Never had a problem till today the guy who brought my car out his name was Eric, the manager knows my dad and how he is these wheels where bought last year and the car they came off used the other lug pattern so these where only used on my dads tires he checks the wheels every time before leaving and was in a rush today the scrapped ones are the back witch was done today the ones without scrapes where changed by Daniel. The only reason there is three stars is cause Daniel always took care of my dads car but these are konig wheels not cheap and this is not right!

Great experience at this Les Schwab location. Carla at the counter is very inviting and helpful, and the store manager Daniel is excellent. He ensures to go above and beyond to ensure quality work is performed and your vehicle is returned in a timely manner.

These guys were absolutely the best I’ve dealt with. Very knowledgeable and when things did not work out correctly they fixed it. They stand by their work. Even though part of what they did for me was not right and had to be corrected I am definitely using them for my tires and rims. The sales person went over all the different types of tires and what they do and explained it thoroughly and for somebody who did not know anything about tires it was incredibly helpful. Then the technician setting up the work to be done also gave plenty of options. And when I had to go back early in order for it to fit in my schedule they were there and opened early. I can’t say enough good things about the staff at this location.

Ive had two separate instances of coming in for an alignment with two separate vehicles and being turned away for questionable reasons. Your tech tried up selling me on inner and outer tie rods this last time. Found the parts online for a fraction of the price quoted. After further inspection my tie rods appear to be ok and my rack and pinion bushing looks to be worn.

Our boat trailer tire blew out on I-76. We were towing the boat for work, and Les Schwab Brighton got us hooked up with new trailer tires very quickly on short notice. Thanks guys, you saved the day!!!

The customer service is excelente. The team here is well organized and execute phenomenal work. I have come in twice for nails in my tire and both times they have treated me with great respect. They take care of the issue in a timely manner. They are pretty busy, but give you a good estimate on the time of completion. They have definitely earned my business for a while.

They have gone out of their way every time Ive been there just to mske sure Im happy. Had to stop at a competitor shop due to a nail. They claimed they couldnt fix it and insisted I get all new tires. I aired up drove to my Brighton Schwab dealership and not only did they fix me up they did it complimentary. Ill be back for all my vehicles needs. Wish yhey did motorcycle tires. You have this customer for life.

A different tire place wouldnt fix the nails in my tire they sent me away. I came here frustrated and upset hoping to have someone help me. The service here was excellent everything was done in a timely fashion I will never go to another tire place ever again. Thank you for not letting me leave and get on the road unsafe.

They did an amazing job helping my mom with a tie rod and then after finding out that it was not what was specifically needed to fix it they helped fixed what the problem. Definitely recommend them they will work with you and get the job done.

We received top notch customer service from this Brighton business. From the manager whos name was David and also the mechanic Ryan that worked on our truck. He replaced almost all of our 2005 Dodge front end in record time. He replaced the tie rods, upper and lower ball joints and both wheel bearings. We took our truck in around 2pm and recieved the call a little after 6. He stayed late to get the job completed too. Before we have a major snow strom blow in this weekend. Thank you guys so much this is not the first time we have received that kind of service either. Which is why we will and do continue to come back. YOU REALLY ROCK!!! Ryan you really made our day .It was a pleasure to do business with Les Schwabs and they really do take care of their customers.

Great service done quickly and correctly

I dropped off my car around 9 AM as a walk in. At 12:30 I called to check the progress of my oil change and they told me they would be done in an hour. So two hours later, I went to pick up my car. I was told that they hadnt even started working on it. The girl at the desk told me that they work on cars by appointments, and walk-ins are serviced between the appointments. That bit of information would have been nice when I dropped my car off 5 hours ago.Anyway, just a warning, make sure to make an appointment, and never do the walk-ins!!!

First time at this location set up a appointment at 11 for a oil change, which I was told an hour for its now 1:30 pm and my truck still hasnt been pulled into the garage yet. I made this appointment because I figured it would be faster than doing it myself. I could have went bought and done 3 oil changes in this amount of time ridiculous.

