When I first called Alvin my first thought was wow great customer service he went beyond his way to help me, once I got to the warehouse he along with mike took their time to “Explain” everything I needed to know about the machines as well spent about 2hrs with me until I finally was able to pick out the machines I wanted!!! I had a wonderful experience buying a machine there today. I have very limited knowledge about vending machines but Elvin took his time and walked me through nearly every machine to suit my needs. He had another customer but he still didnt rush me. Elvin provided great customer service. Furthermore it is truly a one stop shop. I found a lot of things I was looking for there that I could not find elsewhere. I will definitely be back!!

When I contacted Elvin, he was very patient and explained the different machines to me. I really didn’t want to spend more than $1,500 on a machine but he assured me the machine that was over $3,500 was far superior than the other and rarely has problems. I purchased the machine and it was delivered. No receipt was given which I was not aware of at the time. At that point, I would have given them a 5 star review. However, during covid, the machine died. By the time I reached out to Elvin, “I was out of warranty”. I asked if as a courtesy he could repair the machine as I spent a lot on it. He said he couldn’t do so. Then I tried to schedule a service call and he wanted me to pay in advance. Businesses do not pay for service in advance. He said he wouldn’t schedule a service call if I didn’t pay in advance. Also, I have been requesting a copy of the original sales receipt and he has not sent it to me. Poor customer service. We just opened a second location and will be getting this machine elsewhere.To your response: I originally contacted Elvin on January 10th. I purchased the machine around January 15, of 2020. It was delivered on January 24th. The machine died in July.

My husband and I went to see Elvin last week to inquiry about setting up some vending machines in our area. He and his staff were kind, courteous, and professional. They were extremely knowledgeable and gave us not only great pricing but detailed information to help us make the most informed decision. It was an all around great experience and were looking forward to continuing to do business in the future.

Well I was impressed when they open the Warehouse for me I show up after 5.45 pm on Saturday February 8 2020. Tour every corners of the place show me soda and candy machine that operated different ways their selection is very big meaning you can select what you like and how much you can afford all their equipment come with 90 day guaranty plus you can buy all supply need it candys, sodas, Hamburger, I thank you to the two of you.

The service provided by this company is 👎🏽👎🏽, I purchased a machine from them that wouldn’t dispense sodas, they didn’t return my calls for months, when they decided to service the machine they tried to charge a $245 service fee plus parts😡😡. I decided to call another company which was located in south jersey to service the machine & they came the very next day and only charged $85, happy ever since, I would never recommend this place to anyone!
