Provided excellent repair service. Manager spent time explaining how repair was conducted. Estimate included some parts, which were not needed once the bumper cover was removed, and were returned and total cost was reduced. Would definitely use their service again.

Long wait to get checked in. I needed the diagnostic done for transmission shifting issue. Guy calls back and says diagnostic test says you need new transmission and timing chain! SMH! Only 109k miles? Hmm? Anyways had to ask for the actual codes, it was not on the repair ticket. Apparently, you dont get the codes unless you ask...dude had to go to the back to ask the mechanic...he comes back with some scribbled down codes??? #WTH #$110 #billgatton #ripoff

My wifes car got rear ended and my insurance company suggested them... That was a mistake that was one of the worst bondo jobs I have seen and the paint is bubbling and cracking also so obviously prep work isnt exactly their forte either... I guess I shouldve just settled with the insurance company and done it my self... I would recommend saving your time and going elsewhere.
