I got the best custom color match here that could possibly be made. In a time pinch to touch up a house in the closing phase and needed to be right.Match was so dead on I couldnt find my own repair spot.Great technical support and customer service.

I highly recommend the Bridgeton SW store! Chris, the manager very patiently and professionally explained how I can carry out my myriad home painting projects to make them go more smoothly and easily. Ive painted kitchen cabinets and homes for 50 years, but he STILL was able to give me a few pointers! I had actually first spoken with him on the phone perhaps a month earlier, and hed been so helpful then, that I knew they were the folks to do business with. When I went into the store, their staff was protective of the customers in a most courteous way, wearing masks and being conscious of social distancing, which I greatly appreciate....quite the contrast with Home Depot! Finally, they have great technology for color matching. I brought a tiny sample of my previously painted cabinets and he was able to perfectly match it. All the while Chris was very nice, polite and efficient. At the end, he carried my purchases out to my car for me, without my asking, btw, which this little old lady ALSO appreciates! Ive shopped SW in the past....last time about 4 or 5 years ago, and had a good experience then, too, but this was exceptional, and Ill be a customer for life!

My wife and I were looking for paint for our bathroom, and needed something designed for the humidity of a bathroom. We found it here! We were greeted by a friendly, smiling guy behind the counter when we walked in, and we told him what kind of use we needed paint for, and he gave us a couple of recommendations. We found one we liked, in a color we liked, and get mixed it up. Expensive, but good quality. Great paint store!

I am a professional that owns a large Construction Company I wanted to take the time to write this review because the employees at the store go above and beyond to make you feel welcome are knowledgeable and helpful and I have noticed even with consumers that just walk in the doorI. E. homeowners they are very knowledgeable and dont seem to try to push the highest profit products but rather give them what they actually need

If I could give 10 Stars I would, the manager and the team is what makes this store by far the best out of ANY Sherwin Williams or PPG that Ive been to in my 15 years as a professional. They go above and beyond. Their knowledge of the material is off the charts. The customer service is second to none, the response time is impeccable, theyre polite, courteous, respectful and professional. It is a pleasure to do business with them and I would recommend them to anybody from professional to homeowner.

Everyone was helpful. They made the process easy. The paint may cost a bit more but it is worth every penny because it is so good!
