Purchased my Ram 3500 truck here 8 years ago and have continued to use the service department over the years even now that my truck is out of warranty. Heritage has provided professional and good service over the years and has been a good resource when we have had strange questions about the truck come up (like how to get the tail gate off). Wish I could remember who the sales associate was who sold us our truck as he was great and stayed late to finish all the paperwork with us.

I have never had a better car buying experience. I drove from Salt Lake City to Brigham City to look at a new Jeep Renegade to lease. I was greeted immediately by Bret Davis. I showed him the jeep I was interested in and we hopped in and took it for a test drive! Of course I was in love with it. He never pressured me at all. I signed a lease that day! He was so funny and nice. I had to bring my 2 kids and he was so patient with them. (brought my dad too and Bret was sure to include him in conversation.. was patient with him as well lol) He was truly interested about my life and made very good conversation. Our experience with Heritage Jeep in Brigham City, Utah was very positive and left us wishing they were closer to our home in Bountiful. While travelling on vacation we had a mechanical issue with one of the brakes which left the vehicle inoperable. The Jeep was left with Heritage, who were accommodating, friendly, and honest (I had several conversations with Jake and appreciated his time, information, and courtesy). While the actual part took a bit longer to arrive than expected, it worked since we weren’t able to return to pick up the vehicle for a couple of days. The most amazing part of this story was that the repair price was actually lower than the quoted estimate, which is unheard of in the auto repair industry. The Jeep has performed better than ever since Heritage’s service work, and I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone else!

I discovered an oil leak in my Jeep Grand Cherokee and determined it needed immediate attention I then called Challis at Heritage Jeep in Brigham City and explained my problem. He was very helpful and scheduled me an appointment the very next day.Upon arrival at the service center I was met by Challis and he had my paper work all ready and took my Jeep right in where a very professional service Tech. Was waiting for my vehicle. I then got a ride and returned to my home. About 3 hours later the oil leak was professionally repaired and a complete health check was done on my vehicle and expertly serviced. I was then notified that my vehicle was ready to go.Upon returning to the dealership I was again met by Challis and he went over the repairs and service that were completed. He expertly itemised all the costs and then took me to the cashier to settle up.Challis is a very knowledgeable and friendly guy and knows how to make a customer feel right at home at Herritage. The cashier was also very helpful and friendly and settled up quickly and had me on my way home in just a few minutes.While there I was also welcomed to the dealership by a salesman who I had met a couple of years ago and he even remembered my name. My whole experience was very comfortable and aided by friendly, helpful employees. I have purchased three vehicles from Heritage in the past three years and the atmosphere was friendly and relaxed and no pressure and no skinny moustached sales manager to badger you. Jake and the team at Heritage are amazing. I live in Colorado and while on a trip back from Oregon towing my camper, with my two young daughter, the engine failed. After hours of trying to get a tow truck in the middle of nowhere Idaho. I was able to get the tows to Heritage in Brigham City. Totally disaster of a situation in which Jake and the team there have been noting but helpful and communicative.Jake was even kind enough to drive us out of his way to the airport!Now we are navigating the process of getting my engine replaced, or truck replaced and figuring out how to get me a truck to rent until this is resolved.So far, the Heritage team has gone above and beyond. I hope that we can get this resolved quickly.

On a road trip from Salt Lake to Sun Valley, my wife and I had the check engine light come on in our BMW. The service manager was able to diagnose and repair the minor damage to our the vehicle. He wouldn’t accept any payment for the diagnostic and repair, and got us back on the road. Five star recommendation! Kudos! We had such a great experience.

I was headed south to SLC and stopped in Brigham City for groceries. As I left I heard noises in my steering. I called Heritage and they took me right in and inspected my vehicle. After assuring me I could continue on my travels but to have things checked when I returned I left with no charges. After returning to SLC I decided I had been treated so well I made an appointment to have it fixed before returning home. No pressure. Jeff listened to my needs and found a great interest rate that fit those needs. This is my third vehicle purchased/leased from this dealership and have been treated great at all times.

Im not at all the type to buy at a dealership, and Ive been known to walk away after a minute or two (or even right before signing) because I dont like the vibe of the place. Put simply, I need to rely on my cars, and if i feel at all uncomfortable about the people or the business, my confidence in their vehicles is gone. I generally go out of my way to avoid dealerships.But the used car market is rough lately, and Heritage had one that looked promising. I had some text exchanges with Michael, who was helpful, open, and willing to provide the information I requested. And I never felt pushed. All that combined with the vehicles apparent condition was enough to make me rearrange my day and drive to Brigham City to see it. I was wary, which Im sure he saw, but nothing was uncomfortable about the experience. No attempts to upsell, no haggling over price.My schedule is very busy these days and sometimes I can only juggle so many things, but Michael was consistent and followed through with everything without creating pressure. They were transparent about fees, stayed late to finish the paperwork, and were flexible on scheduling pickup for the vehicle.Heritage is the only dealership Ive known that I can say was a surprisingly pleasant and relaxing experience, and I wouldnt hesitate to buy from them again or to recommend them to anyone else.

These guys are awesome I went and worked with Carson Dirks in Brigham even though I was interested in a truck in Logan while I was at work he helped me get the buying process started and they even stayed late while I was driving from Ogden up there to grab the truck. I’m not one to typically leave reviews. I had a tire emergency on a Saturday morning. I arrived a little before they opened and a nice gentleman greeted me and let me in early. I took my diesel truck in to find out why it was leaking antifreeze. After paying over $1000 I still have antifreeze seeping out and must check level before I drive, was told I needed new fan hose, asked if they could figure out why my truck just shuts off while driving and told because I had old battery. Truck still shuts off while driving. Have no desire to let them look let alone fix my truck.

I brought my new Jeep in for its first oil change and tire rotation. The service department was extremely quick and thorough. The service manager was extremely descriptive with everything they did and found. Some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Just wanted to say that everyone involved with the purchase of my 2013 Toyota Tundra was very easy they never pressured me in anyway and they handled all my questions and concerns about the truck itself and the loan application, they explain everything to you and I needed to make some changes after my first set of loan papers were put all together and signed but there was a couple things on there that I didn’t need and they let me make some changes without any hesitation. So I would like to thank Justin Terry who sold me the truck and Les Barker for putting up with me on the couple of changes he let me do on the paper work. He had to cut down a few more trees 😁 but like I said he had no hesitation to make those changes. I have bought two cars from this dealership..i take the latest one and a vehicle I bought from another dealership there for service. They have treated me fairly on the sales floor, in the paers department, and in the service department.

Scheduled my truck to have the 60,000 miles service done along with my oil change contract. They didnt do my oil change. So I had to waste another day to take my truck in.Disappointed in the service and steelership fees they charge.
