I had a great experience with Wolford Collision Repair. They were recommended by the local Cadillac dealer(Hansen Cadillac) I had them repair my rear bumper from a collision. I also had them price out repainting my front bumper and hood which they did.There was a small issue with the hood paint and they were quick to fix it to the highest standard. I have never been happier after picking up my car from an auto shop!! Wolford Collision Repair is amazing!! They went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional! I dont have a ton of knowledge when it comes to cars, so many times in the past when Ive gone to Body Shops or Mechanics theyve taken advantage of me. Wolford Collision Repair not only took care of me but never made me feel unintelligent in the process. They returned my car to me super quick and it looked just as good as when I bought it brand new! Their work is amazing and their team is so kind and caring. Ill definitely be bringing my car here for the rest of my life if I can help it.

It is hard to find any business in recent years that isnt screwing you to help themselves; so imagine my surprise when I was actually treated like they cared. Their service was caring, thoughtful, and I didnt feel like they were just trying to squeeze me for every last penny they could get out of me. An unusually great experience.

I wouldnt recommend this place for car repairs. I was told to go here after we were involved in a car accident and had our car towed by the highway patrol. I do not live anywhere near Brigham City and had to rely on the trust of locals to get help. Unfortunately, that help caused more headaches than I needed. I wanted a damages assessment done by the mechanics and they assured me that they would take a look. There was no contract given or explanation of potential fees that might be charge after I had left. I am naive when it comes to cars. I unintentionally told the mechanics how much money I could possibly be able to pay in repairs and left thinking I would be given an honest assessment that I could afford in my price range.What followed was several days of them taking the car apart and telling me repair costs which started well below the amount I had told them to an amount exceeding the amount I could afford. At that point they told me that I could either pay the repair costs I couldnt afford or sell them the car for the amount of the towing fees. I felt backed into a corner where I couldnt do anything about my car. Luckily I had a friend get in contact with me about the accident and told me he could help out by towing the car back to my house so I could get it away from the situation. If I hadnt had this friend there to help, I would have felt like I would have to sell my car to this place at a price that would leave me car-less and with no cash to purchase a new car.Again, I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. They may seem honest, but its just a facade to make you feel buddy-buddy with them so they can make a sale off you.

Fixed our bumper up and made it look brand new. Great customer service and friendly people. I would highly recommend for anyone not looking to be taken advantage of.

Ive used Wolfords for minor touch up and for major repairs. All work was done to a high standard. They made sure I was completely satisfied before certifying the work done. They also followed up to ensure all was right.
