Weve been using Culligan Water for our water softening and reverse osmosis purified water for about five years. While the softened water is great, its not something I consciously notice every day. However, I appreciate the on-demand hot/cold purified water dispenser multiple times a day; no more plastic bottles in the landfill and no lugging 5 gallon bottles to a dispenser. They hooked up everything perfect. When we thought a leak, they came same day...discovered is was another issue, but they helped fix anyway. Love that they call and ask how salt supply is doing. No problems with equipment or service.

I LOVE Culligan! Ive been renting a unit for years and its so simple. If you buy one at Home Depot, you forget to change out the filters, if you can even find the right one, cuz they might NOT even sell the same units anymore. I love how whenever I call they come out and then they call me when its time to replace the filters. Seriously such a great bargain and the people are wonderful to work with! Couldnt be happier.

I had been looking for a water treatment system for a while but they are so pricey that I was waiting until I could afford it and putting up with nasty water in the meantime. A neighbor posted that they used Culligan to rent a system. I was unaware of renting and quickly made a call. Adam came out and explained they system and the rental program. He did not give me a fancy sales pitch or try to strong-arm me into a sale. He was wonderful in his ability to listen to my needs and respond to my questions. We scheduled the install the same day because the special program made it so easy to pay. He came back the next week to install and was quick and efficient. He was respectful of my home and my time. The water has been so incredibly better. I am glad to know about the rental option as I was able to get a system so much sooner without the expense.They are responsive, respectful, and helpful.Cant give higher than 5 starts but this company deserves more.

What a welcome relief in a tone deaf customer service world! My experience with Brighton Culligan was excellent from beginning to end. I needed to call the office several times for explanation of services. Both people I talked to (Becky and Kathleen if memory serves correctly, forgive me if not) were both patient, compassionate, knowledgeable, and timely. My service experience with Tim Risher was second to none. He was timely, professional, efficient, punctual, and very knowledgeable on service and installation. He had assembled the softener ahead of appointment and was waiting for me ahead of the service call time. My water is much better and am very happy with my experience with this top notch business. We were referred to use Culligan by a coworker of mine. BEST Decision EVER! Theyre extremely nice, literally the entire staff! We had Tim as a service tech. He was absolutely incredible! Words do not express how knowledgeable, nice, and fun he is! He came originally to check the area to make sure putting in water treatment was possible, and was helpful and we laughed during the entire 5 minute experience. He came to install the soft water treatment and reverse osmosis in our kitchen. As Tim started the process he noticed we had a line to the fridge- unfortunately we were unable to connect our fridge due to previous installers cutting lines and would require some demolition to connect. Tim took the extra steps to check for possibilities! Ive never had a service tech so easy to work with and fun! He made us feel comfortable while in our home and spent a lengthy amount of time answering all of my dumb questions. The install took less time than quoted and Tim took extra time explaining everything that was done (numerous times haha). I would absolutely recommend Culligan for water treatment and especially Tim! Katherine is easy to reach, extremely nice, and always helpful. These guys are outstanding in the Water Delivery field and are immensely better than Deep Rock.

I was having trouble with hard water issues. The team came over to check out the bridge of frozen softener crystals that had built up in my bin. The team showed me what to measure when adding softener, watch for movement of crystals, buttons to press and watch during the cycles. I am glad for their help. The team of two men were polite and professional.

We have been using Culligan in Brighton for over 10 years for our drinking water. Its by far the easiest way for good drinking water. They install the R.O. unit, place a small faucet on your sink and can hook it up to your fridge also. Once a year they replace the filters, I dont have to do a thing! Very easy and we love the taste of the water. Years ago we lived in an area with hard water, had Culligan install a water softener, that too was a great service from them. I love these guys, they have really been super nice and have taken really good care of us.

We have been a Culligan of Brighton customer for 9 years. The quality of the water coming out of our well is pretty bad and most of Culligan’s competition was afraid to go anywhere near it. After Culligan installed the new equipment we immediately had “top shelf” water. The fantastic service didn’t end there. As the quality of our well water has changed over the years (lately it has improved) Culligan has worked with us to make sure that we are using the most efficient and effective solutions to keep our water “top shelf.” To say that this has been a challenge would be an understatement! These guys have hung in there and done an amazing job. I would never even consider working with anyone else!

I am renting both an RO unit and a water softening unit. The cost is reasonable, and I have had excellent service; the RO water tasted bad, and they changed the filers, and it didnt get better so they changed the entire system, no questions asked! The technicians were friendly, knowlegeable and very polite. They are very responsive to issues, and provide excellent service.

I found a leak on a Saturday around 9 at night. Called the emergency number and had a technician there between 5-10 minutes. He was able to stop the leak for the weekend and was out Monday to make the final repairs. Luckily, all that was damaged were empty boxes, but they replaced those boxes for me. Thank you!
