Mavis did it again! Keith, and the young Marine Vet (I didnt get his name), and the gentleman who worked on my car (Brian?) are the best crew hands down. Been coming here for years, and they have the BEST communication skills, they have been able to explain parts and issues to me each time and I understand. They set me up with Flexshopper today, and it was a hassle for them, but they didnt lose their cool. Wont go anywhere else.

Great tire service but not so great mechanical services needed a mirror to pass inspection. Instead of just replacing the glass they replaced the whole mirror and with the wrong one i might add.

I wouldnt take my bicycle here let alone a car. I witnessed a gentlemen who works for Mavis drive a newer SUV from a parking spot in the lot to one of the bay doors when not only were both front tires flat but one was ON RIM SCRAPING ON THE GROUND. The tire was basically completely off of the rim, and the rim was grinding on the pavement. For a place that specializes in wheel and tire repair, I was in disbelief in what I was seeing. I was only passing by when I saw this occur but I felt compelled to share it!

The mechanic with long beards from the shop says to fix the flat tire he needs to lift the car and it might cause the AIRBAGS to blow (WHAT A JOKE) and he is scared of lifting it using regular jack as it might damage the car.I felt I went to some non- experience mechanic shop and wasted my time. NEVER AGAIN!!

To start off, i came in for a tire change and the gentleman in the front desk was really friendly when talking, super nice when i kept asking questions, and very helpful. i was looking to the shop and they are really clean and organized with their tools and safety for themselves and other workers. i have been coming here for about a year whenever i have a problem with my vehicle and they have solved it, quick, clean, and efficient and at an amazing price. i highly recommend people to come here with all your car problems because i’ve never had a issue.

I experienced the best service at Mavis I looked it up online and took a chance service has been wonderful purchased four brand new tires price was great ended up getting oil changed cause they went out there way to make sure everything was professionally done and I am going to be a regular customer after my first visit really enjoyed the speed and good service here if you don’t come to Mavis your not getting it done right stop by I’m sure you all will receive best service.

After oil was left on my seat in my car after a oil change I was told that they would clean it. When I come in the next day so it can be done, The Manager passes the message for me to go to the AutoZone and buy stain remover. Won’t be seeing me anymore

Called ordered a Cooper tire. Received a knock from Taiwan, alignment not the best also.Did call the number that they gave me. They forwarded it to another person which I did here from them he said he would get back to me still waiting.So I guess what I am saying is if you do not want a knock off tire that cost the same as the brand name go to Mavis.

PLEASE NOTE: We had to bring our vehicle back to this location numerous times, because the work was poorly done unprofessionally that we even had to bring in the Attorney General due to those unprofessional work habits; by non ASC Certified Technicians. One incident as we were driving in the Philadelphia area, our Right Side passenger wheel came off; had to pay for towing out of our pocket because they refused to pay for it and then lied about the work that was supposed to have been done. When we had to get our car inspected, we went to a Certified Real Mechanic, who told us twice to immediately, take your car back where you had it service because the vehicle was unsafe to drive.I posted a review about a year ago. Last year (March/April 2020) we had front brakes and rotors done, well today 7/16/2021 we had to replace the same rotors that were supposed to be BRAND NEW that we spend x amount of dollars on last year. The so call new rotors that were placed on our vehicle at this location turned out to be bad rotors because it was eating up from the inside out. So, in plain words we paid for old bad rotors and NOT Brand New ones. WARNING: For individuals who continue to go to ANY Marvis, be aware of what is being done to your vehicle because if they claim you need certain parts, you will be paying out of pocket BIG TIME and probably more than what the car is actually needed and you may NOT receive BRAND NEW PARTS. As we just learned the hard way.

Was calling numerous shops around for my tire but alot of spots were not going to get the tire until 3 days from now. Called them and the assistant kevin was awesome and was able to search and get the tires I needed asap. Thats what you call customer service!..keep it up guys

This is the only place I trust with my car. Their fair and upfront about what needs to be done and the order in which it needs to be done. When having a series of repairs done on Friday I was alerted to an issue with two of my tires. They took the time to price out new tires and an alignment to make sure bad tires wouldn’t undo the work I just paid for. The staff is very polite and prompt in getting the work done. Won’t go anywhere else.

Was needing a oil change real bad and goggles this place after going to 3 other places with no success. The employee Jon was very welcoming and fit me right in. I most definitely recommend them again.

Went for a wheel alignment and got my car back with it making new clunking noises and my steering wheel still not straight. Took it back, they tell me the alignment was fine and they cant figure out the noise it was making. (How are tou a shop and cant tell me whats wrong?)Took my car to a different shop they told me the alignment was all the way off and the clicking noise was loose bolts from alignment. So now i have to pay for this all over again 😡

I went there a few months back to get the brakes done. They assured me they can order the sensor that my Mini Cooper needs and they would have it fkr mt appointment. When I picked up my car, they told me they could not order the sensor which was lies as I contacted the dealership. I spent a little over $300 for front brakes and rotars that are high pitched squeaking. I called them back to tell them that the brakes are squeaking. They tell me it is going to cost more for them to possibly fix. Why would it cost more to fix a brake job that wasn’t done correctly in the first place? I had to take my car to the dealership where they will now need to change the pads as the brake pads Mavis put on my car are worthless. I’m basically paying twice at this point. Save yourself the trouble and take your car somewhere reliable that uses quality parts.
