My vehicle was totaled and insurance company sent it here. Went to grab personal items and about $1500 worth of tools, electronics, and a different vehicles title were missing. Went back inside and they showed me their intake pictures, which clearly showed the items inside. All they said was to call my insurance company. Poor experience. Will do everything in my power to avoid working with them again!Edit: Location and regional managers are involved and reviewed my case they said none of the items are visible in the pictures. BECAUSE THEY TOOK NEW PICTURES AFTER I MADE A COMPLAINT!

Horrible customer service. I called about picking up a personal item from my vehicle and asked how I go about it. All they said was to show up and have a photo ID. I was there for an hour before someone helped only to tell me I needed to sign in. Once I did it said the wait was 80 minutes. They should have big signs instructing the customer of the sign in process. Big waste of time because now I have to come another day with more time.
This is the worst Copart location. The scammed me for 130 $ . They have shortage of workers so they load cars so slow . But they still charging storage for every single day keeping my car at their location for 10 days until the day of pick up . Stay away of this location they are scammers . I’ve been trying to reach the general manager for one week without any success .

Forced to download the app in order to conduct business. No signage or direction of where to park, or how to proceed. Not user friendly, especially for someone who is new to Coparts. I could have rated lower, but definitely would would not rate higher. Hopefully I will have a better experience next time, if I decide to do business here again. Tried to contact manager Cody as I was given name from corporate. I was not able to get passed customer service to speak with management, but customer service was not very bad. I dont like the fact that you are forced to download the Coparts app or you will not be serviced.

Had to use them a few years back. I live 1000 miles away so I’m not here often. Hated it the first time. Waited hours till they got to me. The second time was worse. I came here recently to pick up a truck. ZERO customer service and respect to their customers. If I could give no stars I would. Would not recommend, go get a better deal elsewhere you are gonna save time, money and your sanity. They don’t care that you are running a schedule and are 24+ hours from your home. This place is horrendous.

I showed up at this Copart location this afternoon. With everything I needed to preview a list of 10 cars. I show up in a safety vest, I check in at the office and I wait my turn. Now the rest of the story.........I am giving 1 star. Solely based on the fact I went to preview 10 vehicles for tomorrows auction only to be told that there are NO PREVIEWS in the yard because of COVID. Huh? the cars are outside?? How is that?I asked the lady at the counter, how am I supposed to preview the vehicles I am interested in? She said there are no previews due to COVID and that I can buy an inspection or condition report. OK? How much will that cost me and how do I get one? she said it is on the website. $35.00 for each report! Wow really? and now the kicker these reports are not available at the moment because the auction starts tomorrow. How convenient! I guess my money and time is not valued at Copart!Let me share this too. There is nothing on the national or the local page of the Copart website about previews not being allowed due to COVID,Yet, there is this on the Live Updates page regarding Covid....Can I still preview a Copart vehicle?Yes, Members can come to a Copart location to preview a vehicle. If you choose to visit, please bring your own safety vest with reflective striping. As an alternative to previewing a vehicle in person, our online platform allows you to view HD pictures as well as obtain other necessary information online. You may also purchase a Copart Vehicle Condition Report for certain vehicles on the lot description page.So, Copart has conflicting policies.....I really do not understand this No previews due to Covid policy. I am walking outside and by myself!. How in the world is this policy protecting anyone from Covid? Manager! Carlosito, could you put at least two helping front desk personnel? We wait hours for our turn, we drivers dont get paid hourly wage like yall do. Plus there is no point for what you all do without customers who buy, and drivers who deliver those cars, we got other places to be and pick up, could you understand how everyone ismean to drivers?! Civilian drivers, state patrols, dealerships who talk to us like to second sort people, all we do is just our jobs like you, just little bit of kindness to us is much appreciated.
Dealers beware! This place is a joke! Numerous times i had issues with lost checks, ordering duplicate of titles, but the worst is the keys! They all missing ! Not sure if somebody is stealing them from the cars but they are gone! Cars are announced run and drive but when you go to pick it up there is no key!?!? Manager is always in a meeting does not call back, nobody willing to help or get new key for you.I buy over 500 cars a year from Copart and most of the time i pay for keys out of my pocket! They dont care about their customers all they care is to make money!