Kind, quick and plugged my tire for free

I woke up this morning with a flat tire. I got to Les Schwab a little bit before they opened and was sitting in my car in their parking lot. Next thing I know, a gentleman with a very welcoming smile greeted me at my car (wish I got his name). He took my car in the garage and got me patched up in less than 30 minutes. He was so friendly and welcoming. He really turned my bad morning into a pleasant one! I really appreciate how quick and wonderful he was!

Once again, Les Schwab took care of another one of our vehicles tires. I dropped off after-hours with no notice, due to an unfixable flat tire at 10 p.m. Left a note with my keys in the drop box. They called and already had a couple tire quotes ready for me to pick from. Had my car back within a few hrs. Always, friendly service.

Amazing customer service! They greeted me before I even opened the doors. Asked me what I needed and welcomed me to come in. They charged me nothing for my tire repair and even offered to leave my spare tire out so it could dry and wouldn’t rust my tools. He said to come in a few days so they can put everything back in it’s place. Definitely coming back!!!

I won’t go anywhere else. Hands down the best, most trustworthy tire shop in town. The staff is very helpful and professional. Only place I trust my vehicles with. The Service here is A1! Nothing but the best. The guys are super knowledgeable, fast and precise. These guys will go the extra mile to get any job done. I have gone in multiple times for flat repair work, tire installations, alignments etc. I leave with nothing but quality work. Daniel the manager has always stayed as late as it needed to complete any task. He’s literally the last one out every night I have been there for service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for work. Excellent management. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Second set of tires Ive purchased from here, Ive never had a problem dealing with them and their service is always very good.Theyre upfront with their price and have never had a surprise at the time of payment.Ive had tires repaired here as well, always happy to make an adjustment and get me in quickly.Unless things change dramatically Ill always be a customer.

I think they did me right but Ive had so much trouble I was afraid they would not.But I think they did good and my tire w as awful. Im lucky I made it to the shop.I recommend them. I didnt give them 5 stars for one reason: I picked out a deal on 4 new tires, then they tried to sell me 2 used, and its not what I wanted, and it worried me.But in the end they did me right.

Not a good experience. I waited an hour for a scheduled car alignment only to be told the alignment guy was at lunch. Turns out the vehicle needed more than just an alignment, decided to decline services. Wasted almost 2 hours here. Would not recommend.

I came in because I had a screw in my tire and it was causing the air to leak out. It took around 20 minutes and when I went to pay, they said it was free. They just want to gain my business when I need new tires. DONE... I will definitely do that after today’s visit. Plus from when I pulled up until I left, the customer service Andreis (doubt I’ve spelled it correctly) gave me was awesome. Had a friendly smile and made the visit much more enjoyable. I highly recommend coming here.

Les schwab is a franchise type business but this location your treated like a small town mom and pop shop. The manager Daniel has help us out on a couple of different occasions now and always take great care of us. This is the kind of place ide be willing to drop my vehicle off and not worried about getting stuck with a big bill on things that dont need replaced. Very good busines!

Above & beyond on customer service! Quick, efficient,professional, & knowledgeable. First off, theyve previously fixed a nail in our tire for free. With only the suggestion to keep them in mind when purchasing new tires. I went into the store to apply for their in house financing to purchase new tires. After the process was completed it was about 15min to closing, so I offered to come back the next day. The staff was very respectful of my time and they did not turn me away Youre here now, we wouldnt want you to have to come back. Tires were installed quickly and efficiently. Very happy with my new tires!

I was passing through Brighton - a cousin lives there - and figured out I had a slow leak. So I stopped in here and asked them to patch it. They had me done in fifteen minutes, then REFUSED TO TAKE MY MONEY. I dont live anywhere close, so there was no long game being played to guilt me into buying tires later. I needed a tire plugged this morning. They had me in within 3 minutes had the tire patched in 6 minutes... when complete the young man pulled the car out ..handed the keys to me and said thank you and have a great day.. while I spoke with him while doing the repair he pointed out that I need brakes and he showed me.. I was a Chevy service writer and he was correct thank you again

Great service.

