Needed 4 new tires. 1st visit here because I live in Highlands Ranch, 50 miles 50 min drive and was interviewing for a new position at Detention center so I figured this is convenient. Tire installation was easy. 2nd time I brought it back for front end alignment was told couldn’t get it done because I needed work done before they could do it. Brought it back with an appointment set was told 3 hours, waited almost 4 hours and now I have to bring it back again because Car is not aligned correctly! I’m not happy car is pulling to the right! Now I need to make another damn appointment! I should’ve just done my business closer to my house! Matt is the only thing that makes me not so angry having to go back because he’s very friendly and an asset there! I hope this time the mechanic gets it right!

I took flat in left vehicle there to be fixed. I had my son go back to pick it up they said tire was no good and would need a new one. I took it to my regular tire guy i had him check the tire and he pluged it said the tire was fine and I havent had a problem with it since. They were definitely trying to upsell me on buying new tires. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO BRIGHTON DISCOUNT!! BEWARE

Ive always had great experiences with discount tire techs, and theyve always been helpful and informative. We went to this discount because it was closest for a slow leak. They didnt really talk to us, just brought the truck to the back of the shop and checked all the tires. They mentioned corrosion on the rims interfering with the seal, and charged me $35 for the service. Came home and saw my tires bubbled out and when I checked the pressure it was 50psi. The tires are 35psi, written on the sidewalls... Go to a real discount store, skip this one because they refuse to talk to anyone about what they do. I prefer to be kept up to date on my truck, not shut in the dark hoping they dont break a vehicle I need.Edit: my front tire blew out, literally, on the highway. Even at recommended pressure, the damage is done and I am furious. I have to replace all my tires, and looking for a manager, I find that even though they use discount tires branding, theyre a completely different company. Im staying with the discount tires I know from now on.

Same as the guy with the blown out tire, I went here because its close. The Discount Tire on 120th and Grant is awesome, so I figured same chain, same service. Nope. This place seems like its run by inmates or mutes. Everyone is dirty, no one will speak to you, grunts are free though. I had to go home and double check my tire pressure because the guy wouldnt acknowledge my words when I spoke to him. I really felt like I was bothering these people, so to save them the grief, I wont go back. Looking at a $1400 set of wheels for my Lincoln, the shop in Thornton will get the money.

I wanted to get my tires balanced, but I mistook this location for a corporate office. Upon my visit I discovered that this is a family owned discount tire store.The staff was uber friendly, and listened to all of my concerns about a vibration issue that I was experiencing. They offered me expert advice for the potential causes of the issue that I was experiencing and I didn’t have to wait to be scheduled. They fixed it the first time, unlike another shop that I had already visited for the same problem. I’m definitely going back the next time I need tires or breaks! They nailed it! (Pun intended)

I came in on September 17, 2018. Joey and his crew are amazing. they are super fast . I had came in with a spare and they put that back under my truck for me. everyone here was very friendly. i will go back here for sure. I brought my 2016 F250 work truck in for new tires. Joey was very knowledgeable with what he had in his shop, and had no issues with getting the tires I needed by the time I got there two days later for the appt. I highly recommend this tire shop to anyone, because of their professionalism and knowledge alike.

Work was done reasonably quickly but we never received the promised call and had to check in ourselves. Lines were overlong and customer service was wildly lacking. Be prepared to force staff to acknowledge your presence or just go to one of the other tire places within a few blocks distance.

Truly amazing customer service!! I am a nurse and had just gotten out of my 12 hour graveyard shift to a crummy situation. I went in expecting to be hussled to buy something extremely expensive. Instead, I felt no pressure what so ever me to buy anything I didnt need. I am extremely satisfied with my experience here. They immediately took care of me and I was out worry free in about 15min. Im not sure who the other two were working but Kyle Y. Was the ome who initially took care of me. These men all deserve a raise for being so kind. I will definitely be going back to replace all of my tires here from here on out. Thank you for going above and beyond for me!

