Have placed multiple online orders at this store and whenever we go to pick them up, the orders have been pulled incorrectly. Usually its a simple attention to detail mistake. I understand employing staff is difficult everywhere, but please take a little more pride in your work and pay attention to what is ordered and make sure the SKU# matches. Will no longer be using this store for online purchases.

Do not buy men’s hair clippers from Sally’s! Every pair that I have purchased have been terrible, even the name brand clippers. All purchases are final, so they leave you with no immediate recourse except a phone number to call. I recently purchased a pair of clippers, got them home and realized that they were already broken. I couldn’t return them even though they had not been used. I opened the box in the store to give them a quick look and everything seemed fine until I plugged them in. I would recommend that you spend your money with another company. Sally’s should rectify this immediately.

I came in to find a new shampoo and conditioner. Kinda weird to walk in and no one be at the counter, but once I did find someone she was a great help! Besides the first impressions, I will come back to this store. The shampoo and conditioner turned out to be AMAZING! My new favorite. Sally’s brand too! A little pricy, but 1000% WORTH IT!!

Extremely rude girls that work here. Everytime I go in there, they are not helpful and are so rude. I tried to ask one of them if they had any developer in the back and she looked at me and just said no. Didnt even go back and look. Dont work in customer service if you have no customer service skills!

I needed to buy a cream developer to dye my hair. This was the first time I was doing it and had no clue what to get or what quantity.When I asked the lady at the register she looked very annoyed and said “ you need at least 10” I was confused because I had no idea what she was talking about. I went back there and figured it out. I grabbed a small bottle and two hair dyes. The other girls were putting stock away and would not move at all. I had some questions about the amount to put on the hair dye and another girl was very rude about it, she told me to read the instructions. When I was ready to pay the lady told me that wasn’t enough developer for my hair and that I needed a dot her bottle. I ended up buying the biggest bottle and didn’t even need the whole thing. They were so rude and not helpful at all! Also the need to stop acting so shady when they see a costumer their own age. Like their products too bad costumer service is so bad.

Overall very poor Customer Service experience and unprofessional . As I walked into the store, a sales associate was standing by the entrance smoking a cigarette. She didnt say hi & seemed annoyed to have to put out her cigarette- on the wall of the building to come inside and work. There were other customers inside the store, yet she was the only associate in the front/outside. I picked what I needed and waited at the counter to check out. I continued to wait, while she was in the back of the store stocking product. I had to go get her, make eye contact to check out. Still no hello, she hastily asked me Sallys card? and gave me my total. I even had to ask her for a bag for my item. Love your products, extremely dissatisfied with the customer service.

Poor customer service. My mom went in to buy a simple nail polish today and a girl with red hair not only gave her attitude for no reason but when my Mom told her she only wanted one nail polish not two, the girl very angry threw the nail polish into the floor .

The girls they have working their are always rude as hell or uneducated. I just went in there for toner and i asked the one girl a few questions. I asked her if i would need one box or 2 for the amount of hair and she told me that she does one box in the shower. Good thing i looked at the directions because your supposed to apply it to dry hair.

Customer service is TERRIBLE!!! The 2 girls that were working just sat in the little back room gossiping the whole time I was in the store. Never spoke one word to me. Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone! Hire new people that actually wanna do their job!!

Purchased a gift card for my 12 yr old. The associate forgot to validate it and unfortunatley I was unaware of this until my little one tried to make a purchase. While attempting to right her wrong The Manager walked in and immediatley put a halt to the process. Although the paper trail showed the mistake at time of purchase The Manager was 100% unwilling to teach her employee the correct process and I was informed that a call to the number on the card was necessary.While standing in her store I made the call and was routed through numerous and ridiculous advertisements for useless products ...not one pertaining to hair products. After 30 minutes and more than a truck load of rude comments by the staff and constant and apparently permanent RBF from The Manager I left feeling taken advantage of. The Manager basically stole 100$ from my family as it probably went straight to her pocket from the previous days accounting...yes...less than 24 hrs from purchase to attempted usage. Thanks Lacey...your AWESOME.

I have been shopping at Sally Beauty for over 10 years, and this store is the reason I will never return. I walked in to buy hair extensions today and the girls working seemed annoyed to have anyone in the store, and even more so when I asked a question about the extentions I was looking at. I picked out a set regardless, and it wasnt until after I had paid that she informed me all sales are final. I told her it would have been nice of her to tell me that ahead of processing my payment then I went out to my car. While sitting in my car I looked at the extentions I just bought and realied they were one shade too dark, so I quickly ran back in to ask if I could just swap the color and she scoffed at me and reminded me since I already paid I wasnt able to exchange the ones I had for the correct color. She went on to inform me she was not a manager, nor was there one for me to talk to about the mix up and with a horrible attitude told me there isnt anything I could do and I would just have to come back another day and hope a manager would be available or buy an entirely new set.I didnt open the box, or even leave the parking lot with them. I have never had a more upsetting experience in any retail store in my life. I was very friendly with them, didnt post a fit or anything and they were both so unhelpful and rude to me.

Horrible. Twice I was given misinformation that damaged or ruined or didn’t dye mine and my daughters hair. All the girls working there have attitudes and seem annoyed to be at work. Don’t bother going here.
