Everything we all used to expect from a service company! We initially contacted Woodruff Energy to get advice and an estimate to provide propane service to our seasonal home in Newport, NJ. Scheduling the estimate was quick and easy, the estimate was fair and reasonable. Our positive impression of Woodruff Energy was only enhanced when their technicians arrived to do the work. Daryl and Jose were professional and friendly, completing all work neatly and efficiently, answering all our questions and addressing all our concerns as newbies to propane. These folks are running a good, professional, customer focused business and I recommend them strongly.
After purchasing my first home with oil heat, I was unfamiliar with how the system worked and I needed the tank filled with the winter weather approaching. A friend recommended that I call Woodruff who exceeded my expectations. Not only was the pricing competitive, the customer service was great all around. Staci and Michelle, who set up my account and answered all of my questions, were friendly and knowledgeable. Ron, who was awesome as well, came out to my house within a couple of hours of my initial call to inspect and fill my tank.After the experience I had today, I was happy to hear that Woodruff also offers plumbing services as I have a few plumbing matters that I will be calling them for in the future.

Our Woodruff technicians have been very friendly and patient answering our questions. Technicians call before coming and keep to the time frame they schedule. They explain the repairs they make to us. I have been blessed with their support upon the death of my husband when they covered the cost of our fuel oil. Recent annual HVAC service was an excellent experience. The technician was on time. After a brief conversation, in which he asked me questions about any concerns I had noticed with the HVAC and, sharing what his process for the service, he promptly went to work. Throughout the indoor and outdoor service visit, the technician kept me apprised of each step, as well as sharing maintenance tips and indicators signaling a problem with the system. Like all my previous annual Woodruff Energy annual service visits, the recent service was delightful and enlightening. FIVE STARS SERVICE!

Woodruff energy is one of the best energy company’s that I have dealt with regarding my HVAC and propane needs. My HVAC died one very cold February morning and they were able to get a technician out to my house ASAP and were able to fix it. I spoke to the manager Staci about my issues and her words literally were “don’t worry, we’re on it”. The service was fast and prompt, questions went without answers. I would definitely recommend.
Comments on the installation of the mini-split air conditioning system in our home.The job was completed ahead of schedule in a good, workman-like manner by the installers, Ian and Justin, who were friendly and courteous, explained to us what we needed to know about the new equipment, and took care to care for our home while performing their work.The proposal, the scope of the work and then the setup of the job was well coordinated by Dennis, including a pre-installation on-site meeting with your electrician. Just started using them recently since I just moved in an area that requires oil heat. Didnt realize I was low on oil and requested emergency oil delivery since it is hitting 30 degrees. They told me its only available for regular customers. Not a good sign for someone who just started using their services. Moving on to a better company! Guess one purchase from them from only living here 3 months isnt good enough :) Thanks!

I called n set up a yearly check .they came n found air conditioner unit rusted n it was 26 years old. Said could maybe work for summer but since that old n rust decided just replace as it would probably break down iniddle of heat wave. The guys were very imformative n helpful. Pleasant gentlemen. Tech who serviced my heater arrived when they said he would. He was courteous . When he was through he explained everything he noticed during the inspection and gave me suggestions on how to be more efficient in running my heater.
We always used Woodruff Oil prior our gas line being placed! They were amazing and promote! Never had to worry about running out. We were on a service plan where they made sure we were taken care of! We still use them for maintenance now because I know I can count on them! Thank you Woodruff Oil! #1 around town!
Ive never had them do work for my parents, but they have AWESOME Commercial drivers. My favorite is the guy that drive GMC C7500 #70. His hornshows are EPIC!!!
They ripped me off charged me $9000 for an air conditioning unit two years ago and last year had to have coolant added and right now it wont cool my house! Dont ever use them
