I have over 250 pieces of equipment and am constantly having cylinders and pumps break, leak or fail in one way or another and in our industry time is money. JJ and Justin are always going above and beyond to make sure that our stuff is always fixed in a timely manor. Industrial Hydraulics goes above and beyond to help us get the machine back in the dirt, weather it is rebuilding a pump, finding a seal that is obsolete, machining new parts, or staying late to get the job done. They communicate every step of the way from estimating the repair to ordering parts to finish. To find a shop that is honest, does great work, and also stands behind it is rare to find these days and these guys do it all. Highly recommend these guys

Real personal service! Owner operated with a talented crew. Fully equipped assortment of mills to handle everything from the smallest to the largest cylinders. Although we are a large company we have seen him provide as much attention to a walk in as he does us. We have a huge array of cylinders, pumps, motors and valves. Dale works on them all! He is reasonably priced and if your in a pinch he will work with you to get you back on track!

Took three times to get my backhoe swing cylinder correct. I had three other cylinders to get repacked, took one of them in and told Dale that I put a seal kit in it a couple of months prior and it isnt holding. I try to fix my own stuff if I can but doesnt always work out. Dale got angry and asked me if I have been rebuilding hydraulic cylinders for 40 years and do I think that I can fix it. I replied that I try to if I can. I have done 100s of repairs to my heavy equipment through the years with no issues. Then he told me that hes not working on my stuff and threw my cylinder on the ground outside. Dale is obviously losing is patience with people and should let his wife at the front counter deal with customers.

The worst customer service Ive ever encountered. They promise good results and turnover time on cylinders and then say they are too busy to take care of you. We are incredibly dissapointed that these people lied to us and costed us a valuable customer due to a much longer turn over time than promised and the staff was incredibly rude.

Ive been in the industry long enough to know that one sour deal does not deserve a review like the one above me. Sometimes a crappy cylinder will never be right, no matter the effort attempted to salvage crap. Industrial Machine & Hyd. has handled ALL my hydraulic work for the last 15 years and their service is excellent. They bend over backwards to complete jobs promptly and its done correctly. Dont let one sourpuss sway your decision, you would be bypassing a good company.

Worst customer service in the world .dale is the most disrespectful person Ive ever met. Was told they could get us in to fix a cylinder so I drove 3hrs I get there dale says sorry over a week out. Thanks dale
