I was greeted and asked my interests in shopping and was immediately introduced to the tablet salesman. We compared specs and prices on several models before I made a choice. The checkout and review of the various models was quick and efficient only being there 20 minutes and walking out with my purchases.You did a great job guys! Thanks!

Walked through door was greeted then asked if I needed help. I said not yet. I was looking for a replacement DVD drives for my computer. Took a while to find. When I got there 3 staff were in the computer area but mine asked to help. By the time I found my part, they were all gone. Couldnt get any bodies attention. Finally just parked in front of a guy. Just wanted to make sure they part had the same plugs. He seemed to be in a hurry to be someplace else. Upside. They had the part on stock. Downside. A less than satisfactory customer experience. There were lots of employees but few customers.

We had an absolute amazing experience at this Best Buy location! The employees went above and beyond good customer service. We had the pleasure of being helped by 2 awesome employees named Jessie and Heather. Jessie was very attentive, helpful, and anything he didnt know or wasnt confident about, he would ask someone who did know. He compared prices and helped us compare specs and quality of our purchases. Heather was extremely knowledgeable and honest with her answers to my one million questions about our items. We left happy and educated about what we bought. I have hands down never had customer service like that. Every employee that we passed while just browsing when we got there greeted us and offered assistance. Highly recommend this store.

Absolutely awesome experience!! Took my son to get some earbuds for his playstation and Luke helped us out so much!! We even delved into my sons desire to start playing guitar and Luke gave him so much insight and details on where to start. He helped us and went above and beyond to get our Best Buy Card renewed to get the best deal. He went above and beyond in politeness. He was the paragon of excellent customer service. After explaining what I needed to the sales associate I was sold the wrong adapter to connect my tv to my MacBook. What I was sold cost $103 and wasnt correct. I ended up finding the correct cord and adapter on Amazon for $20. I went to the store to return the incorrect parts and was informed that it couldnt be returned because it was open and outside the 15 day return policy. They wouldnt even give me store credit! Basically told me I was stuck with it even though it was their mistake! Very bad customer service! I will not spend another penny in that store.

OMG!I spent an hour trying to purchase a mini fridge to no avail. I knew what I wanted and if I could have gotten it myself I would have. I entered the store and immediately asked where they were and told BOTH door guys I needed help. I was informed that all my guys are busy someone will help you soon. I stood in front of the display of the item I needed while I watched a sea of blue BB shirts standing in the middle of electronics talking and stocking shelves for an hour. I once again walked to the front and asked BOTH BB employees for help again. I also asked the BB door guy if he could help me and he said no it wasnt his job. I asked him if it was above or below his pay grade. No responseI left without making a purchaseSO....DONT WASTE YOUR TIME SHOPPING HERE unless its something already on their shelf.

Bought a computer two days ago. Not in stock so they had to ship it. FEDEX left it on top of our camper, in the driveway, in the rain. To get it replaced I had to call an 800 number since there is no local number. I had to talk to three people who told me they couldnt do anything, my husband had to call since he was the one who bought it. I will not be buying from Best Buy again.

Very helpful with a return that I bought online. I purchased a propane grill online. After putting it together I realized the tank that was supposed to come with it was missing. Calling customer service, they said I had to disassemble it, re-box it and ship it back. I went to the store and the lady said that they do not stock grills, and was unable to replace the missing tank and I would have to disassemble and ship the grill back. The lady thought for a second then came up with the idea of just crediting my account with the balance of the price of the same grill without the tank ($20). She was very helpful and was awesome to work with. Thanks

I bought a laptop from this store yesterday. I did a lot of research on the BestBuy app and other places before going in. When I was in the computer section, a guy named Chris helped me. After all of my research I still had a lot of questions but Chris went above and beyond to help me. I really appreciated how honest and up front he was with me. I have always enjoyed BestBuy and I have never had a bad experience but Chris truly stood out. I hope he still works here the next time I need any help computer related. Thanks again, Chris!

