Absolutely the best place in Brighton for piercings. The staff are all so friendly and make you feel very comfortable. I was terrified to have both of my nipples pierced but from the moment I arrived I felt relaxed and cared for by the staff. Shanima was so lovely, very professional and patient. I’m overjoyed, I can’t put into words how happy I am with my new piercings. They are perfect!!! PERFECT! More than I ever expected! Awesome experience! I came here nearly two weeks ago to get second piercings on my ear lobe. I hadnt had been pierced for ten years and I was definitely nervous but my piercer, Juela, was extremely kind and gentle with me even when I was getting tense. Both myself and my daughter have had several piercings here over the last couple of years and we will always return. The staff are great, very knowledgeable and the piercers put you at ease. They are always punctual and reasonably priced.

They laughed at my friend who asked if they would help her change a piercing and was just told to “go do it at home it’s easy” would’ve expected a piercing shop to help out with piercings, including changing them. I guess they don’t realise that some people can have mobility issues that may prevent them from being able to use their hands for small fiddly things like changing a piercing. Not the first time I’ve experienced sarcastic comments from the staff there.

Overpriced piercing shop.The staff was not very helpful when I showed them my red and swollen nostril piercing I had just got.

Having been pierced here a number of times, I cannot recommend Punktured enough! From the moment you walk into the shop being served by knowledgeable and personable front of house and piercing staff puts you at ease. They clearly love what they do here and this is reflected in staff being happy answering any queries that you may have in a really accessible but detailed way. It is also reflected in how superb the aftercare is. Even when the shop has been closed due to lockdown, the staff at Punktured have gone above and beyond to help me out as my piercings have healed: answering emails and messages really speedily and even offering to send free replacement barbell balls to me when I lost one from a piercing. This having been said, any problems that I have had with my piercings have been minor and caused by my actions after being pierced- how I sleep, clothes resting on the piercings etc rather than resulting from how I was pierced at Punktured which has always fantastically. Unlike other places where its necessary/ you feel pressured to pay much more than the price of the piercing for jewellery, at Punktured the price of the piercing includes good quality (titanium) jewellery that most folk will be happy wearing until their piercing is fully healed.

The receptionist was lovely and gave me a bottle of cleaning spray as she saw on my ID it was my birthday the day before! She was patient while I chose my jewellery and was very helpful. The piercer was also lovely and made me feel at ease straight away as she was talkative. She changed my jewellery on an old piercing for free then I got my daith pierced. It was over very quickly and relatively painless. Thank you!

It was the place I went too to get my first piercing and it has been the only place I have got any piercings since! The staff are amazing and really know what they are talking about as well as being friendly and putting you at ease on your first trip. It also has a really chilled and pleasant vibe when you go into the shop and this carries over into the studio where you go to get pierced.

Went in yesterday with a group of friends and we all got different piercings and we are just so happy with all of them and how good this place are. As soon as we walked in it was good, positive vibes and all the staff were so friendly and talkative and happy to answer questions. They were really professional and made me feel like I had made the right decision by coming to them. Defiantly recommend this place if your in the area or coming down for the day!

Friendly, clean, honest piercing shop. Theyre currently limiting the number of people in store so the waiting list is a little long, but that shouldnt be a surprise these days. Was refunded the price of a piercing because it just needed re-stretching.

My friend and I went to get piercings last Saturday and we both agreed that it was the best place we had ever got piercings done. The lady working the reception was really friendly and the studios attention to detail / hygiene was second to none. Elliott was our piercer and he was the most friendly and informative piercer. He made us feel super relaxed and comfortable and I now would not go anywhere else... that said I am running out of ear space. I would definitely reccomend and their prices are very reasonable! I would book as they get busy!

I visited just over a month ago and had my nape pierced by the lovely Sham, the reception staff were friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating as I wanted the piercing vertical rather than the traditional horizontal. Sham was amazing and I love my new piercing ❤️ I returned after a couple of weeks to get some more saline spray and to get some new jewels for some existing piercing replaced and met Eli who was professional and obviously very knowledgeable. I got 2 piercings, which were done in a way that I didnt like the outcome. I went back to discuss them with the manager I felt so much more comfortable with them afterwards. He (I think his name is Elliott) is very professional and good at what he does. Without him I wouldve probably taken the piercings out. Thanks a lot for your help!

I got my lobes peirced and they charged me £10 extra and did not tell me why, but I didnt question it as I thought it was right but when I went back to check the prices I realised I got over charged. They also put a thick bar through my lobe when I asked for a small simple stud. They did not go through the after care with me just handed me a piece of paper and didnt explain what it was.

Got my nose pierced here a while ago (pre COVID-19) and they were really friendly & very hygienic. Would definitely get another piercing from here.

Good pierced (nose) and friendly stuff but i got an infection, luckily in switzerland they could fix it but now i have a scarv next to the hole. they said the salt-water mixture is not enough to clean the new piercing. additional, they would have guessd that i got the infection bc if the golden material (what is it?).... and they had doubts about the hygienical aspects but i cant judge on this,bc i dont know too much about the standarts and how it actually looks like there. higher prices, higher quality... i had never have problems with my previous piercings which i got in switzerland... reality, never again abroad... sad

Great experience, front staff were lovely and Eli was very friendly and professional ensuring I was okay and comfortable at all times. I had paid for a new nose piercing, but within seconds Eli realised the hole in my nose (from previously having my nose pierced in the same place) was still open and just needed to be stretched so gave me the money back.
