Awful Experience. Im very patient and really try not to complain. However I was recommended here and took my car in for an oil change and a few small recalls. They broke my horn they broke my door handle I had to go back in multiple times. It just makes me question whether my vehicle is even being fixed properly or safely at that. The girl was sweet and all it wasnt exactly her fault but I was super disappointed in the whole experience. I honestly think they should have given me a free oil change certificate or something. I wont be going back. I appreciate the effort .

Had no issues Dropping Our car off for service and technician was very helpful in answering questions I had.

Scheduled two times to do a recall on my vehicle..both times when I dropped off my car they tell me the part is still not in and they need to order it..I mean if thats the case why did I SCHEDULE it...then i call to speak to the service manager to see what is going on, he doesnt answer so i leave a voicemail.. it has been 5 days, yet he still has not called me back.When I trade in my car for another one I will be going elsewhere..this place just lost business..not to mention I will never do service work here for my ford

I had an appointment at 8am to have a warranty service done on a sliding door. They told me that would get to it by the end of the day. That my appointment time does not matter.Do not trust Brighton Ford.

Just hard to trust any dealers! People are nice though.

Mechanics are not even apt enough to call the interlock company and tell them that they are working on a car. Got a $75 inconvenience fee because of them. Customer service includes actually doing your job, correcting mistakes and calling unhappy customers back.

BEWARE!! They cracked my oil pan. Went in for an oil change and they over tightened my oil plug. When they over tightened it cracked my oil pan. BEWARE!!