I originally went in to have my tires balanced. They were going to charge me for two and do all four until they said they can’t take a bald tire off a car. The tech said I could buy a new tire and they’ll balance all 4 for free. I paid and went in my way to have my vehicle start shaking at 35 mph. I went back and they told me that it was because my wheels were bent. The manager told me that it is not their policy to check if wheels are bent. They’ll put tires on a bent wheel, send you on your way, to find out your car shakes, to come back and tell you they’re not responsible for knowing the wheels were bent because they don’t check. I said I wanted my tire back, so they were kind enough to put my spare on and put the old tire on the bent wheel because it’s against their policy to put bald tires on the car. Not sure if this has anything to do with it, but I am also a woman, and they probably didn’t expect me to know a thing or two about tires and wheels.

Very helpful staff here! I have a full set of Michelin tires on my motorhome, installed in Oregon. I stopped here for some air in the tires, and the tech spent nearly 30 minutes adding air to each of my six tires. They are so kind and helpful!

The guys here are great. They got me in for a tire rotation right away. They found a nail in one of my tires and fixed it at no charge. I would highly recommend you go here for all your tire needs.

The tech came running out to me as soon as I pulled up as well as every other customer I had seen pull-up. All the employees seemed happy to help and/or assist! Prices are reasonable and competitive. I will continue to do business with them here and send friends and family here as well!

Came in today for an alignment and tire rotation, they took me quickly and were very friendly and professional, helping with all the little details and took care of me well. Took my jeep in this morning to have them remove screws in my tires and they had them done within 30 minutes. Did not charge for the work. Brought my mustang in to check the balance for a slight vibration and found out there were 3 tires slightly off. They rebalanced and it rides nice again.Both of these vehicles were done within 90 minutes at no charge! I highly recommend this place and will be going back.

Great customer service experience

I have a land rover disco 2 the lugs are larger than most vehicles. I bought a set of tires at another store no names but their tires are discounted. I had to change my brakes and couldnt get the lugs off as they were extremely over torqued. The store who done it wouldnt help said take it to the dealership. I called and land rover wanted $340 to start. I called Les Swab they loosened my lugs at no charge. Now I can change my brakes. They will have my business from now on.

We worked with Dustin on getting new tires and rims on our truck! They were about to have everything ready the next morning to put on and was quick during the service! We will definitely be back in the future!

I gave this a three stars because there were some issues and because of them I will not come to this branch or recommend my friends or family to this branch. But the manager Dustin did take care of the situation personally, and in the end I did leave happy. Dustin was awesome!

My wife went here for a rotate and flat repair. They said it would be $30.00. She decided for the flat repair only. That was $14. I called 3 other Les Schwab tire centers and asked how much for a rotate and flat repair. All other ones said that is a free service. They ask that in the future you buy your tires with them. Well I will not be back to this store. I will drive a little further and go to another Les Schwab tire center that values my business.

Best place hands down we are from iowa and had a tire come off after having a tire put on before we left. Long story short Daniel drove his personal truck to come get my wife and kids off the interstate 76. Also worked with us on a few parts price wise. A tech met me in the parking lot, grabbed my tire and said itd be 20 minutes to fix. I went inside and not even 10 minutes later saw him rolling the tire out to my truck. He put it in the back and came inside with what punctured my tire. GREAT service, fast, friendly, and where Ill be going with my future tire needs. Thanks guys!

Lost a regular customer today! Used to take all of our vehicles here for tire needs since they opened. Until today, went to get tires mounted and balanced and wanted to charge 190! Yikes! So we called around and every place in Brighton and thornton and each will charge 80 for the same job. They jacked up the price because they simply didnt want to do the work.They lost a regular customer today!! I recommend checking around before you trust these people, obviously they arent as customer friendly as they claim to be.

Called and asked of I needed to make an appointment for a tire swap. Was told no just come on in, but when I got there Robert told me no and kept asking me to make an appointment because they only had 2 guys working. I told him I would just go somewhere else and he said ok thanks. I will never use them again and would not recommend their customer service.

Now what they used to be. Service sure has gone downhill over the past few years. I used to be 100% faithful and would not even look elsewhere for tires. Now they are overpriced and more sad, lacking customer service. They dont care about the customer, only selling the highest priced products with endless added attempts to upsell additional brake, shock, and alignment services.

These guys are awesome they have helped me out in a pinch twice now and even stayed late to fix a leaking valve stem for me.
