I am really happy to have found this Mechanic and although it was accidental, due to a need to be towed here in Brighton, I think there is a good chance I will make the short drive to bring my vehicles here in the future. Trust and quality in this industry are everything and I felt that here. They represent what is great and necessary about the American small business in a small American town.

I would highly recommend these guys if you’re in need of service on your vehicle. I usually only go to Chevy but after working with Brandon today this’ll be the new shop to get my vehicle worked on. He was honest & friendly about the work that needed to be done & he was patient while working with me, being a woman he didn’t make me feel dumb for asking any questions & further information.It’s a cool looking shop on the inside too 😁

I have had 3 cars worked on at Bullet. I have always been very satisfied with their service. They are honest, reliable, get the job done and explain what needs to be done. Never sell you something that you don’t need. Their customer service is top notch too!

Dropped my vehicle off early in the morning, with their key drop. The AC needed to be recharged, and they had it done quickly. When they offered to do any other inspections or repairs, I ask them to check my brakes because I thought something might be up with them. They did a very thorough inspection and found that my thoughts were correct and I needed to replace a rotor, caliper, and rear brakes. They were able to do all of this in the same day and at a price that would’ve been cheaper than the dealership. I would highly recommend because they go above and beyond and had great customer service.

The Jessup location shop was the real deal and was able to get some aftermarket parts put on my SRT Jeep. They took good care of my vehicle, had it done in a timely manner, and gave some good recommendations and tips for further upgrades on my suspension. They were always professional and I never felt as if they were trying to nickel and dime me. I’d definitely recommend to anyone!

This was my third visit with Bullet Automotive. I fully trust there word and there work. I feel they ( Brandon, Katelea and all the mechanics) are very honest with me. My 1991 Buick Park Avenue has low mileage, (57,651 actual miles) it is in very good condition, brought it in for oil change. I had gasket seals that were leaking, A/C unit blowing out hot air, plus other concerns, they did an inspection. My car needed a lot of attention, due to not driving it very much, seals drying up, etc. They got my okay on what needed to be fixed. I am very satisfied, my 1991 Buick is running great. AAA+++. I bought this black 2005 Audi convertible in Denver based on pictures on the internet. I had it towed to Bullet Automotive to be checked out. Sean and Brandon did a very thorough mechanical check of all systems, and sent me a detailed email describing everything regarding roadworthiness of the car. The cost to have them check everything was very reasonable. I traveled from Louisiana to Denver, had a great friendly visit with Sean and Stephanie at Bullet Automotive, and hopped in my car, and drove home to Louisiana 1,000 miles with no problems. Because of Seans long-term mechanical experience, I felt confident in the roadworthiness of the car as I drove home at 85mph. I highly recommend Sean and the professionalism at Bullet Automotive. His shop is located in North Denver in the suburb of Brighton, CO.

Wow!!! What can I say, this place is amazing. If I could have given them 10 stars, I would have. They are the most honest shop I have ever been to. They explained everything they found wrong and even told me that the issues weren’t safety issues. Most places would have scared you into having the work done. They even checked my battery and brake fluid. The only thing I paid for was the diagnostic fee. Never going to a shop other than this one again. These guys are great at what they do, but more importantly they are great people. I took my truck in for differential seal problems, and they found more problems. They communicated well throughout the process and explained what needed replaced and why. I never felt taken advantage of. They worked late on Friday to to get me on the road only find another problem and Sean came in on Saturday to get it done and get me on the road. You dont find people with this kind of integrity and accountability very often these days.

Fantastic repair shop. I am an elderly lady so have to count on others for repairs these days. My old 1998 F 150 had an exhaust manifold leek, I had bought the manifold hoping my grandson could install it but due to other commitments he couldnt. Checked around and called Bullet. Very wonderful owner. They put on my manifold and found another problem of which they showed me the part. I was a little of a gearhead in my younger days so know it was a part I need replaced. Great people, fair prices, and timely service. What more can you ask for. Thank you Bullet for getting my ole baby back on the road.

Ive taken my vehicles here for the last 4 years. The three words that best describe them for me are integrity, reasonable and experienced. The price is always fair and well below dealership costs. Sean has always been straight forward in his opinions on what you should do for your car. And they have always fixed it the first time I take it in.I am not afraid to turn wrenches on my own vehicle but if the job is daunting, I take it to Bullet and have never been disappointed! I own a automotive business, and I take my cars to Bullet. I recently took one of our family vehicles to Bullet to have some rear axle work done. This is a family owned, family ran business. Thier prices on parts and labor are more than fair. Hey are ethical and have never overcharged, or tried to replace parts that arent bad. One thing I really love about this shop is ther great communication. They always keep me well informed as to the status of my repair.

My local Jeep Dealership said I needed rear axle seals (back left was leaking) & front struts. The estimate for both was over $2k, $441 for the axle seals. I took it Bullet Automotive for a second opinion. The left rear axle seal was just seeping, not leaking & did not need to be replaced at all! Sean & his team took a ton of time explaining everything to me & saved me over $400!! Plus the estimate they gave me for the struts was $800 less than the Dealership quoted me!! I truly appreciate their honesty & integrity and would highly recommend them!! Thank you Bullet Automotive!! You have a customer for life!!

The guys at bullitt automotive are very honest and professional. They gave my vehicle a thorough inspection and test drive to let me know of any faults that it had. They did not try to sell me something I didnt need and communication was courteous and prompt. I will be using them again in the future... Hopefully not too soon though :-)

I was on a very long road-trip from California to Wisconsin. We started to smell coolant so I stopped to get my car checked out. The staff was super friendly and helped me right away.
