Store #5043. I emailed them letting them know that I would be moving out on July 11th, they responded saying I should be out before 3PM so they could move me out of the system, I moved out and emailed them at 2:45PM letting them know that I was out, they responded saying thank you and then they called me the next day to say that I owed $16 and some change, I could not pay that and then they called the next day to say that I owed $30 something dollars?? Why if I moved out by the end of my month? And why didnt they say anything about any charges when they told me to be out before 3PM, or when I was moving out, or when I emailed to let them know that I was out??Horrible customer service!

This Storage Facility is very nice, it is in a very nice area, which makes you feel very comfortable. Very clean and the management is great. Would absolutely recommend to friends in family in need of storage.

It was a pleasure working with both Donna and Kathy. They were very friendly, helpful and professional.I will refer others to this business.One week later I had to rent another unit for more items. Donna recommended to move everything in a larger unit to save me money instead of renting two separate units. She worked with me to have a quick and easy transition. We store medical supplies tor our daughter at this location. I was making a late run, and they’ve locked me inside. My code says late access denied with me inside the gates!! I’m locked inside and have called the emergency number only to be hung up on 3x. I’m having to leave my girls wheelchair and my van. Now I have to get a cab!!!!! Why have an emergency number if no one answers in an emergency?!?!? I’ll have no wheelchair for my kid tomorrow, nor her specialized car seat to transport her to get my van back??

Excellent customer service! They were very helpful and accommodating in getting our unit rented. Very clean facility. I feel safe leaving my property there knowing staff is on scene quite a bit and keeping a close eye on the facility.

So happy with this storage facility! They were quick to answer my questions and very helpful with providing information so I could decide on the appropriate sized unit. They gave me ideas on how to set up and move furniture around to maximize space as well as material to use to help protect my belongings. Donna and Kathy were both so friendly and professional, they are rockstars and I would highly recommend this storage to everyone.

The office ladies were great to work with. Helped explain things and were quick helping get my unit setup. Saw another review complaining about billing... I also just received a bill/payment notice today (9/25). I was confused at first but after opening it and looking, it clearly states it is due 10/16 which is correct. I have had no issues with billing or payment. They do charge for insurance but if you have renters or home insurance you can just provide proof and skip this charge.

They listened to what my needs were. Explored the various possibilities, came up with a great solution. Feels very safe for my things...

Check in Orientation was pleasant, very friendly staff that supports thorough communication and has answers to questions asked. The facility itself is brand new and very nice. I usually put my storage items somewhere more-so upscale as to not worry so much about security - but this place is the best I’ve been to. Coded gate entry, followed by coded door entry (if you have a climate controlled unit) and the units themselves seal properly with a secure hold that doesn’t leave you questioning if your personal items will be there when you get back.From someone who travels a lot and uses storage companies often - this company is a two thumbs up.👍🏼 👍🏼

When I was locked out of my car during cold, snowy weather Kathy welcomed me into the office and kept me company for almost 2 hours. Thats way above and beyond! My wife had brain surgery they said that they would help me and they never did customer service is the worst customer service Ive ever had they continuously charge me after they said they would waive all the fees they are liars they have no respect an are heartless i would no recommend CubeSmart for any storage needs I would rather go to a different place and pay more they are heartless and dont care about their customers because Im a customer with the true problem and they did not help me they continuously charge me month after month after I told them that I will not be able to pay because my wife had brain surgery and I had kids to take care of they say they treat you like family but its all lies all they care about is their money not their customers steer clear of CubeSmart they are full of lies and deceit they will screw you over at any cost

Im not impressed with the storage place I rented a storage not even a month ago and Im receiving a notice for my bill 20 days early and continuously receiving emails on the bill that you ready and charging me insurance on my storage unit they stay its required so thats another monthly charge I have found other storage is that I very much more happy with it does not require insurance or pay for it but its not a continuous monthly charge so if you people are looking for a storage I would not advise you to go to keep storage I would advise you to check out Pony Express storage in Brighton
