I am not one to leave reviews, but having been a customer here for several years and watching the business progressively decline, I feel the need to do so. I first started shopping here (and next door when they had an awesome craft beer selection) several years ago. Ive been a loyal customer, bought hundreds of dollars of craft beer and liquor, shared bottles with the employees and all around enjoyed the store and the atmosphere. Great people. In that time, Ive never asked for anything special or anticipated special treatment. Almost two months ago, I asked one of the employees to keep an eye out for a bourbon bottle I had recently purchased in another state. He was happy to do so and we stayed in touch about it. Low and behold, they finally received it. He, however, was not allowed to sell it to me. It sat in a back room for over a week before the owner finally told me I was not a loyal enough customer to be given the right to purchase it, even at their asking price of almost double MSRP. This didnt and doesnt sit well with me. Im just getting into bourbon, but have been a patron there for quite some time. I would have happily made this store my go to for bourbon, however, due to this, theyve lost a customer and many, many future sales. Though I know one customer likely doesnt affect their profit margin, this a terrible business model. I hope others avoid the disappointment I felt at being told Im not a loyal enough customer after investing years of my patronage into this establishment.

You shouldnt be allowed to be in business at all. You have terrible and barely legal practices that shouldnt be tolerated. I for one will never be back and would recommend anyone not wanting to be treated poorly and pay secondary prices at a store to never go here.

Note: First Visit... We stopped in here at about 930 last Friday night, May 21st. As my friend and I parked almost in front of the door, a female employee walks by the door and throws up her hands. The gesture was obviously in disgust that a customer was coming in. I dont know the circumstances of her day, maybe she had a bad one. However, when you make eye contact with someone and proceed to throw your hands up in a manner of losing all hope, then you just lost a customer. Still an hour and a half before closing so I fail to see the issue. We immediately left and took our business elsewhere. I had never been in this store before and it left a serious mark. I hate to sully your establishments 4.7 rating with a 1 star.

Have been searching for a “spirits” store where I could safely make a purchase during the pandemic. This was definitely the store! Safety guidelines were being practiced, and service was great. Prices were an added plus. Have never visited this store before. Now it is the only one I will return to.Edit: My husband and I returned to this location today for the second time since the beginning of the pandemic. We left without making our seasonal purchases because the man working the register wasnt wearing a mask. We were, as was the elderly lady he checked out. The young woman working the floor was properly wearing a mask. I read this is a family run business, so it must depend on which family members are on duty as to whether the store is being safely operated. Signed on door and at register still call for masks to be worn. Man on duty today obviously had no concern for health of customers or fellow worker. Will not return.

I come from a state where the state government owns all the liquor stores and selection is rather limited. This place has wines and liquors Ive never seen before. Great selection of products and the staff are friendly. I stop by every time Im in Bristol!

Had everything we were looking for and then some! Couldnt fine Eric Churchs Jack Daniels and they had it! We drove 2and half hours there and back but it was worth it! Great selection on Beer, Wine and Liquor

Very limited selection of cordials, liquors, wines, and even multiple pack beer (though they have a decent selection of singles). Disappointed, especially since I made a special trip.

Charity, is fantastic at helping pick craft beers. She is very knowledgeable, and very friendly. They have a great selection of beers and liquors.

Love the staff here and the beer side is just as awesome. Never had a bad recommendation from anyone there. The really high gravity beers like dragons milk are on the liquor side though because TV law. Just a heads up!
