Good people had work previously! They are like every one else good work but cant get any to work!! They will work with you but cant expect work done over night!!

Had a accident in Bristol breaking a window in our Camper Josh came to our Campsite & installed Adhesive Plastic over the Window & pursued getting a new Window which was on back order. Josh came back & put plastic & cardboard on the inside of the window to insure we would make it 900 miles home to Kansas. Josh saved our trip, We cannot thank him enough for everything he did. Overall the People of Tennessee are the Greatest & Josh is at the Top.

I heard about EM collision from a friend after I had a car come over on me while driving.I was pleased when I drove up to the lot and noticed the facility is clean. If there is junk, it certainly is not in the front. The staff was informative. They were friendly, too. After talking with them I felt more confident that they will take care of my car.Fast forward a few weeks and they work and complete my car. Did not take them very long. I was pleased with the length it took them. I went to pick it up. Dang, the car looked clean. I thought it looked brand new. It looked like they had waxed the entire car, and only one side was worked on.The work they did was on point. The paint had the orange peel texture I expect from a new car. There was no over spray. The taping job must have been done well. I am happy. I will go back if I need more work done by them.

Great people who strive to be the Best and I think They Are. So the next time you need your vehicle restored back as good as New EM Collision is the One to use.This is another visit to EM Collision. We had to eat and the restaurant had Big umbrellas over tables outside and the wind blew one of them into my Tacoma truck and scratched it and I was just wanted to set up a time to have my truck worked on. So the man came outside to check out all that needed to be worked on. He looked at the places on my truck and said I might be able to get that out. So I said great Ill set up a day for you to work on it. So he said give me a few minutes and he came back out with some supplies and went to work and he fixed it and then he didnt even charge me anything. He could have had me bring my truck back in and charged that company and made easy money but he didnt and I am Blessed and Amazed that there are very few business that are HONEST!Thank You EM Collision for being a Place to gey truck repaired and know I will be treated Honestly! This happen in July of 2021!

These guys get an A+++ from me! A deer ran out in front of my wife causing extensive damage to the hood, grill of our Camry. I spoke to Josh and he gave me a quick and VERY reasonable estimate.They were able to work us in due to our tight schedule. We literally dropped it off this morning at 8am and got the call to pick it up before 3pm. When we arrived my wife did not even recognize her own car. It looked as good as when we bought it 5 years ago! They even washed and vacuumed the interior at no extra charge! We could not be happier with the repair, price and exceptional service!

The owner Aarron is a complete and total JERK. Full of himself for some reason that nobody but him can see. The shop guys do good work, but if you have the choice, which you do, take your car somewhere else more friendly.

Superior Work, Very Friendly Staff!

This was the worst body repair shop and ethically sad from the lies and poor quality of work. We were lied to about the parts being put on the vehicle and me also being in the automotive industry I knew what to look for. The vehicle upon return to us had a cracked windshield, scratched interior pieces on a new 2014 with only 10k miles on it. The vehicle was sitting side ways Im sure due to frame damage which they also lied about and said it was ok and later found the vehicle did have frame repair and was put on a straitening machine. Took over 6 weeks to repair the vehicle with the body shop saying each day we called should be any day now. My suggestion is to never use this shop. Paint repair, body repair and the falsification of all the work done was enough for me. Be honest with your customer and people will come back, especially being a family run business. Im still in disbelief on how they returned the vehicle to us. We sold the vehicle just so we wouldnt have to deal with the poor quality of work and handling of a paying customer.

I think my car looks better than before the wreck!

I recently had my vehicle repaired at EM Collision. After receiving my car back, I realized my driving lights were cracked. They were NOT cracked when we dropped the car off! After several phone calls, I finally was able to speak to someone who advised that the location of the driving lights that the stress cracks were not caused by anything that was done at their shop. I was also advised they submitted the claim to my insurance which was denied. I was told that it could been from road debris or rocks that flew up and cracked them. Funny thing they have gravel on their lot, so they can tell me with 100% certainty that the damage didnt happen there?!?!?!When an owner takes a lot of care in their vehicle, and knows beyond a doubt the lights were not damaged the morning the car was dropped off, it safe to say they are saying the customer is lying. I will not recommend EM Collision or will I do business with them ever again.
