There were 4 kids working in the warehouse today, all very busy on their personal cell phones. Took 2 guys about 5 minutes to walk across the room and pick up my single purchase, a 25 lb. pail of Rozol.Its like they couldnt be bothered? Zero people skills, not difficult to predict the future success of these 4 individuals. Management should be embarrassed.

Best value for fertilizer, grass seed, and other turf products. Significantly better value and higher quality products than you can find at box stores. They sell the same fertilizer that golf courses and parks departments use, but in manageable bags. Its my secret weapon in the neighborhood best lawn battle!

Been going here for over 20 years for cattle feed. Had an absolutely awful warehouse lady trying to explain feed to me. First I guess I can’t be in the warehouse to read a few labels. She was apparently a big part of why Brighton saddle and feed went out of business. They also no longer do a military discount so at this point will try and reduce what I buy from here. There are to many feed stores to deal with people like her.

Variety of animal feeds. They sell Excello here. We get Pigeon food here. Place is clean & organized.

It’s not a Home Depot by any stretch but basic tools that you use every day they have it. Very very friendly and helpful staff if you can’t find it they will order it.

Oh my oh my! This place is just fantastic! How i will never forget that dreamy, tall, yummy manager. Spencer is just so SAUCY! I would love to spend a Sunday evening with him! The way he made my keys had me falling in a love that I just cant come back from. You will see me return here!

I go here for the Waterfowl and Pheasant Swap meets but often wander in to get addition supplies like feed. Friendly, knowledgeable people and a very good selection. Worth the trip.

ACE Hardwear Stores employees are awesome, the short country blond girl was very nice, the tall Manager guy was super helpful as well as the two other guys that helped us out last time I visited. Dont remember their names, but shoutout to them, cool lookin store too!

Went in to get some couplings and found what I needed. Area was a bit of a mess and did have some difficulty finding one part. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

I came looking for new hardware to put together my daughters bunk bed. Found exactly what I needed, and my girls even got some complimentary popcorn while I gathered my new bolts. The woman who rang up my order was very friendly and engaging. Ill definitely come here again.

So its an Ace Hardware. Great selection for such a small space. They also carry all your feed and ag needs. Propane and race fuel is also sold there but quite pricey. Residential propane in bulk amounts is almost half of the cost. Dont understand that.

This is the old staple of feed stores in Brighton area. They have people working their sense the beginning of time it seems. Mark in the warehouse goes out of his way to make sure things are all good and is a wealth of knowledge.

I had mower worked on. I let them know I had brand new air filter and plug just installed. They charged $110. Had them knock off price of plug and air filter took it down to $86. I went to load mower at dock at they yelled hey where you going. They thought I was too stupid to know there was a dock there. I was a co-night manager at that store for two years. Pay attention and treat people with respect.

Apart from having a great selection of miscellaneous hardware (fasteners screws nuts bolts), the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Glad to have this store nearby!

My expirence at agfinty was a little concerning I saw a little ruthless evil girl named Bianca screaming at her own co-workers its really sad the rules have change and people are not allow to go in the warehouse. So she felt it was ok to be rude and disrespectful in front of customers to people she worked with. I have alway taught by sons to be respectful towards women but I do not think it was not right for her to be so vile. The young men back there have explained the changes and have said sorry they are just following the rules and are getting a lot backlash for business changes that have happened. I hope this behavior is corrected because I am a customer and next time I will be writing a letter to corporate. Signed loyal customer.

The guys are always helpful and load my grain where I ask them to put it. Depending on my agenda, sometimes need it in the cab and others in the bed of my truck

Horrible service one the lady’s asked if I needed anything and she didn’t even help me she just kept pointing and it’s over there and just to get back to her conversation with the other two employees about one of the other employees that got fired the night before.. I couldn’t believe that out of three people there not one could help me find the nuts and bolts I was trying to look for... I will not be going in there again

I went in today at 11 a.m. looking for one just one Unistrut clamp half inch. I dealt with a man by the name of Terry! Terry couldnt tell me what a Unistrut was he couldnt tell me what a Unistrut clamp was after I we walked over to the computer and google it! I have to show him both he looked very confused he went and asked another gentleman in the warehouse if they had it the gentleman told him where it should be! When I looked up on the wall in THEIR WHAREHOUSE IN USE I saw Unistrut and what I was looking for on his own wall and he got upset! Then after I told him I was in a hurry he told me if youre in a hurry I cant help you thanks Terry youre a waste of oxygen and clothing I would fire you today! No effort to learn wat I wanted or effort to find it! Then shows what he was really made of by telling me if I was in a hurry he cant help! Well Terry what you dont understand is youre the reason why Im in a hurry get a clue bud!! I wouldnt be in such a hurry if I didnt have to go on to Google to show you simple construction parts when you work at a construction supply store if you dont know what Unistrut is and you dont know what Unistrut clamps are maybe you should go be an accountant or something!

Great products but poor customer service

Has called 4 different times to ask about getting a key made. Have been hung up on all 4 times. Finally just dropped in to have the key made. Couldnt cut the key properly after 3 tries and a half hour. Waste of time.

Great for hard to find parts but youll pay for the privilege. No higher than your usual Ace or True Value in pricing but the staff can either be great or barely acknowledge your presence depending on the day.

Ive been dealing with management since February trying to order turkeys for this up coming spring and have got the run around on answers.

Several customers in the store. They only had one cashier and one floor person. The older gentleman on the floor never asked if we needed any help.
