This place really came through for us. We needed some snowboarding boots for my daughter in a pinch. The staff were super friendly and helped us find exactly what we needed. The boots were in really good shape and the rental fee seemed more than reasonable. I did not realize that this place was even here so Im glad that Google pointed me there. We will be back for mountain bike equipment or anything else that we may need. We actually returned the boots a day early and the staff were trying to find out how to reimburse us for the extra day that we did not use. Super good service.

I called in with a question, and they told me a part on my bike probably would not work. They told me to bring my bike in and they could look at it. When I got there they had done research on the parts I needed and had figured out what would work. They had the parts out ready to help.

They were friendly and fast. Took my kids bikes in to get tires changed and they were done within 15 minutes. The prices was really cheap.

I was traveling between states and made a quick stop for a repair to my bike rack. So helpful and friendly!

Every time i go in to this bike shop the kids are very un helpful i mean every time i’ve walked into there i feel like i’m getting judged... now the owner on the other hand was pleasant and helped i just don’t understand the kids... oh well ogden is only 20 minutes away

Just bought a kids bike from them they went above and beyond. When I first went in they said that most kids bikes were backordered. So I gave them my number and said when they get one in go give me a call. They said they had 2 coming in for another customer that ordered them. So he said would call when he gets some more in. He was able to get a couple more in with the other customers and gave me a call and said it would be ready on Wednesday. GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Great place! They were so helpful, had exactly what I needed and answered all of my questions. Not to mention he was patient with my 11 year old son that had to touch everything and asked a million questions. He happily answered them all and gave my son advice on bikes.

The employees here are really helpful and professional! It is nice to have a local business with high end products for reasonable prices. I also took my wifes bike in for a tune up and to get the tubes, liners and slime put in them. I told them I was in no hurry and they were done within about 3 hours!! Bought a Selkirk Pickleball Paddle here too. Great shop!

We had a bike that had been sent home from the mission field that had become messed up in transit. The owner fixed it up quickly and beautifully. He was very kind and generous with me. I highly recommend this business!

These guys are great. When they didnt have the skis I was looking they offered to order them for me at a great price. They are always fixing the kids bike tires also. I have been in the store many times for different reasons and they are always willing to answer questions. Highly recommend!

Wouldve given 5 stars up until i picked up my bike. Called twice, on a wednesday and a friday, spoke to the same guy each time. He referred to himself as the owner and so did the lady who answered the phone friday. He was super nice and very helpful. I ended up paying for my bike friday with plans to pick it up saturday morning. I went to get my bike saturday morning, 5 people came in after me. The guy working never even greeted me yet he helped everyone else in the store who came in after me. I finally got his attention once the store was empty and he was still ignorong me, and he just stood there holding his baby acting like i was inconviniencing him. I got my bike and then asked about another bike for my stepdad. He told me that he wasnt sure if the bike was sold yet or not, even though the bikes that were already sold on the floor all had receipts and names on them. I told him what the origianl guy i had talked to had told me, bikes were first come first serve unless they had already been sold. I assumed receipt meant sold and no receipt meant available. Long story short my stepdad ended up buying the bike but the guy was a complete jerk with a chip on his shoulder. He also told me he was the owner and not the guy id previously spoken to during the week, amd that hed talk to him about telling people he was the owner when he wasnt. He also never registered my bike with trek or anything which i learned later on that trek and all trek dealers should be doing with every trek bike sold, regosterong them and then telling them about the 1 yeartune up. I was also told durong the week by the first giy i dealt with that when i picked up my bike they could adjust the seat for me amd everything. when i asked the guy saturday about seat position he was no help, he simply said ride it where its comfortable, nothing else. If that guy was the owner he was a complete chump to customers, if he wasnt the owner then the owner should really consider hiring someone else to work in his store. I will never give this store another out of my pocket as long as this jerk still works there. Since then weve bought 5 more bikes, half a dozen helmets, 10 pairs of shoes and lots of clothing from another outdoors store. I love brigham and supporting local business, but yeah not this one. Go elsewhere people!!!

I have purchased several outdoor items. Tubes, tires, helmets, and special orders all have been better priced than online. Customer service was great and the work they did on my bike and my boys bike has been fantastic.

The owner is extremely helpful! The prices for tuning up my bicycles was very affordable. Although a small shop, they seem to have everything you need. He stocks Trek bikes, along with name brand outdoor clothing like North Face.

After an awful day of flats we were so thrilled to discover this place on our way home. Kade was super helpful, great to talk to and let us change our tires in the air conditioned shop. Nice store, excellent employees, comfortable environment - will definitely be routine customers from here on our.

Dont know what happened but very poor customer appreciation and general kindness. Perhaps couldnt be bothered as winter stuff came in. Not sure but wont give them my business. Too grumpy and no thank you after purchase ...

They are so Amazing. I really do t feel there are words to express how great they are. I went to Lovelands bike shop for my tire, and inter tube to be fixed I was charged 65$ it also took him a week to fix it.I came to Brigham outdoors for the same repairs I payed 17$, and the service was done in 3 days. No one can beat their derives or prices they are truly amazing!

Rented skis and snowboards there twice so far and they were all great and for a really good price. I am definitely going back

Reasonable prices, they not out to gouge you. We bought a Thule bike rack fromBC Outdoors for the same price a bigger store in Ogden was selling it for. Thank you BC Outdoors. We plan on buying our next bikes there.

I came in a couple weeks ago for a vintage swchinn tandem bike tires and tubes. He had them in stock by my surpise. Even though they dont specialize in that. I could tell the guys knowledge that he knew a lot about bikes. He even went ahead and changed the tires and tubes without asking right there on the spot for me. Thats what I call customer service.

You cant get a bike tuneup anywhere for this good of a price. I had a bike that I thought was a lost cause and they fixed it up good as new. I finally get to ride my bike again.

They did have more than I had expected but they also had skis, ski poles, boots, and snowboards just thrown in a pile instead of being on the rack right next to the pile.
