This office was nothing but a delight to visit. All the receptionists are very helpful and sweet as well as the doctors are so nice i mean wow talk about service with a smile and the most gentle hands very concerned about the patient and my needs i cant enough nice things they even waited over 30 minutes because i was running late and they didnt want me to go another night in pain when i had an object lodged in my eye and a scratch on my cornea. I believe this office and their employees are the best A+++

Dr. Baker is the best! The best eye experience. I have had bad eye sight most of my life and just thought glasses were as good as its going to get. Always having poor vision, red eyes, dry eyes, not being able to wear contacts. Ive been to dozens of other eye doctors but she truly listened to all my concerns & issues. A doctor who cares! She did a comprehensive eye exam, gave me samples of different contacts to try and recommendations on how to treat my chronic dry eyes. If I could give her 10 stars I would.

There was some confusion about Railroad Medicare paying for my appointment.. Hopefully that is being resolved after I got the office in contact with the right people at Railroad Medicare.The staff and Dr. Baker were very helpful and and proficient. Dr. Baker quickly determined what my vision care needs were and gave be direction on how to get the treatment I need.

I knew I would pay a high price for choosing a neighborhood optician. I didnt know how much more. I was valuing the convenience of having a provider close to perform necessary adjustments in addition to dealing with really quality products. I did not know the cost of convenient service and quality products. I ended up paying more than twice as much as I was expecting to pay -- but I chose to do it. Brighton Eye Associates was professional. If you do choose them, just prepare to pay a premium price for their premium service.

Wonderful office staff; very respectful. Appointment was scheduled so quickly. The Optometrist was excellent. She answered every question and provided relief to my itchy eyes. I feel better emotionally & physically. Thank you for your compassion & expertise.

I was SO grateful for the kindness and patience they showed us! My oldest daughter and I needed the appointments but I had a cranky/tired toddler and infant with me also. I had my hands full but they were very understanding! That was so greatly appreciated!

Dr. Fair did an excellent job on my left eye. It was very short notice and I was able to get in to see him.

I had been a patient here for several years and was happy. I had to find a new eye dr. as they no longer accept VSP. What eye dr. would choose not to take VSP insurance?!

After being told my case was an emergency, I wasn’t getting a call back from the specialist Brighton sent me too. They sent off my paperwork as a non emergency case even though I could lose my eyesight. The receptionist nor doctor knew the protocol for referring an emergency to the retina specialist.The retina specialist assistant had to walk me through getting Brighton sending off the referral correctly.All it took was the doctor calling it in as an emergency. I could go blind because they sent it off as a week to review verses an actual emergency.

As a first-time visitor to Brighton Eye Associates I was very pleased with my entire experience. The building was pleasant, nicely organized (from reception area to examination spaces), clean and effective. The staff was wonderful making me feel welcome and properly cared for.The online document filing also enhanced my experience as I could do required paperwork prior to my actual visit so I skipped the balance clip-board on legs form filling out and simply checked-in, hung out and was ushered into examination with minimal fuss.The technician doing preliminary assessments and the doctor who carried out the full examination were professional, easy to work with and friendly. I was entirely comfortable working with them both (an important point when technology in near your eyeballs). I was also impressed with the diagnostic equipment (it had been awhile since my last eye exam) - interesting, effective and non-invasive.The conclusion of my visit was also carried out with professional competence. After my exam was complete, I picked out frames for my new glasses, signed off on forms and confirmed my insurance coverage + my payment obligations and once more was delighted with results. I didnt feel taken-advantage of or guided toward any more expensive options with pressure sales - just polite help to get me what I needed in the price range I was comfortable with.I will return to this office for all future eye services and happily give them an excellent rating.

I moved from Arvada Colorado to Fort Lupton and left behind an eye doctor who treated me for years. I was looking for another eye doctor and A work colleague recommended Brighton Eye Associates. I found Dr Baker—or she found me—and she is VERY professional and has awesome doctor skills both medically and person-to-person.I don’t want to forget the receptionists and other staff...the are equally awesome. Very helpful and full of smiles.Treat yourself to this company for your eye exams and eye prescription needs.

Personally I really like Dr. Sanchez. He seems to care about his patients and does a thorough exam. However I was very disappointed when I was charged an additional $185 because he conducted an exam that was not covered by our insurance without asking for my consent to do so. When the office girl asked for the payment Including the significant extra charges, i said I didn’t understand and wanted some clarification. She said in a very rude tone “what exactly do u not understand??” I left in tears. My family has been patients here for years but I felt like they did not have my best interest in mind this time. I will look for an office that can be honest and forthright with the services rendered beforehand. These doctors do this for a living so I’m sure they know what is covered by major insurances and what is not. Very disappointed with our experience and will be looking for a new eye doctor for our family.

This is the only eye doctor that I have ever been to who explains the process and the medical jargon without feeling rushed or like a burden. Dr. Sanchez actually listened when I told him about the issues I have been having and came up with a solution right away. They made me and my children feel incredibly comfortable and were extremely helpful the whole time. I am so glad I found such a great place to go.