All of the employees that helped me out today were very friendly, very helpful and I was in and out with a tire fixed in 30 minutes tops! I went to 2 other tire shops prior being they were on the way to where I was going and both said 2hrs wait, so 30 minutes plus all the guys were very nice and knew what they were doing and did it quickly is 5stars for sure! And prices are comparable. Thanks discount tire guys for making a stressful morning a whole let less stressful!

Bought tires from them 3 years ago, I get free rotation and balance every year. Its first come first serve, so its best to get there when they open at 7:30. The guys are extremely hard working and friendly. There are not related to discount tire chain.

Ive been using this location for over 5 years with the same truck with no issue and now a new manager claims there are new polices and apparently they can no longer service my vehicle because of policy. This location has new employees frequently coming and going because there so UNDER qualified and theyve gotten to the point where they can only hanudle the simple in and out jobs so if your looking for good quality mechanic service and customer service this location is NOT the spot to bring your vehicle

If I was able to give this shop zero stars I would. If you are a female do not go here they will for sure try to take advantage of you. I went to this shop to get an alignment just before I went on vacation across the county. The alignment was done improperly on the back end of my vehicle. So improperly that it is now dangerous. I might be a girl but I know it was not right for two reason. 1. The car had no issues before going to this shop (I just replaced my front struts which is why I got the alignment, not because anything was wrong) yet immediately after leaving every time I hit the smallest bump in the road the whole back end would fish tale. 2. Since the alignment my best tires which where on the back since I just had them rotated are wearing out on one side of the tire at a ridiculous rate.To make matters ever worse when I looked at my paperwork I noticed that the whole section of the alignment printout for the back end was ripped off!Today I went to the shop to see if they would make it right. The owner of the shop was immediately rude to me and my boyfriend. He refused to fix the alignment. Called me a liar about the paperwork, even though he was not in the shop they day I got the alignment done, so he has no validation to call names and be rude.If you want a dangerous vehicle that endangers your friends, family, and the vehicles around you go here.If you want to be called names and be treated with the worst customer service I have personally experienced go here.The price might be right for tires but first you should ask yourself Is my life worth saving some money?

They had best deal by $100 to 200, for set of 4 tires. However 3 months later I had a flat tire going down highway. 75 mph. Could not pull over right away, so there was tire damage. They were going to charge me for new tire. What does road hazard cover . Had to argue with employee to get it covered, they finally did, charged me 35 for mounting. The BS was not needed. I did not have this issue at les swab but they were more expensive.

Joey and his crew did a great job today. I had a blow out on the way to work, and they were able to replace two tires and rotate all four in under 30 mins. They not only were able to decrease my overall stress of a blowout, but they gave me a Veterans discount on the tires! Ill be going here for my tire and maintenance needs. Thanks

All the chain Tire stores in Brighton were busy, Id read bad reviews about discount Tire and Service. But my experience was the opposite. I just needed 4 winter tires mounted and balanced. They quickly did the job and I was in an out in 20-30 minutes, no hassle easy. the cost was cheaper than most chain stores too around $50. Would use again.

Staff is very unfriendly. They are out to gouge you. I would give them zero stars if I could. Go to Peerless down the street. The manager at Peerless helped me right away and got me on the road in a timely and affordable manner. The people at Discount were trying to get me to pay for things that I did not need. They were also very rude. I left there with my vehicle in worse shape than when I arrived.

Great place and great employees! I am female, and look much younger than I am. I have been ripped off at so many places, but never here. They have always treated me with complete respect and done a great job. Today they were short staffed by 3 people yet were getting the work done as quickly and efficiently as they could. The guy (boss?) working the front counter and answering phones was also using every moment of down time out helping the other techs. They did a great job!