Hired my son over a month ago and still hasn’t started, because people can’t seem to get paperwork in the system figured out. Call and the person he needs either is never in the office or don’t get her messages. The lady that answers the phone always sounds like she hates her job and isn’t very professional so kinda wondering if messages even get forwarded. Has not been a good experience at all. He is tired of waiting for them to do the proper steps to hire.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST place to buy a car. You will wait no less than 6 hours to be able to pick it up. Not to mention you will not be allowed to view it before you buy. And the prices dont even make it worth it, with the additional fees they charge youre better off buying something from a crack head on craigslist.
This is one of the nicest copart yards. The help is friendly and get their job done fast. Not a lot of standing in line getting your gate pass and the forklift guys are fast and GREAT!
This location staffers are not friendly and there has been a lot of conflicting and confusing information from this location. Customers have history of buying vehicles from this location with concerns and this ranges from incorrect information posted and some vehicles not having keys. The vehicle info said there are keys; but staff tells you no keys and turn around to put blame on buyers because the buyer did not inspect the vehicle prior. They posts vehicles to have manual transmission while in actuality, it is automatic. Some of their pictures hides the dents on the vehicle and when you complain, they refer you to their terms and conditions. Copart in general never take responsibility of their mistakes but they continually hold buyers responsible for any slightest error.

All of their staff except for the exception of Mike the first person I had to do business with had been an experienced they turned out to be a companys thats not trustworthy they schedule pickup after pickup however their drivers dont leave a message so you dont know if theyre being contacted the drivers and they call you back comes over likely scam so you dont answer the phone when you call them their inexperienced staff are rude and inconsiderate and have no customer service skills the company overall has no customer service skills all I can say is people please read the reviews before you do business with a company I should have sucked my guns and did no business with a company that proved to be Liars
The bathroom is absolutely horrendous! They do not care about their customers. One guy couldnt pick up his vehicle that day so they stored it for him. When he came back, someone had pulled fuses and tore the headliner and busted out lights. They wouldnt take it back even though it all happened in the care of their business at their lot. The ladies up front are alright. Some are rather grumpy. However, I can see why with everything they put up with there because of the VERY POOR management. I have been to coparts all across the country and the Brighton branch is the WORST I have ever seen. The worst run, the worst in cleanliness. I wish I didnt have to deal with them as part of my own business. HORRIBLE

If you plan on picking up a vehicle. Plan on it taking half the day. First wait in line like the DMV and then wait outside for them to bring the vehicle to you. I guess you have already paid in full there is no incentive to get work done. If you think you are getting a good deal on a vehicle think again. With the amount of time wasted you could get a second job and buy a nice ride instead of a gamble that may or may not even run. The staff seems very polite and professional. They just need upper management from the CEO to assistant managers to help fix the lack of staff and help move cars in a more timely fashion.

I didnt have a great experience with Copart.I sold my car using CarBrain which was a breeze but they set me up for a pick-up using Copart, which should have been straight forward. I was told to call and schedule a pick-up. Easy breezy right? Well....no.I called on a Thursday to confirm a pick-up for Friday. They said they would give me a call as I was to meet their driver so I can give them the title and they can give me the check. They gave me a timeframe of when I may receive a call so I rearranged some work meetings to make sure I could be available during that entire timeframe. Well come Friday I didnt receive a call so I called them to check-in and they said they called the wrong number even though I had confirmed it the day prior. Okay honest mistake bygone be bygones. I schedule a pickup for the following Monday.On that Monday I called them first thing in the morning to confirm that they were going to come and that they had the correct phone number and they confirmed that they were indeed going to pick it up and that the driver would call me to let me know what time to meet so we can exchange the items. No call on Monday. Shocker at this point.So I contact Carbrain to help since I wasnt getting anywhere and they called Copart on Tuesday and it turns out they did in fact pick up the car on Monday but didnt bother to call me! They never issued an apology for the mistake and when I asked how they planned on meeting up so I could give them the title and get a check the said only thing that could be done was for me to come to their main offices....which is 45 min one-way. So you know inconvenient.So long story short I didnt have the greatest experience with copart but Im hoping that maybe they were just overrun due to the holiday week and hopefully other people have a better experience in the future.
I went to this location to get my things out of my wrecked car. William was the gentleman helping me out. He was funny and kind and super helpful! Honestly, the best experience in a wrecking yard.

