Paul supplied and fitted a BOSE sound bar and helped greatly with the installation of our Samsung Frame TV. He was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make sure everything worked smoothly. Would recommend Paul for anyone who wants a job professionally completed.

I went to buy a few records in there with a couple friends and the shop owner was awkward and acted like he didnt want to sell them to me as I was paying by card. It seemed as if he had this attitude towards us because of our age and was talking down to us. He perked up when I said I could buy the records elsewhere... Weird atmosphere in there and wouldnt visit again.

Paul is brilliant. Came out and assessed our needs, installed the equipment around class times and actually stuck his phone number to the equipment so we can contact him at anytime. To top that off our situation changed and he did some research and came back to the studio and sorted everything out for us as part of his after sales service.

NOT FRIENDLY to newbies who are new to the world of hifi. Went in there for some simple advice re banana plugs and not even five minutes into the conversation I was snapped at for asking for some clarification Youre not listening. I snapped back at the staff member and he walked off on me in the store, which tells me he wasnt used to customers sticking up for themselves. Ill say again, our interaction lasted not even five minutes, not ten to fifteen minutes of back and forth and the staff member gave up on someone who was open about not being very experienced with hifi systems. This was followed by a verbal and physical confrontation after I called the staff member out on what I viewed as very disrespectful behavior. He put his hands on me when I was asked to leave which is not acceptable. After leaving, went down to Elevator Sound where I was served by a polite and friendly young gentleman who gave me the advice I needed.Totally unprofessional. Would not recommend.

Im so pleased with my new AT-LP3, and the staff at Paul Roberts Hi-Fi have been so helpful in helping me to find the perfect piece of equipment for my needs. My husband got me a Marley Stir It Up player for Christmas and I just wasnt happy with the amount of wow and flutter. They agreed without any fuss to swap it for a different model, without questioning my reasons for returning it. It was all very straightforward and I even received a free accessory for the trouble. 5 Star customer service - very, very happy with the whole experience. Shop locally & support independent businesses! You may pay a couple of extra quid but great customer service and the survival of local shops is priceless.

We wanted a pretty decent sound system for our kitchen, with Internet radio. I did quite a bit of research online, thinking that was where wed get the best deal, but the model we ended up choosing (Pioneer) was also on sale at Paul Roberts, at the same low price as online. We decided to buy from them to go local, and in retrospect, I am so glad that we did.We ended up having problems connecting to the internet, and Paul Roberts guys not only spent a long time on the phone to me, patiently explaining what to do, they even ended up coming around the house, and despite figuring out it was our Internet connection at fault and not their sound system, they still spent nearly an hour and a half trying to fix that for us - completely above and beyond the call of duty!2 months later, when we finally sorted out our Internet, I called them again - they remembered us, and insisted on coming around in person, that day, to make sure the system was working properly. They did, it now is and once again, I am so glad I decided to go local - the after sales service was absolutely brilliant. Thank you Paul Roberts!

To all that reads this even though Paul Roberts have been good all roundand with their after sales serviceI do Thank them very much a great team... Fantastic...Pioneer A30 K Integrated stereo Amp....Fantastic no problemvery happy with this machine...Plus speakers stands cables no problem even with their help at my homethey go out off their way to help you...FantasticBut sadly now the down side to this story...Pioneer PD 10 - K /S CD Player....Sound out put is very nice with my set up...as is now with bigger speakers... BUT the CD playerIt Sticks on some songsIt jumps on some songs while playingIt even gos back to the very start.. ready to start playingAnd this is even on brand new CDs clean with no scratchesSO PLEASE Remember PAUL ROBERTS DID NOT MAKE This machine so cant blame them for this problem...But I hope they can either refund or off set the cost towards a betterCD player That can read CDs with out sticking or jumping songsBefore I Throw this one out the window Thats how I feel...My many Thanks to Paul Roberts Hi Fi....3 Stars till this is sorted out...