Went in for a flat repair and was told it was a hour and half wait. almost 2 hours later i asked when they would be doing the work. They kid got mad and stormed out and threw my keys at me and said “just go” wow. this is my personal vechile, little do they know i use them for tires at my shop but i never call and order. lol. You better believe i wont be sending any more of my fleet there now! small world guys

Only because I cant give 0 stars!!! The workers werent bad and were going to honor the warranty but as soon as the Owner or as he said part Owner took over because of the fact they sold me a defective tire. I came back with a charge of over 3/4 the price of a tire. He refused the warranty and tried hard to explain that I dont own a tire shop so I have no idea what a defective tire is or isnt and better pay and leave now or the Cops will be called. After paying and receiving more threats with the Cops being called I had to explain to this genius that I couldnt drive away until my car was not on their jacks. Dont do business here!!!

Top notch service all day er day..

I dont understand all of the bad reviews. I have now bought my third set of tires from this store. I have been happy with both the previous manager Bob as well as the current manager Jason. This store has by far the best price on bf Goodrich tires anywhere and they dont tack on hundreds of dollars in extra costs. There price is what it is. To boot there pretty quick even when they are busy. Every time I go in for rotation they re ballance my wheels which is something the I have never had done elsewhere. Hands down best local place for tires.

Just horrible. Go in for an oil change and 2 tires. He refuses to sell me anything, but 4 brand new tires and tells me at 3pm he couldnt have the oil changed by 5pm. Though all 3 of the techs were sitting in the lounge with no other customers there. I have had nothing, but flawless service from Discounts all across the state except here. The help wanted sign out front was more from the city and less from the store. To anyone who reads this go anywhere else. -5 out of +5 stars.

These guys got me out of quite a pickle and I truly appreciate the great service.

The staff is extremely rude. We had a nail in our tire and they kept saying the tire was sliced (which they could not show us where when asked) and wanted to charge $100. We refused to pay it and they didnt even put the tire back on the rim properly. Completely unprofessional. We took our business down the street to Pearless where they are super friendly and professional.

Every time I have an issue with my tires the service is on point and quick, never disappointed with the outcome, one place you can depend on with tire issues.

Thinking it was a Discount Tire, I took my truck in to check a slow leak. They found nothing, charged me $30, and overfilled my tires by 30 psi! One tire blew on the highway, which is when I discovered the tire pressure situation. I took the truck back to them, found out it wasnt a Discount Tire, and only got a refund of the $30 initial payment.Due to their negligence, they put my child at risk and refused to do anything about my damaged tires, all of which had plenty of life still in them. So I had to take it to a real Discount Tire and shell out $700 for a full set that wasnt inflated to nearly double recommended pressure. Thanks a lot for your incompetence.Dont go to this place.Oh, and the staff was unpleasant from the beginning.

The Manager Bob is so rude! He yelled at his employee right in front of us. Then continues his attitude with me. He had 4 other employees that should have known what was acceptable to fix and what wasnt. None of them even said a word or chose to let me know that they werent allowed to fix the tire, which I would have been fine with knowing it wasnt acceptable. I will never use this place again

Too expensive for the slow service

The sidewall of my tire blew out after only 3 days of driving it and they wanted to charge me to get a new tire put on when their warranty covers road hazards. They then threatened my father to call the police on him because he said that they were ridiculous for charging the $35 for a new tire. I will never buy any kind of products from this company again and I recommend you do not either.

So my girl friend goes in we buy four tires and a alignment the tire light was on.She want back in asked them to check the tires for pressure they said that a sensor may be going out but the light never has gone off.do not go to this store Ive been in this business for over 30 years we really felt they brushed her off.So I called the Manager asked him to fix this problem and we are not buying another sensor they did not even scan the vehicle told him the light was not on when we came in.The manager said if I come into his shop and act like Im acting he will ask me too leave IM The Customer sir I have never been treated like this on the phone ever So we took the vehicle to the other discount tire and they fixed the problem This Manger needs training on talking to customers DO Not Go There