The worst company i have ever had the displeasure to deal with. I was trying to sell them an old car that they were paying me very little for and probably profiting a lot. I thought it would be easy and id just get rid of it but i was WRONG! They called to say someone would be by on a Friday, i waited all day, no one. They finally call Monday and someone comes to get the car. He had paperwork that said they were paying me nothing and had no checks. I had to wait around for him to find checks and finally gave him the title and he took the car and i got my check. But its still not over! The driver dropped my title in the street and so they require me to sign a power of attorney to get a new title. My neighbor ends up finding my title in the street so i send it to them and the signature is somehow wrong, you think the driver would have checked that! I had to do so much work for their screw up and they didnt not make it any better. DO NOT SELL A CAR HERE!
Of all the auctions and Copart facilities in Colorado, this one is always the worst. Routinely wait over an hour to get a car loaded up after the loader driver has the paperwork in hand. Very big yard and typically only see one or two loaders moving at a time. Always seems like they are understaffed and everyone working is miserable.Their front desk staff is better than they used to be and now get you in and out fairly quickly unlike before where you would typically wait and hour or more to get paperwork. Thats the reason for 2 stars. Get the loaders working more efficiently and you guys would see a lot more happy people.As it is run right now, prepare to waste half a day getting a car picked up. Ive been here for 2 and a half hours with only 6 people in front of me.
Have a car I decided to donate to ARC, this is the local company that picks them up for the ARC. We were told on 8/3 that the car would be picked up 8/8. When I called on 8/7 to see if they could give me a time frame, I was told they cant. I was told then that we could park the car in the street, leave the keys and title in the glove box and leave one door unlocked. Yeah. I dont think so. Ive been home all day waiting for a pick up, still nothing. Called customer service, talked to a man and was told it could be a 24-48 hour time frame in which the car gets picked up. So, I get to stay home for another 3 days waiting for it to get picked up?!? When I asked to speak with the woman who I talked to yesterday, I got put on hold so long, it threw me back into a que and I spoke to yet another woman who was great. She (supposedly) walked over to dispatch, a driver was standing there and she (supposedly) told him to go pick up our car. I expect it to be picked up in the next 15 - 30 minutes. If it is not picked up today, I will be calling ARC to complain and let them know why they lost this donation and I will be reporting Copart-Brighton to the BBB.
They have some really nice vehicles up for auction, with little to no damage. Driveable quality nonetheless, and you can snag some excellent deals if you check at the perfect time!!Im new to this place, but its pretty amazing 👁️🗨️
Have been waiting since 7 July 2014, for a solution of my 2007 Red Cadillac, that was unloaded in Brighton, Colorado, Lot # 17895024, Now it has a new lot # 24569664. Am still waiting for my check to be sent to me. Initial contact was through the Brooklyn, New York Office. No solution after a dozen telephone calls. Am not using my correct name, but my computer name. Am sure Copart Salvage knows who I am.
Purchased a car October 10 2017. still have not recieved any paperwork for title. manager has a very nasty attitude.
Had my car brought here by my insurance company for a claim. Car ended up being totaled so I went up to grab my belongings from my car to have found that my zip lock baggie FULL of change in my middle counsel drawer to be missing. Not even sure how much money it held but it wasnt a cheap bag of change. Hope someone there got something nice out of it.

Upon driving to their lot I was greeted with a smile and hello by William and a coworker. This was great due to my former experiance with a previous towing company two days earlier. William quickly assisted me in getting my belongings out of my vehical. After a car accident and having to go through the pain and experience of having my mother in the hospital, the curteousness by William and staff was a relief. Ace Towing could learn lots from these individuals about courteousness.

This place is terrible and shady. My car was taken there after it was totaled and I was told they would mail me all my belongings from my car by my insurance. The first package I received only contains some paperwork and my license plates. When I called and asked about my other belongings I got asked, well what do you want us to send you. I shouldnt have to specify that I want all my personal belongings that were in my car, but I did. Then I finally get a second package and Im still missing multiple items.At this point they dont even deserve one star.

He had literally just left me the voicemail so I knew it was him dealing with my nationwide pick up for my totaled vehicle. They then put me on hold for over an hour and never took the call. As part of receiving the money Im owed (I was ahead on my loan) my mother and I needed to sign papers to hand over my title. We have tried to sign papers 3 times, but Everytime we send them in they were rejected for ridiculous reasons. After the 2nd time we called the better business bureau and they gave me half the money. We are now forced to go to thier location to sign the papers in person. A hour drive away from my house we go to find a unorganized line full of people. They have signs above thier computers stating what each station is for. All though thats not how thier handling the customers. All the truck drivers, including private owners of vehicles are stuck in the same line. At first we were out into a different line. Now we are in line behind several people that got here after we did. We asked a employee were the line is and he said he didnt know. What do you mean you dont know? You work here buddy. It amazes me how unorganized, rude, and unprofessional a company can be. dont you want my car title? Went in to grab my belongings as the shop my car was located at would not allow me to do so.. I was greeted by a lady by the name of Candy. She automatically made me feel welcome and comfortable. It was unfortunate she had to leave because I was then passed on to an older lady by the name of Melisa. She was quite rude and made my friend and I feel like a nuisance, as if we were bothering her. I believe if a business wants better reviews they should encourage professionalism to their employee. Luckily, a young lady walking by saw that we were flustered and approached us, I explained the situation and she made us feel at ease and made the experience less stressful, so for that reason I give 3 stars.
