Greg and Derek really were the best Sherwin-Williams customer support Ive contacted today Ive called four stores and these two gentlemen answered my questions got my product and help me finish my project.

Horrible customer service. Went in to the store last Sunday (7/11) to get a 5 gal of stucco paint and the manager said he would get back to me by Tuesday. Well, Tuesday came and went and no word. So today, Sunday a week later, I was told that the manager actually lost my order and couldnt call me back because he was so busy (piss poor attitute I might add) and that there is nothing they could do. Well nice. I am out a weeks worth of time. Go somewhere else and save your time. Never buying from SW ever again.

Always very helpful staff. I think their paints are a good quality and they always have sales going on. Easy and convenient and offer curbside pick up too!

Good service good help matched paint I was looking for with sample not busy like big box stores so they actually cared to help get what I needed plus threw in some free paint stir sticks and free paint opener was awesome !!

They sell an amazing product and the staff is always helpful. The only downside is they took away the free coffee. Construction guys depend on that tasty caffeine laden drink. The free coffee was pretty much a lifeline in the morning. I think covid or not the coffee put this place over the top. I think fresh coffee kills covid-19 anyhow.

They will mail you paint chips, make your selection, join Paint Perks online for a discounted rate, they keep your history so you can easily reorder or get supplies and if you prefer curbside pick up it is available too. Mask wearing inside the store is done and with prepaying with your order online it is a fast and easy way to buy really quality paint. Duration no VOC paint that is pain and primer is absolutely the best value on earth! We are painting our third home with it and you wouldnt even know we have an open can of paint. If you are bored at home might as well put that time to use! When this is all done and over there will be lots of time to play then. Brighton store is super helpful.

Double charged me for an online order. I called and was told they had a computer glitch but they would take care of it. They never did fix it. I doubt I will be back.

Was looking for a paint color that we were told was Sherwin Williams. Turns out its a Benjamin Moore color. The person at the store even went out of the way to research the color and made suggestions for a similar color. Great people!

Came here to redeem a coupon that we received from our new construction builder for a free gallon of interior paint and was very pleased with the customer service provided. I wish that I could remember the sales clerks name because he deserves the praise for being such a wonderful salesman. He was super friendly and helped me pick out the right type of paint for what well be using it for. If we ever need any more paint we will definitely be coming back to this location!

Great place. The guy helped us on 3 occasions matching paints to our current aged paint. He helped us pick out 20 cards as suggestions and gave advice. He remembered us between visits over the course of 3 months. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

This is the only place I will go for paint. Forget Home Depot and Lowes, these folks are knowledgeable and understand their customers needs. Color selection is unbeatable and they are constantly running sales on paint and accessories. I have used Sherwin-Williams paint for interior and exterior applications and the quality is fantastic.

Fast and Friendly. Stopped in to look at some colors to paint the interior of our new home. Associate took a active interest in my painting project. Discussed the best products for each room I was painting. Using Emerald for its washability on the kitchen and kids rooms, for the living room and hallways we went with Cashmere for its best finished appearance. Buttery smooth!Would recommend Sherwin Willaims to everyone. Kudos to the Brighton staff.

Went to this location Saturday. Andy/Andrew (not sure if same people) basically talked to us like we were stupid and laughed at the fact that we wanted samples of three different colors? Then tells us her recommends we go home and put each color in a strip on our wall to see which color would go best. I was concerned about the 30% sale and not getting it if we didn’t buy paint that day as it was ending... he then promises if we come back Monday/Tuesday they would honor the sale. Even wrote it on a little card for us. So we go back today (tuesday) and he mixes up two gallons of the paint and tells us there is a new coupon for 30% off that just started. So we google it like he told us and it says it doesn’t start till April 5. He wouldn’t honor it. I reminded him that he told us he would honor the other sale if we came in early this week. He says “well it won’t let me over ride it with the new coupon coming” so you can either pay full price for the gallons or come back and get them. Are you fricken serious?! We just loaded up both children (one with high needs) to come and pick up this paint. We will NEVER be back. What horrible horrible customer service. Andy needs some training and to stop running around the store like a fricken idiot. Good luck selling those two gallons of paint! Probably would have just been better to give us the 30% off instead of send us out the door with nothing!

This is the paint most the professionals use and most the builders. Quality is good and service has been good each time I have went in.

Ok place took along time to get any help to much behind the desk and ingoring customers.

Make sure if andrew is doing your order Make him write it down or you will have to pay for his mistake. He admitted that he has a lot of mistakes and he is the assistant manager!! Beware!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service, Chris a manager there sold me paint that was supposed to be garanteed one coat paint and was very rude when I came back and told him that it was not one coat and needed more. He charged me again and could not have been more rude when I asked him to put the color on the outside to make sure it was the same color. I would recommend home Depot or Lowes over them. I will not shop there again.

Nice sales staff and I got what I needed. I only purchased a few sample colors but ultimately found a color I like and am having my living room and kitchen painted.
