Great mechanics. Reasonable prices. Theyre always busy, but they are worth the wait if the repair isnt an emergency.

This is a Mom and Pop style auto parts store that still has everything. These fellas were super helpful and went the extra mile. My husband works out-of-town and wasnt home to help, so one of the gentlemen working there, came out, inspected my vehicle, and sold me the correct part. Forget OReillys, Auto Zone, or Advanced; Ill be going here from now on!

BEWARE DO NOT USE FOR REPAIRS!!!! My coworker was taken by this shop recently. Went in for tires ended up with things underneath smashed that wasnt damaged before she went there. They refused to own up to their mistakes. Years ago I had rotors replaced by them only they didnt replace them and refused to produce my old rotors because well they were still on my car. Dont find out for yourself how much they can rip you for just go somewhere else.

Weve been in Bristol for 3 yrs and have come to Lakeway for auto service for our 3 vehicles. The only time we had an issue was when they installed a defective part.They fixed the problem at no charge. I also appreciate their letting us know if they see an issue that would need to be addressed in the near future. All our vehicles run great under their care, including our 20 yo Neon. Its nice having an honest mechanic you can trust.

Very friendly staff and great parts store. However, I cannot reccomend them for auto repair. They had my car for over 2 months to fix an issue and every time I called to check on it, I was promised dates and times that it would be ready and when I would call several days after the promised date, I would be told something else was broke. In the end, I had to physically go to the store to find out they took my engine apart and accidentally caused it to need a new motor. It had been that way for some time and I received no phone call. They are very kind, but their customer service in working on cars drastically needs improvement. I unfortunately wont be returning.

Really good about getting parts you need for your car quick if they dont already stock them. Good people work there, family owned and operated.

Got what I needed

Every month seem like there was something wrong. And one day I went there do fix vibrating and when u went to pull out wheel feel off and they made me pay for it when it was prob there doing. I also hard a lot about this place to.
