One of the cleanest stores to date and trust me, Ive been to many states.Employees were all friendly and polite as they walked by you, while shocking shelves or checking your items out.So nice to see employees happy at work. Lately, customer service has gone down at a lot of businesses and people dont seem to be happy that theyre working. What an awesome experience with this location!

All of the Dollar Tree stores dont carry anything anymore. They dont keep the shelves stocked and organized anymore and the floors and stores are always trashy and dirty. If I could give a negative zero, I would.

Parking lot is disgusting, this Dollar Tree needs to hire a contractor to clean the parking lot if they cannot hire enough staff to get the job done.Store is extremely messy, however, the Dollar Tree @1467 Dunn Road, St Louis MO 63138 is so much worse.

This Dollar Tree used to be real nice. I went in there today, having not been in this one for some time, and it was absolutely disgusting. What happened to this nice store? It was so dirty and messy and smelled like someone peed in the aisle. I love Dollar Tree and frequent many of them. I will never return to this one.

This store is wonderful when certain employees are working and horrible when others are on, usually at night.I will avoid this store and use others that are better managed.

Worst customer service ever!! I had to use the restroom badly. Both were locked and womens was marked Employees Only. I told the manager it was an emergency and he told me it was out of order. I asked how it was out of order if marked employees only and he still would not unlock even for an emergency. This was supposed to be a PUBLIC restroom! Was he just too lazy to clean it? Hes lucky I didnt go right there on his store floor. He said go ahead, I can clean it upIve never met anyone so rude and inconsiderate

I like the convenience, selection and layout. There are good deals if you know what youre looking for.

They are the friendliest store clerks at the Northwest Plaza store. The store is always together and well stocked, even throughout these times surrounding the 2020 pandemic.The employees at this store deserve a round of applause, an accommodation which would include a monetary award for their service and dedication.

Clean and well stocked but a very long line, like six-ten people. There were two managers who were too busy to help at the register.

This night employees were to busy mingling amongst themselves. A lot of boxes on the floors that needed to be opened and the stuff stocked onto the shelves. Makes you really question their work ethic. I knew that they saw I needed assistance but pretended that they didnt see me.

People here are always pleasant & helpful. Dollar Tree is a fun place to explore, you never know what they will have!Dollar Tree stores, in general, tend to be a bit jumbled because customers just set stuff down anywhere instead of putting it back where they got it, but when theres time the associates reset the merchandise.

Their prices are low and products are worthy. I do not recommend everything but few items are really worthy for that $1. Nice people and great options. I surely recommend.

Always the best price on everyday items. This place is great. Everyrhing really is $1. Anyrhing you need from cleaning supplies to candy is here for $1. If you buy 5 things it will cost $1 each. No matter what you buy it will cost $1 each.

The experience was ok.

Inventory was nice. They had a nice selection but customer service was lacking. I said thank you 3 times and she wouldn’t say a word to me.

Probably the most clean dollar tree Ive ever been in.

I was able to grab everything I needed for my daughters bake off competition, against one another! I must say each desert was(Super delicious) & I didnt have to worry about them destroying inexpensive items or wasting foods

For a dollar store, i dont expect much.But I was literally going to 3 different stores looking for a broom and one of those dust pans with the long handle so you dont have to bend over.I walked right in, asked the cashier, she helped me find it in seconds flat. She didnt need to stop ringing customers, she just told me exactly which isle, which side, how far down.Easy peasey lemon squeezy!Thank you very much!
