Helpful people great products. The Douglas Tire that Kelly Springfield manufacturers is on sale year round and is exceptional all season also a soft rubber compound which will not freeze and gives excellent snow and ice traction usually their cheapest offering what more could you want? Bear in mind you have to wait in line anywhere you go.

If you feel like staying at Walmart all day just for a oil change then this is the place to go! Pulled up and was the only one here around 830ish..now it’s 11 and still ain’t done yet.. also the man came up to me and said I needed new tires, and I told him I bought them from here and there still under warranty.. he then came back and said there’s nothing they can do

Great team of guys! From the time I stepped out of my car, super nice and very knowledgeable. They changed my oil and thoroughly cleaned my headlights (they look brand new for a car thats 13 years old) for under $40. Gave me an exact time it would be done and they were about 5-10 minutes early! Never going anywhere else. Suck it, Wallace Suburu and your 3 hour oil changes.

All machines were very large men who moved like they were on lithium and could do anything but shuffle. Took over 1 hour with no one in front of me to put air in tires and check if one was leaking.

I went to this service center at 5pm on a Sunday....to get a simple tire patch repair! Man at the desk told me 2 cars ahead of me and wouldn’t have time to get me in before they closed at 6pm also told me that didn’t have any wheel weights to rebalance my tire! So I drove to the Bristol va location and they got me right in!

2 negative experiences with this location and it makes me feel great paying more money to competent people elsewhere. The service was so bad we called the store manager and wrote a letter to corporate. We were offered a free oil change but there was no way we was going to let anyone else here touch our car. If you value your vehicle take it somewhere else.

Typically good service... Occasionally there are lapses though.

They took care of my vehicle quickly...I had picked up a screw in rear tire. They made that repair and rotated tires... only charged $10 for tire repair.

Had a key copied. The lady was very fast, sweet and wonderful.

Slow and acted like I was bothering them when I asked the prices on tires. Quoted me the wrong price on tires when I called, so I had to go get more money out of the bank and lost my place in line.

Slow and unorganized as always! Nobody ever seems to be moving!

Well first I couldnt find the shampoo and the hairspray was mixed in with the shampoo and it was like very aggravating because I couldnt find what I was looking for as far as the hairspray went and I think they need to put all the hair sprays in one spot in the shampoo aisle so theyre easier to seat and find

I went by for an oil change. Got there about 5pm and it took about 30 minutes without an appointment.

They dont strip ur oil pan....all ya need to know

No since of urgency here, it is ovious they are just hourly employees that could care less