Its not conveniently located. The Kingsport, TN and Bristol, VA locations were closed in order to build this location. Frankly theres no incentive to shop there anymore. You drive to the Pinnacle to shop at nice stores and maybe dine out, not to buy a phone charger. They never even finished building it; the end where I assume stereo installations would happen is just sitting there incomplete.When you close profitable locations in order to make CEOs richer rather than to serve the public, it just encourages people to shop on Amazon instead. Its then ironic that that becomes the excuse of why they closed locations in the first place.

Went there 2 weeks ago went inside without a mask. All was good. Tried to go back in, was stopped by an employee, not a manager who got within 2 foot of me challenged me about my mask. I said I had a condition and I wouldnt put one on. He said I could shop somewhere else. Never once tried to de-escalate the issue or get his manager. But he was very proud to get inside my 6 ft bubble, block my path and tell me I cant shop there without a mask. So, I guess my family will not shop best buy anymore... 🙄

The new Pinnacle store is OPEN!! This store is amazing - wide open spaces and a huge selection of merchandise. The staff came from the stores that were closed in preparation for this store. I can’t wait to explore more of the store.Update: June 2021 - This store is back open for customers. We stopped in to get a cell phone screen protector - the cell phone desk was not staffed when we went in (maybe an hour before closing time). But the Geek Squad got me a screen protector and installed it for me! Love Best Buy!!

Just walked out of this store because no one will help. Came to buy a dslr camera with cash in my pocket. I knew just what I wanted. Asked the 2 people up front if what I needed was in stock. The guy said I would need to check the UPC code because he was too busy to help me. Busy talking to the young female coworkers obviously. Promised to send someone to help but he never moved from the stand in the front by the door. I just walked out. If you’re the employee and you’re reading this, those girls aren’t into you, dude. You’re wasting your time.

Day one, the first member of staff informed us that they didnt carry gaming computers and walked off. The second brought up options she could have ordered for us, spending at least 15 minutes trying to find something that matched our requirements and budget, then proceeded to be an absolute delight through the check out process. We bought the new monitor and placed the order for a tower. The geek squad did not mention that the monitor did not come with the VGA cord or that the data transfer from the old computer to the new tower would take three days. Day two (two weeks later), we dropped off the old computer and were greeted with the unexpected news. They gave us the option to transfer the old techs data to a flash drive, stating it would be finished by the following morning. Day three, it was not finished. It wasnt halfway through the download. We did pick up the new tower. I spent half an hour hooking everything up, then discovered that the VGA cord wasnt in the box. Well be returning to Best Buy to collect the old computer and buy not only the VGA cord, but a DVI adapter as well. This has been a grating, unpleasant experience to say the least.

Well, first off I had to chase down an associate to assist me with a Kindle HD10 purchase. Well, something very important must have been going on because he was constantly doing something with his watch. I asked if BB matched Amazon prices and he answered it was already matched. Obviously not, as the price on Amazon was $15 lower. When he rang my purchase up, I had to remind him the Amazon price was lower and he had Not entered it. He was perturbed, but got a manager to override. I was then told if I came back at 1:30 the geek squad would transfer files from my old kindle to the new one at no charge. I drove 25 minutes home, picked up old kindle, drove 25 minutes back to BB only to be told at the entrance I had to have an appointment and there would be a $40 charge. Someone needs to ensure that their employees all have the same knowledge of BB practices and customer service. I left the store and tried to call the manager, 6 calls and over 30 minutes on hold yielded nothing. Reason for assistance i had two kindles associated on one account and only wanted to transfer files from one. Being 70 years old, Rather than return the Kindle I opted to learn and transfer the files myself. I will NOT return to BB at the Pinnacle.

Tried to call the store to buy a tv to pick up curbside. You can’t call the store directly anymore. When inside they asked me to leave since I could not wear a mask. I left my wife with the card and asked them to help her carry it out while I sat in the truck with our child. They said they would but no one ever offered to help her so she had to carry it out by herself. I asked to speak to the store manager and they gave me a disconnected phone number.

