The Best is yet to come! Always enjoyed this beach town supermarket, but they are finally expanding to a full size supermarket. Should be done by Holidays 2021. Helpful staff, part of the Safeway family, good selection, sales are hit and miss.

Selection good most times off season...prices a bit higher. Watch for the Signature brands. Excellent

Ok so - you’ll need a drink after you attempt to map your way thru the crowded tight aisles- 3/3 visits to the store and either staff or grocery stock was always in the way - navigating a cart thru the store was like an adventureOn a positive note - they are well stocked and helpful- but another lady ran into us and said “from the minute I park I commit to knowing this will be my Disney experience of the week” plan on crazy but go home stocked

The only real market on the island of Brigantine. Very expensive. The staff are always very friendly & helpful. They have 5 mobile wheel chairs for people who need them. Big parking lot. Always very clean & organized.

Nice workers!And the Fried Chicken and salad case, as well as the Store Made Salsa Chips...Ohhh MYYY!But you must pass the bakery case, first...Needless to say that if you need food to entertain at a safe distance ..seems like this ACME has everything you need...did I mention that the food is Tasty, too??? Luv it...

I wasn’t very impressed with the Ventnor Acme when I first moved to the area, but then they added self checkout and it improved everything significantly. Quality wise it’s not the best ACME in the area but it is a 5 minute drive from the beach and is rarely over crowded.

The produce is horrible,spoiled,flies. Seen multiple out of code dairy items.The staff seem friendly though.For a rich area, disappointed in quality.No social distancing and some staff not wearing masks or enforcing masks.People on top on each other.Should consider only letting a certain amount of in at a time.Clean the store,its filthy,especially produce.

Friendly. Clean. Convenient to my house but very expensive. Often physically cant make myself buy things for prices that high. Still Im glad its there.

ACME is usually a great store; well stocked, organized, etc. Went early this morning for 2 items, & the store was an absolute ZOO. ZERO social distancing, ZERO monitoring of store capacity, NO ONE following or enforcing social distancing or one-way aisle directions. If youre thinking of going to acme on Brigantine today, DONT. ACME, DO BETTER.

Large grocery store with everything you need for regular life or a week at the beach. Knowing the transient nature of their population, Id invest in more travel size or miniature versions of common items, though.

The best grocery store that I have been to since visiting here in South Jersey area. The lady at the seafood counter named Dorothy is very sweet and nice as can be.

Older market, but well-stacked. Helpful employees. They sell Johnsons Popcorn for $6.00 less than you can buy it at the Shore.

Its a good clean well stock store but they were out of heavy cream when I was there. Bring your own bags because you have to pay $0.10 a piece for plastic ones at the store Town ordinance. 🤪

Its ACME, so its always a little pricey... But this is a good store, always clean, friendly staff, and great selection for a smaller store.... Great hours of operation as well

When we stay in AC, we go across the bridge into Brigantine to shop at this Acme as it is much nicer than any store in AC. This particular Acme is older and it shows its age but it has what you need and the prices are reasonable. Parking is a bit of a struggle but thats because the layout of the parking lot is lousy which is not their fault.

Attempted to check out two items at self-checkout. Unable to get a price on potatoes. Recorded voice said to wait for help. I waited for 5 minutes no help though light was flashing. Tried at a second self-checkout same result. Left items called customer service to complain and was told hmm, hmm. As a 30 year resident of Brigantine I continue to travel off island for my groceries.

Place was too overcrowded, and proper wearing of masks was not enforced in ANY way! TV at the entrance CLAIMED a low number of people inside, yet, there was easily triple that number!

Many of the employees there are rude. They act like you are just in their way. They smoke outside and leave piles of cigarette butts to wash into the waterway.The dumpster in back is so putrid, you can smell it 2 blocks away. When they wash it it runs into the storm sewer, then the bay.

Clean place to shop on vacation. Employees were super sweet.

Too crowded, no social distancing. Why cant they stocked the store when its closed, have to navigate around boxes and employees restocking shelves, its crazy specially on weekends with all the tourists...

Acme store leaves a lot to be desired.First of all numerous empty shelves on the beginning of a weekend. Should imitate Shop Rites business model. Stock store store at night so consumers dont have to navigate between displays and restocking shelves. Prices are too high, Shop Rite prices are much lower. Store is in serious need of cleaning. And last, Why .11 cents to purchase a bag? When did you stop providing bag for groceries?

The staff was very friendly here. I havent been in an Acme in years since there isnt one nearby me but they have a great selection. They have decent prices but even better sales if you have their store card.

This is my main store since it is the only grocery store on the island. It is a clean store and has extremely friendly employees. When you go in the morning they are putting item up, they greet you and ask if they can help you find anything. The cashiers are always pleasant also.

Convenient, clean, and fast, friendly service. Its shopping heaven!
