Scheduled an appointment time to pick up equipment for DIY installation.They sent me a reminder and instructions on what to expect when I arrived. I followed their instructions, picked up my stuff and was on my way. It was a quick and easy process.

The service they provide is good but their customer service is terrible. They have very rude and condescending customer service representatives that also have a problem listening so they probably do not pay very well.

I had a great experience today! Jesus helped my husband and I navigate early upgrades, iCloud storage and other things. I asked a ton of questions and very easily could have been perceived as frustrating and irritating, but Jesus was kind and helpful the entire time! He has amazing customer service and this store is lucky to have him!

My experience here has been ongoing for 2 months so I will just list the highlights. (1) started with a phone call to try to figure out why my bill went up to over $200. Was told my discounts expired and had to re-up another 12 month plan. (2) was then told I needed a new tower to accommodate the triple play plan. brought old tower to this location to trade for new one. (3) tower didnt work. (4) NO help whatsoever from the staff; was told to call or open a text chat with technical support. (5) spent hours on hold for the next 3 days, minimum 40 minutes each call and/or chat session, only to be cut off time and time again. (6) finally got an actual person to come to my house to get the thing working. (7) now, 2 months later, it freezes constantly and I have to continually reboot it. Bottom line: even after all this my bill went up AGAIN. My whole purpose was to lower cost in the first place and that did not happen, so as soon as my 12 months is up its BYE BYE COMCAST/XFINITY. I will be cutting the cable like I was planning to do in the first place!!!

Theres an employee named Jesus Rodriguez there, who is one of the MOST HELPFUL people Ive ever seen in a cellphone environment. Im elderly and he has the most patience in fixing any problems that might arise. Xfinity is only as good as its employees, and Mr Rodriguez just pushes up their quality another notch 👌

Horrible service!!! DONT PAY THEM BY CC, DC OR BANK ACCOUNT. Once they have this info, they feel they have the right to just take as much as they want. You cant call the stores now, you have to go in. No national support either. No way to talk to anyone but AI. Think twice before you sign that 2 year agreement

Customer service is horrible. I wish they had a cash register drawer to give change but unfortunately thats not the case here. The kiosk is the only way to make a payment here since you cant pay online without getting a fee. My streaming is pixelated I tried to get a better deal on my 4K streaming and being told I been the best. the price has jumped dramatically when I first started off I was paying a good sensible unlimited streaming service now for some reason its changed! It be nice for them to heed to what the customer NEEDS instead they offer nothing which is what makes their customer service horrible.

I stopped in to drop off some equipment and to clear up a bill question. The young lady who assisted me was bright and polite. All issues were resolved to satisfaction. The office is located in a nice little part of Old Town Brighton.

Went in to pay bill. Have paid more then 2500 dollars In 6 months. Had to find out why. They couldnt tell me. Went home and looked at my account and saw I was being charged on an account I closed more the 2 yrs earlier. After I did all this foot work they admitted their fault and issued a check to return a 1000 back. But I had to do all the work. Been with them also more then 20 years. Paying as much as 250 a month. With that kind of bill you would think all the bugs are worked out. Good luck to all. Hope you dont run into this problem.

I really appreciate the employees and managers at this store. Have been dealing with an on going issue with my cell phone and they have been doing everything in their power to help. Issue is still going on but it isnt their fault. From now on, no more ordering phones online. Will do all business in store.

Very rude!! Was a good store, but service has declined. I just wanted to discuss options to lower my monthly bill, all I got from the rude lady was we gave you 30 days notice! I am aware and every bill had been paid, we were looking for the future. Never got her to tell me different packages, all she said is you will lose channels (couldnt tell me which ones). Even said I guess I would need to look into other services and she said ok.

Comcast is a horrible company managed by corporate robots. They don’t care about you unless you are adding a line of service. Read the fine print on all agreements.

Previously I had unfortunate and upsetting contact with Xfinity/Comcast either by phone or a letter which was not answered. I was planning on changing internet service up until today when my one year contract was up.I had a very positive experience at the Brighton store today. I am a recent widow, needing to save money as much as possible. Armando and Liz were very kind and helpful. They were able to get my internet bill down to a much better rate. I will stay with Xfinity/Comcast now. Definitely will ask for Armando and Liz if I have future needs.

I had the pleasure to work with Kathy L., this afternoon. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was in and out within 15 minutes and that was too return boxes as well as get a new one on two different accounts. I would recommend Kathy to take care of your Comcast needs.

They did not disclose the additional fees for their security camera recording. They told my wife that the plan would cover that and it doesnt. Get a ring and get better value quality and you dont get lied to like the service reps at this store do

I called complaining about the speed of my internet Friday, for the 3rd time. I was informed by the agent that they had me down for the wrong speed of Internet for the past 6 months. I was on hold waiting to speak to a supervisor and they HUNG UP on me.

Theyre definitely one of the top leaders customer service is dead.No local number, have to go through their 800 number and enter your blood type, account number etc.I needed to drop an old Comcast box off that they were charging my fiance for. Can in to the store, guy jumbled around and finally said that I need to be added to the account to return an old item. What?...why? The serial number was registered in her name and the person I told them was on the account.Anyhow, had to call my fiance to call xfinity to add my name to the account to return her equipment, so dumb and unproductive.They said it was for security reasons what security?!?! Im returning a product that we no longer use!!!

Horrible communication and bad attitudes. I went in for a simple pick-up and the lady that “helped” me didn’t provide any information in why I wasn’t able to pick it up and when shown authorization she was unwilling to help me. Overall a bad first impression.

The girls at the service center seem to be more interested in what they’re making for dinner tonight than helping a customer they couldn’t even pronounce Idaho how hard is it to pronounce Idaho? then made the ridiculous comment “is that close to oooo tay? I asked did you mean Utah U T A H? Oh yeah is that how you spell it? Seriously WTH where do they get these people? We sold our house and closed the account and get a bill with a $20 early termination fee after we have been with them for nine years went through four different people on the phone telling me sorry every two years you get a new contract and you were two months shy of your contract date so you have to pay the $20 early termination fee. really? How stupid is this? You’re going to get a bad review and have me badmouth you over $20 ?Also on the phone why do you ask me for my account information and my address and then three more times I have to verify my account information and address when your computer system voice says they have it in their system? Then they want me to stay on the line with them for a survey to see how well they have done OK here is how will you have done.......not worth a damn that’s how you have done.

Lines at this place are crazy long they need more staff. Staff is not worried about how long the line is they just go off and do their own thing with customers waiting. Spent most of my morning in this place just to get a box for my internet.As far as their service is over priced for TV so we got Directv instead and only use their internet. Their internet is fast and works well but cuts off for no reason about 1 a week for 30 mins or so.

This location does not open at 7 a.m. It is 9 a.m. To 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and Saturday and Sunday they are closed.
