Not happy with the pharmacy service. Went to pick up a new prescription which wasn’t covered by my insurance. Pharmacy told me they would contact my doctor for an alternative prescription and would get back to me. They didn’t let me know and a week later I still don’t have it. I will call the doctor Monday for a new prescription and have it sent to my old Pharmacy. Geez, at least tell me there’s a problem.

Never go here again use walgreens there is always a problem with getting my script filled cuz the pharmacist decides on her own to change my script from every months to bi weekly for her convenience then I asked in store at 915 to have it filled and at noon they still dont have it right

The staff is wonderful. They are hard working, kind and helpful. If you are having an issue here it’s because they are understaffed. CVS cuts employees after the summer, I don’t think they should. We are a year round island!

Went to buy two magazines and didnt see (my fault I didnt look closer) the magazines were from February. So I spent $12 on old magazines. Lesson learned. Look closer. Hopefully cvs will do a better job of purging.

Worst pharmacy service...nasty, not helpful. NEVER going there again. Pharmacist doesnt belong working with the public or in heath field. Was not concerned that she would NOT fill my blood pressure med for 48 hours when I had no pills.

The cashiers were rude and appeared to be bothered by needing to help people..no hello no how are you, no smile..and moped

No stars for this CVS. They have horrible customer service & are completely unorganized when is comes to handling the pandemic & testing. Will not recommend this CVS to anyone.

Pharmacist was rude. Did not take time to speak with me and just said “Do you know how busy I am?”Unfortunately- extremely poor customer service and poor support.Hope CVS can help this situation as it is not the first poor review for the pharmacy staff.

I love this CVS. The people are caring and friendly. The store is organized. Excellent!

Terrible customer service by pharmacists. Never going back again. I am ignored every time i go there to drop off a script. Had to leave yesterday because they left me there for 15 minutes without an acknowledgment. Don’t recommend using this location ..

Standard CVS chain for selection. Staff is usually wandering around and no one Manning the register at all times but they are open when you need them. Getting in and out of the parking lot though is always an adventure as there are 5 different roads and a circle near by which no one yields it slows down.

Very helpful courteous staff . Store is very clean and stocked. Pharmacy staff can be robotic and rude....NEXT!.... So 4 stars for that only .

Worst Pharmacists in the local area, treat people awful. Really have poor manors and need to learn how to talk to people who actually need there help, Not from personal experience but multiple counts of other peoples experiences there. Whom opinions i trust dearly.

This CVS is great. The employees are usually always very helpful & friendly. The only issues I ever usually have with any of the employees are the 1s they hire 4 the summer. Hopefully the summer hires this year will be way better than they have been in the past. The reason 4 only the 3 stars is due 2 the fact that even tho they always have an ambundunce of new & great products, they are very over priced. Other than that CVS is now my #1 choice over the Riteaid in brigantine. Take it from me: do not waste your time or your hard earned $ @ the Riteaid down the road. (Read my review of the Brigantine Riteaid to read exactly why that is.) CVS is by far the better choice 4 many reasons.

Typical CVS store and selections. I dont use the pharmacy here. I stop in to use employee discount on snacks, ice, and misc items. Public bathroom is available without needing anyone to open the door for you.

Love that the pharmacy is open till 10pm. My Dr office has night appts.,,,

They never, ever, have my perscription. Last reason told:We dont have it, and we dont know when were getting itOkay.

Switched to Rite Aid cause of the incompetent staff they insist on hiring. Rite Aid got this place beat.
