Quick customer service. Friendly and helpful. Ive used this company 10 years ago. After measuring and install, Ill update review.I have been meaning to update this. In early March my countertop was first installed and then removed. The end result is a countertop I am happy with and they worked with me to make sure I was! I will say this and please take note, if you have a curved farmhouse sink (understand our new and rare) then make sure to work with them during the measurements to have the countertop hit the curve at the exact place youd like.Thanks Stanleys for working with me and making me a repeat satisfied customer.

I went to Stanleys Marble & Granite after shopping at 3 other places. Stanleys gave me the best service and price. Joanna was extremely knowledgeable and patient when working with me. I was very comfortable giving them access to my home to measure and complete installation without my presence. They completed all work with no damage or mess. The joint of the counter is invisible. I had to to look for the spot where the counter pieces were connected. I point this out because I have had granite counters where the joint is very visible. I was surprised with how well it was installed. I really felt like they installed my counter like they would for their own home. This is a family owned business that treats customers like family!

Matt was great to work with. Knew exactly what I wanted and delivered it quickly and in excellent condition. I have been back 3 times now for updating my house and he is the first person Ill call for future projects

I thought I had more time before I had to get a piece of stone for my windowsill, but ended up needing it STAT to accommodate the tilers. I called and drove all over the county with no luck. I called Stanley’s and not only did they have the best price, but were able to get it done that very evening. When I went to pick it up I couldn’t believe how beautiful the showroom is. They have everything, cabinets, tile, faucets, etc. If I wasn’t in such a hurry, I would have stayed all afternoon looking around.Anyway, Matthew was friendly, kind, super helpful, calmed me down, and was able to get me an incredibly beautiful stone windowsill that I absolutely love! Stanleys redid my kitchen counter-tops and black-splash in all granite. They were very professional and clean throughout the process. They did a great job. I LOVE my new kitchen and everything turned out exactly as I wanted.

I recently bought a rehab house. After meeting a custom cabinet maker in Chicago (at a local home show), I was referred to Stanleys which was more in line with our construction budget. Patryk came to our home, gave his suggestions on design and quickly got to work on detailed blueprints. Listening to horror stores about kitchen rehabs from friends and co-workers, I was expecting the worse. This was far from what I experienced working with Stanleys. From the design, to the delivery, and follow up - this process could not have gone any smoother. There was quite a bit of detail in our kitchen design and everything fit like these were custom manufactured cabinets. I had one part that was shipped incorrectly from the factory (not Stanleys fault); however, Patryk and his team worked quickly to resolve the issue. The level of service I received is what you get when you work with a small business vs a big box retailer. They treat each and every customer as if they were doing the work in their own home. I would certainly recommended Patryk Gadawski and this company.

Stanley’s marble did our master bath countertops a few years ago and now they just did our kitchen counters with large island.Their work is superb and high quality. Their prices are very competitive, would highly recommend.

This review has been a long time coming. While I was initially extremely satisfied with the customer service and pricing from Stanleys for my first ever kitchen remodel, that came to a halt when they opted to only use 2 of the necessary 3 slabs of granite that were agreed upon for my kitchen remodel. The end result is a very noticeable seal directly in the center of my breakfast bar. This was over 3 years ago and it still remains the very first thing my eyes are drawn to every single time I walk in my kitchen. When I immediately called the store as it was being installed, Matt assured me it would blend and I would never notice anything. When I asked why they decided to use scraps rather than the 3rd slab we agreed on, he said it was too costly for them. I trusted his opinion and let them install the 2 scraps as my focal point of my kitchen (I have regretted this decision ever since). I guess you live and you learn. I would never recommend them to anyone for this very costly mistake I had to pay for.

Jan. 9, 2017 I had Stanleys Marble & Granite install a Quartz counter top and tub surround in my Master Bath. The quartz is absolutely beautiful! The whole job from measuring to installation came out exactly as planned!!! Everyone we talked with or had at our home from SMG was completely friendly and professional. The price was OUTSTANDING as well!!! Thank you, Matthew, Cisco and Steven!