Dr. Baker is hands down the best doctor! Dr.Baker is professional, caring and goes above and beyond for her patients. Her staff is excellent. My husband and I were both so impressed with her care, professionalism, excellent work ethic! I have had some on going scary issues. I had not even known her and she got me in and to the ER. Her exam and notes were complete and helpful to all the doctors. After the ER she even called me to see how I was. Mind you I had only saw her the first time. Now I have been going to her for a couple of years. She then proceeded to help direct me to an excellent optical neurologist at University. The ER had misdirected me. The doctors and specialists were very impressed with her detailed and accurate notes. The diagnosis could have been potentially life threatening if she would not have sent me to the proper doctors and took the steps she had. I got the help I needed and she is super intelligent. My husband also has been blessed with her excellent doctoring and has had his glasses adjusted. We fully trust her and would highly recommend her. I just wish I could have all my doctors be as thorough as her and caring. Wow can you imagine?! Do yourself a favor after one visit you will notice the difference instantly. She is excellent.

Went to eye exam appointment because I took my daughter there and saw glasses that we liked.They called me the day before to confirm appointment and left a message to call back before 3 to confirm appointment. I came in for the appointment on time and was told by front desk that they cancelled the appointment.I was upset that they cancelled it and they didnt let me know they cancelled it. They didnt leave on the voicemail that they would cancel it if I didnt call.( They dont know what my day was like the day before.) They said that it is their policy. 1st I heard of it! Long story short, we waited ( about 30 minutes), the doctor ended up seeing us. The doctor apologized for everything but whole staff was still distant, unhelpful and just uncaring the whole time, like it was my fault they cancelled my appointment without letting me know! After seeing Dr. Baker we ordered glasses and made an appointment to pick them up. We were told by front desk staff if we dont keep the appointment or cancel before 24 hrs there is a $40 fee. I thought staff is rude and unapologetic. Upset and disappointed.See if they dont lose the glasses the way they lost my daughters! I should of known then this wasnt the place for us. They lost her glasses ( after a 45 minute drive there). They called us later when they found them. She drove back.Dr.Baker herself was friendly, apologetic and kind. We got glasses and could see!I feel bad for Dr. Baker because people may not see her because of her staff.

I have been coming for years. Today I show up and because they didnt have my right phone they cancelled. Are you kidding me what happens if your phone breaks what happens if you change your phone number it takes a long time to get get this appointment we waited more than 30 days.I have never missed a doctors appointment or not called into one this assumption of Im not going to show up his bull also my child missed a day of school how about all those missing work to show up to have them tell you goodbye you didnt answer our phone call but we dont have you right number because I didnt put it down correctly . I have an idea why dont we all hide in our house just in case the end is coming. I guess its time after years to find a new eye doctor .

My vision is unique and she is very well informed of my condition and shares that knowledge with me. She never makes me feel like Im being rushed out the door. In the past I tried wearing contacts, but my eyes after a few hours were so dry I could not stand it. Dr. Baker introduced me to a new daily contact that I can wear 12-14 hours a day with no issues. Dr. Baker is very thorough, professional and the best eye doctor in Brighton! The office staff is also very pleasant and helpful. I will continue seeing Dr. Baker for my vision needs.

I stumbled on Brighton Eye Associates when I was so discouraged and upset from the service I had received from a completely different optometrist and eye center here in Brighton. Since our family just moved here I didnt have any idea where to go. So, after the bad experience at the other place I started calling around town. I called Dr. Fairs office and spoke with Lisa. Wow, already I was impressed with the knowledge and the high level of professionalism she had. I made my appointment and went to see Dr. Fair. I have to say he is FANTASTIC! He gave me the most thorough eye exam I have ever had in my life and I have been wearing corrective lenses for the past 37 years! Everyone there from the receptionist, the young lady that did my pre-tests, Dr. Fair, and Lisa were all so friendly, caring, and professional. I now have my new glasses and they are amazing! So, thank you Dr. Fair and all of the staff. I highly recommend them to anyone of any age. I will never go anywhere else, Dr. Fair and Brighton Eye Associates is the only place for me and my family!

I wasn’t impressed that the eye imaging was done without any explanation that for it to be used it would cost me an extra $40. Why bother taking it when there’s a chance it won’t get used. In the end I accepted its use because I had my 5yo granddaughter with me and she was getting antsy. Very unfair for the patient to put them on the spot at the very last minute. Pay this or else we have to dialate your eyes.I’m also not satisfied with the test result. I have a cataract that is interfering with my vision to a pretty great extent. I’m being told it’s nothing to worry about as it’s so minor. When it interferes with my driving it isn’t minor.To top things off several hours after my visit I received a voicemail stating they under charged me and I still owe them $40 would I please call to pay over the phone. I don’t pay anyone that calls asking for payment over the phone. I say your mistake you eat it. The exam cost me around $200 far more than other places. Not a happy camper.

Even asked the lady to talk to the Dr. she told me she did and Baker said sorry nothing can be done. Go to Walmart Dr. Brown has much better customer service!!!
