atkins, Virginia, to come see a Jeep Cherokee today. Busy place, seems like they help a lot of folks out! Heard about 6 Euclid Auto Dealership from a friend of mine in Bristol. I was looking for a vehicle for my son as a graduation present all over the place. Lots of shady dealers in tri cities BEWARE! I do not know much about vehicles and Roman as well as Greg let me drive it to a mechanic to get inspected which surprised me. Ended up buying a very nice running Honda Civic for under 3k. Went to look for a car for my daughter. Was very disappointed. The vehicles look clean from the outside but the inside of most of them was filthy! Duck tape covering rust holes in bumpers. Dry rotted looking tires. Did not buy a car here. Im not paying that much for a vehicle and have to clean it for days to get it in decent shape. Nasty and not worth the prices.

Glad to finally get a car that was able to be bought with my not so great credit but Greg, Mark, and Roman there at 6 Euclid definitely stepped up and explained what I needed to do to get around that roadblock. Easy online financial application and the bank approved me when I thought I wasnt going to get it. Just needed a small, gas friendly, and a vehicle to get from point A to point B. Yall were great.

Absolutely would not recommend this place. Drove from marion to purchase a vehicle that was supposed to be still available. Messaged them that morning and told them was coming down. They said great it was still available. Got there as they opened at 10 am. They said a worker drove it home the night before and was planning on buying it. This people are a complete waste of time.

I would not recommend this place. I havent personally bought from here, but a close friend has recently and they sold her a lemon. transmission trouble on day one and they wont honor the warranty they told her it had or fix it and will not give her her money back. I originally purchased my car in February, 2018. It had been my first car in almost 4 years. At first it drove like a dream. Whoever had it before me, took really good car of the inside, but neglected under the hood. Fast forward to today, May 22, 2018, the transmission failed on me in the middle of traffic. All it took was one phone call to the car lot and within a few hours, I was in a new car. They paid off the car I had originally, and with no money down, I drove off the lot in a new car.