This store has lost 100% ALL of my business. I was told I was not even allowed into the building without a face covering! What about health problems?? This store needs a lawsuit! Very poor service. I understand the virus and all but a mask is not going to help when you have 200 customers clicking the same buttons on the laptops. I found this very offensive and went to Home Depot where I was very much welcomed and bought my $500 computer.

I tried to call them to enquire about few items ( which are not showing on their website) they didnt answer even one time. They may need to check with their phone or someone needs to answer the calls or they need to remove the phone number from the website. Worst experience of my life regarding purchase/returns.Had receipt in original packaging,, had done curbside pickup-that I purchased directly from them however when my mother came back to return the item they said it was missing a part. It was in the bottom of the box had they looked. Now my trying to return it, with receipt STILL UNUSED, they will do NOTHING(15 day return policy). No refund, giftcard, exchanges. Spoke with manager & she was rude. It was suppose to be a universal charger but doesnt fit my chrome book as the description implied. So I am stuck with it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! NEVER will I from them again.

Unless they have the computer you want in the store where you can leave with the item you want in hand, I do not recommend trusting this company with your order. I placed an order Sunday for a computer, the representative who helped me was courteous, informed, and personable. I have no fault with their in-store customer service. However, the associate showed me on the computer that the computer I was ordering was in stock and assured me I would have a computer Tuesday (today). I checked the order status this morning and the status still said getting ready - well let you know when it ships. Concerned, I tried to call the store. After waiting on hold listening to Christmas music for 25 minutes I called the corporate number. Come to find out the item was back ordered and there was no information as to IF the item would EVER be back in stock or if it was, when that would be. Interesting, because of course, I had to go looking for that information - Best Buy was not forthcoming at all with the change in status from in stock to backordered. Then they offered to replace it with another computer that wasnt even close in specs comparison (had less memory space, lower speed processing, etc). I cancelled the order in its entirety and found the exact same item I originally wanted with accident protection coverage and Microsoft Office software (my original order) cheaper on Amazon with guaranteed 48 hour delivery. The Amazon protection coverage was 4 years long and still $30 cheaper than the 1 year protection at Best Buy. While Im all in favor of supportive my local businesses, I do need to be able to get back to work and this time my local business not only couldnt meet my needs but wasnt communicative in the process. Again, this is not a knock on the employees in the store. They were fantastic. My frustration is with the lack of communication/transparency in the status of my order and feeling like a bait/switch tactic with the corporate customer service representative.

Took phone to get battery replaced told to return in 2 hrs. Returned and waited another hour before they told me they had to send it to Apple. The phone was ready 8 days later only to find out all the data was lost. Waited 1.5 hours while they tried to retrieve the data. Left with no data.Checked battery the next day and THE BATTERY WAS NEVER REPLACED!!!!!Best Buy at the Pinnacle!!!!

We had to return an item that stopped working, ordered another one from warehouse because none in stock, I SPECIFICALLY ASKED the cashier before we left if I needed to change person to pickup when it got in and she stated we are not checking IDS due to COVID. So picking up today I was asked for my ID(which I did not bring in because it was not needed right?!?) was told they need IDS for orders over $100 and asked if I had the last four of the order number(which was never given to me) They NEVER ask if you need help taking something outside(if box is big, or for the sake of asking a FEMALE if they can carry said item etc) This is more the reason why I personally do not really shop at Best Buy.

Horrible customer service. Tried to get a person in the store to wait on me to purchase an Apple Series 6 watch. After waiting longer than 20 minutes after requesting help. I saw two persons working in that area. One was waiting on a customer and the other was staring at the computer refusing to make eye contact with me. Anyway after my second request for assistance and being told it was going to take at least an additional 15 minutes, I walked out. I went online and order the watch and was given a shipping date of Jan 16th. January 16th comes and I get an email saying my order has been delayed. Therefore, I cancelled the order and went online directly to Apple and purchased the watch I wanted. Pathetic to have a brand new store with no one to assist you.
