Had a very pleasant experience with these people. Staff was courteous and helpful and seemed to strive for excellence. I had a 14 Charger that someone decided I needed a new front end on. My car came back looking better than she ever had. Paint match was great, body work was great. The one complaint I could say was that the wait time was longer than originally quoted but the product delivered by the end was better than I could’ve hoped for. Will be coming back for future projects.

John and crew did an excellent job repairing fender damage on my Model 3. The are only 2 authorized Tesla repair shops within 1.5 hours of where I live, and Wallace Collision was the most reasonably priced (in Tesla terms). John was great at communicating my cars status and the car actually looked better than new when it was finished...seriously. I would strongly recommend Wallace Collision for Tesla bodywork.

I had some front end damage,a hole completely through my door, dents down one side all from hitting an object that fell off a truck early one morning. They had my car 53 days but for quality work takes time! It looks like a new car again! Very happy!! Thank you to the staff!

I took my 2018 Subaru Impreza in because someone had backed into it, and damaged the drivers side doors. I cannot express how great everyone from Wallace was! I love my Subaru and I will always take my car to Wallace for any of my needs. Kyler and John were wonderful, very thorough, and honest throughout the entire process. I had my car back in a timely manner, it looked brand new, you couldn’t even tell there was damage to it! I love that Subaru does a safety check to make sure everything is working the way it should with the airbags. They detailed my car before returning it and it looked great! Wallace is a Tesla-Approved Body Shop and did an excellent job replacing my Tesla Model 3 bumper, detailed in and out, looks new. John took great care of me and I would highly recommend to any Tesla owner. Also good to know they can do other Tesla repairs and diagnostics if you are unable to get Tesla Mobile Service.

I had bought a car from a used car dealership that had been rear ended and it was not disclosed during the purchase of the car. The Collision Center pulled off the front and rear bumpers to expose all the damage and had an itemized list with parts, technician hours and cost for everything to repair all the damages. They were extremely friendly and even went as far as running all the numbers with me and weighing pros/cons of selling the car as is without repair, fixing and selling it, or fixing and driving it. They were extremely professional and do phenomenal work. I would highly recommend them for anything from a dent or ding to replacing the rear end like they had to do with the car I purchased.

In todays world, I feel that customer advocacy and customer service is on the decline. However, my experience with Wallace has certainly renewed my faith in doing the right thing by customers. My vehicle was there for body work due to an accident. The employees at Wallace provided updates and transparency regarding repairs and my insurance claim. In addition to the superior repair work that was done, my vehicle was also cleaned. Wallace Collision Center was the positive highlight of a what was otherwise a nightmare. My wife was rear-ended by a motorist driving a rental car playing on his phone. His insurance, Progressive, refused to do anything because of his coverage issue and we were forced to use our own insurance, State Farm, who is subrogating Progressive for repayment. In the end, neither insurance paid for a rental and I will have to seek all manner or reimbursement from both insurers. Throughout all this, Wallace Collision kept us driving in loaner cars, at their expense, and did everything they could to work with State Farm. Their amazing service [Wallace] has ensured I will be buying my future automobiles with their dealership. Absolutely as good as customer service gets.

I must say that this has been one of my greatest body shop experiences. Wallace Collision Center is the only certified Ford collision center in the Tri-Cities area, I am surprised Ford did not referred me to them. I worked with Shea Hardoby, who is an excellent individual. They did an amazing job on my 2008 Shelby Mustang GT500. They only used OEM parts for the entire job including small accessories such as the labels that come with the car from the factory. They even measured the original location of the labels. This attention to detail makes them my only option of attempting to bring back a car to life and back to its original state. I am grateful they exist and hope they continue to be successful. Their almost perfect score in Google makes complete sense.

Perfect! Highly recommend. Friendly staff, excellent service. I dont plan on going anywhere else for future repairs. If youre repair is not covered by insurance you might find less expensive shops, but if its an insurance claim this is the place to go.

Outstanding experience. Everyone is very friendly and helpful; a lost attribute in places these days. Mitch and Madisen, to name a few from the service department, starting at the front desk reception and every step of the way to picking up the car once its done are great... they always go above and beyond on all interactions.

They did absolutely wonderful work on repairing my collision damage as well as the painting. You’d never know my car had been damaged. Also the detailing work was beautiful. Sean in detailing did a fabulous job. My vehicle is a 2011 model and people have asked me if it was a brand new car :) I highly recommend 👍

I have to admit, I went to another shop before coming to Wallace. The other shop made me nervous to leave my car there. This place was excellent! Crushed the tailgate of my truck in a collision making it unusable. Brought my truck in and was there for about 15 minutes. Met some of the friendly staff and before I knew it they had the tailgate off! Honest fair and fast.

I was disappointed in the work they did on my sons 2018 Subaru WRX (car is in my name also). Left loose parts among other issues. Gave them three chances. Finally just picked the car up because every time they fixed something they messed something else up so we decided to cut our losses. I gave them 3 stars since they did fix a dent and paint run caused by another shop because we had so much trouble. We thought taking it to the dealer authorized repair shop would guarantee quality work. Very disappointing.
